Imela sem odličen dopust.

Bogata ponudba tudi za vegetarijance. Zelo prijazno osebje. Odlična izkušnja.

Ne glede na vse, je bilo v redu, saj sva bila večino časa zunaj: kolo, plaža, sprehodi, itd.

Parking, dostop, soba za kolesa, osebje v hotelu (res vsi: recepcija, sobarice, postrežba, natakarji, itd)

Preveč hrupa (glasna glasba do 24 ure) v okolici, ampak to je bilo predvideno, čeprav glede na datum (konec septembra) sem upal da bo tega manj. Najbolj moteči so bili gostje. Očitno v posezoni prihajajo osebe brez osnovnega bontona in občutka za druge goste. Kot primer, preganjanje (lovljenje/skrivanje) otrok po hodnikih in odprtih sobah (!), ki bi že zdavnaj morali biti vsaj v sobah če ne v postelji. To je trajalo enkrat do 3h zjutraj, naslednji dan do cca. 2h. Tudi trkanje po vratih se je dogajalo. Očitno so preverjali katere sobe so še zasedene. To je res nesprejemljivo za hotel, ki naj bi imel 4 zvezdice. Višek vseh traparij je bil nek nemški gost, ki je z zajemalko za golaž poskusil z usti in nato to zajemalko vrnil nazaj v golaž. Ob tem pa sta se on in njegova spremljevalka (oba v zelo zrelih letih) samo smejala, tudi ko sta bila opozorjena kaj sta sploh storila. Očitno sta bila na kaj takega že "vajena". Osebje (kuharji) bi morali to preprečiti, ampak je verjetno to najtežje, pregovarjati se z neodgovornimi (čudaškimi) gosti.

Sehr schöner problemloser Urlaub in top Lage mit sehr guter Hotelunterbringung.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist top. Nur wenige Meter und man ist am Meer. Sehr schönes Haus mit gutem Essensangebot und hervorragendem Personal. Gerne wieder. Abends Unterhaltungsprogramm im Hotel mit schöner Unterhaltungs- und Tanzmusik.

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren gibt, ist es der fehlende "echte" Orangensaft beim Frühstück. Aber ich löse sowas gerne selber, statt zu klagen. Also einfach zwei frische Orangen (waren immer da) selber ausgedrückt ...

Udany pobyt, jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania . Parking był, miejsce na przechowanie rowerów było. Śniadanie średnie, ale wystarczające. Kolacja dobra nie można narzekać. Napoje do kolacji w cenie wino piwo też. Hotel wg innych hoteli w czasie naszego pobytu był w najlepszej cenie .Wart swojej ceny. Sprzątanie pokoi codziennie. Łóżko średnie. Podwójne łączone, rozsuwa się, poza tym ok. Pokój czysty odświeżony ,trochę mało dokładnie. Balkon wygodny.

Zbyt głośna muzyka po 23 z lokali w pobliżu. W łazience wanna z prysznicem ,ciasno. Moim zdaniem lepszy by był sam prysznic.

Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort Urlaub machen!

Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen war für uns perfekt, sehr große Auswahl und sehr gut. Strand ganz in der Nähe, Zimmer sehr groß mit eigenem Wohnzimmer und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, für uns ungewohnt großes Zimmer! Abends hat es immer Live Musik gegeben.

Wüsste nicht, was negativ gewesen wäre!

Massenweise Urlaubseindrücke, massenweise Essen in einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Für ein so großes Hotel war es sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zügig im der Getränkeausgabe. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut und war separat einstellbar. Das Essen war in Massenweise vorhanden und wurde bis zum jeweiligen Ende der Mahlzeiten nachgelegt.

Die fehlenden abwechselnden Angebote des Abendessen. Die Getränke (Softdrinks) diese sind total süß, zu süß. Die Cocktails sind leider vom Automaten zubereitet und schmecken entsprechend schlecht. Teilweise wird bereits um 7 Uhr morgens vom Reinigungspersonal der Flur gereinigt (Staubsaugen)

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen, Personal freundlich.

Wir hatten den Online Check in gemacht, waren um 9.15 Uhr vor Ort, wollten nur die Koffer im Hotel lassen, anstatt im Auto. War bis jetzt (waren schon 10x dort) auch Problem, dieses Mal jedoch nicht. Mussten dann um 13 uhr bei gefühlt 40 Grad wieder vom Strand rauf, Auto holen, einchecken, wieder runter zum Strand. Sehr sehr kompliziert und unnötig, daran sollte man arbeiten, Danke!

Hotel perfecto para familias con todo incluido.

Las piscinas con muchísimas hamacas. Las toallas de piscina te las dejaban y las podías cambiar todos los dias. El servicio de todo incluido muy bien tanto las bebidas como comidas entre horas. Quizás abusan bastante de las pastas tanto en bufet como entre horas pero realmente es lo que más gusta a niños y muchos mayores.

Die Anlage, viel Auswahl beim Essen gute Lage zum Meer, gute Unterhaltung, viel geboten für Touristen

Möwen sollten vom Restaurant fern gehalten werden, vielleicht durch Netze oder ähnlichem, sie haben sich teilweise auf Tischen , die noch nicht abgeräumt waren, bedient. Auch waren die Stühle an den Tischen draußen teilweise vollgekotet. In der Snackbar sollte es verboten werden, diese nass zu betreten, dadurch entsteht extreme Rutschgefahr, es waren ja auch viele ältere Leute da.

Ich habe wegen einem Event dort genächtigt würde es aber für einen Urlaub nicht wählen.

Lage

Man kommt nicht barrierefrei in die Zimmer - die Wege sind weit. Die Teppichböden in den Gängen waren teilweise verschmutzt. Das Essen war nicht aufregend und wenig abwechslungsreich.

Očekivano, možda nešto malo podbacilo u odnosu na promotivni sadržaj.

Doručak je bio u granicama očekivanog. Nismo našli kakao napitke, možda naša greška. Salame kratkotrajne, dugotrajnih nije bilo. Peciva osrednja. Kroasani bez punjenja, industrijski. Možda više zdravijih napitaka za djecu. Ma sve u redu. Sobe uredne, kupaonica odlična. Bilo nam je vruće sa postojećom posteljinom. Mala zamjerka nema čepa na kadi (valjda da se ne kupa u kadi već u moru). U kupaonici se osjetio neugodan miris, to smo riješili sipanjem vode u sifon. Ovo su sve dobronamjerne kritike. Pohvaljujemo čistačice koje su bile nasmiješene, dobronamjerne, komunikativne kao i dio konobara.

Sustav kontrole temperature u sobama, nije se dao podesiti, bio je programiran na 23 C, što nam nije odgovaralo, pošto noću spavamo na 19 C. Obično u hotelima ove kategorije centralnim upravljanjem se odredi raspon temperature u sobama, a gostu se omogućava mala korekcija 2 stupnja gore dole. Uglavnom smo ga isključili. Pri dolasku zatekli smo dva mala ručnika tamna (da li su bila slabo oprana), nismo ih koristili. Sa sadržajem nismo zadovoljni, nema ga. Prijedlog nabavite deset gaming garnitura sa ekranima i opremite neku prostoriju. Isto tako ne bi bilo loše imati sobu sa društvenim igrama, biljar, stolni nogomet, pikado i slično i to uz bar. Tužno je popit piće u bezličnoj okolini. Znamo da još nije počela glavna sezona, bez obzira na to vidimo da je hotel bio pun trebalo je reagirati sa sadržajem. Ovako doživljaje imamo izvan hotela, a u njemu na žalost osim par iskrica, ništa. Još nas je na recepciji zasmetao neprofesionalni pristup jedne djelatnice pri prijavi dolaska. Nemojte nam puno zamjeriti na kritikama, otprilike tri puta godišnje idemo u hotele pa imamo tako neka iskustva.

Nie mehr ins Hotel Albatros wir waren schon viel unterwegs, aber so behandelt wurden wir noch nie!!!

Gäste mit dem Reisebus hatten Bier und Wein zum Abendessen wir konnten nicht einmal ein Bier käuflich zum Abendessen erwerben! Nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption kam die Antwort ich kann mir in der Bar ein Bier kaufen und mit in den Speisesaal nehmen, der aber in einem anderen Stockwerk war also hätte ich mit dem Trinken durchs Hotel spazieren sollen!!!! Am 3. Abend und in der Früh war die eine Seite des Speisesaals zugesperrt man mußte zuerst einen Stock höher dann quer durchs Hotel mit dem anderen Lift runter fahren um in den Speisesaal zu gelangen, sie hätten nur einen Teil des Saales sperren müssen , dann hätten sie die Türen offen lassen können! Das Zimmer wurde so sauber gereinigt das ein von der Bar mitgebrachtes benutztes Glas die ganzen drei Tage auf meinen Nachttisch stand! die Kompetenz bei der Rezeption war erschreckend! Die 4. gebuchte Person wurde leider krank, ich mußte aber trotz der ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten alles bezahlen. In der ersten Nacht waren die ganze Nacht randalierende betrunkene Jugendliche im Stockwerk unterwegs und traten zu den Zimmertüren und schrieen durch die Gänge! Das war dann der pure Erholungseffekt!!

Pěkný hotel, milý a ochotný personál. pokoje i koupelna dostatečně velké. Výhoda celodenního občerstvení ve Snack baru u bazénu, výborná káva, dostatek lehátek a slunečníků. Animační programy pro děti, večery s živou hudbou.

Oproti loňské návštěvě mírné zhoršení v pestrosti nabídky jídel a ve kvalitě drinků. V hotelu bylo poměrně dost rusky hovořících hostů, kteří se chovali hlučně a bezohledně vůči ostatním. Za to ale hotel nemůže, to je dáno mentalitou Rusů.
