Boli sme velmi spokojni, Porec je krasne miesto a ubytovanie bolo skvele.

Poloha hotela priamo v centre. Tiez bezproblemovy pristup k moru. Pekny hotel, stylovy, vybavenie izby bolo skvele, chutne ranajky, prijemny personal. Nie je co vytknut. Pacilo sa nam vsetko.

Trosku hlucnejsie miesto ale s tym sme pocitali, kedze je hotel v centre. A bolo by prijemne keby sa dal vyuzit exterier - zahrada za hotelom.

Kurzurlaub in der Altstadt Porec

Die Top Lage,das freundliche Personal und die wunderschöne Unterkunft, auch auf das Frühstück haben wir uns schon gefreut in dem wunderschöne Gastgarten. Der Parkplatz in der Nähe für 5 € am Tag war auch super günstig, und das Hotel hat eine eigene Fahrrad Box, so konnten wir immer gleich mit dem Rad vom. Hotel starten,durch die schöne Altstadt nach Vrsar entlang des Meeres .Auch die Altstadt hat vieles an Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten.

Da haben wir nichts störendes gefunden.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen – direkt im Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht Kroatisch sowie Englisch.

Das Frühstück wird nur auf Anfrage nachgefüllt. Handtücher konnte man nur auf dem Gemeinschaftsbalkon trocknen, was etwas unpraktisch war.

Albergo piuttosto elegante in centro, con parcheggio privato collegato tramite navetta elettrica. Ampio spazio esterno per cena e colazione (piuttosto buone).

La camera, pur comoda, ben arredata e corredata, aveva solo una piccola finestra che affaccia su uno spazio solo parzialmente aperto; nel complesso era buia e un po’ soffocante.

Very stylish hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, rooms are neat and clean! The rooms facing the side yard overlook the ancient roman temple and sea! The location is right in the middle of town, which has its benefits (and downsides). Beaches are walkable - around 20min from hotel

Loud music blasting from bar next door will keep you up at night, especially if your room facing the little square above the entrance. Service is to be desired - while everyone acts friendly, things are forgotten, requests not fulfilled and things not fixed upon requests. Very poor breakfast - from hot options there only eggs - boiled or scrambled ones.

Zelo lep in urejen hotel par minut hoda do centra. Osebje - receptorji, natakarji ter sobarice - zelo prijazni in ustrežljivi. Sobe so lepe in čiste, hrana izredno okusna in raznolika - za vsak okus nekaj. Vsekakor se bom še kdaj vrnila.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragender Küche!

Architektonisch ist es im Martis gelungen, den Mars und Neptuntempel noch spürbar zu machen. Das Restaurant hat phantastischen Fisch und liegt ruhig. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein sehr gelungenes Hotel!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – leider keine Empfehlung

Das Badezimmer war groß

Wir hatten uns aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des vielversprechenden Namens auf das Martis Forum Heritage Hotel & Residence gefreut – leider wurden wir durchweg enttäuscht. ❌ Unfreundlicher Empfang & keinerlei Service Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir ohne jegliche Begrüßung abgefertigt. Kein Willkommen, keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck – stattdessen nur der Hinweis, dass wir ein Appartement gebucht hätten, nach dem Motto: "Was wollen Sie eigentlich hier?" Freundlichkeit war Fehlanzeige. 🧹 Zustand des Appartements mangelhaft Die Unterkunft befand sich in einem separaten Gebäude. Dort erwartete uns: Ungeleerte Mülltonnen Dreckige Stühle, von denen zwei einfach entfernt wurden – bei vier Personen! Nur 3 Handtücher für 4 Gäste Schmutzige Armaturen, Spüle und Boden Schimmelähnliche Verfärbungen in den Duschfugen Der Lüfter im Bad war voller Staub 😣 Unkomfortabel & laut Die Fenster boten kaum Lärmschutz, sodass es nachts sehr laut war. Die Klimaanlage gab regelmäßig laute Pieptöne von sich, auch nachts – an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. 🥐 Frühstück unter dem Mindeststandard Das Frühstück war sehr schlicht, kaum Auswahl, und es gab keine Bedienung. Auch hier: keinerlei Freundlichkeit oder Gastfreundschaft. ⚠️ Umgang mit Kritik: enttäuschend Auf höflich formulierte Kritik wurde unhöflich und unprofessionell reagiert. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass Beschwerden als lästig empfunden werden und keinerlei Interesse an Verbesserungen besteht. Auf die Frage ob man mit dem Hotelmanager sprechen könne gibt es freche Antworten, hier wirkt das komplette Personal inkompetent und unwillig. 🛎️ Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist da auch von Seiten des Hotels kein konstruktives Gespräch möglich war. --- Fazit: Ein Hotel, das sich "Heritage" nennt, sollte mindestens grundlegende Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Gastorientierung bieten – hier fehlte es leider an allen Ecken. Sehr schade, denn Lage und Konzept hätten Potenzial.

Kleines und feines Boutiquehotel

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, für Besichtigungen top. Allerdings kann es in der Nacht laut werden, da auch Clubs in der Nähe sind. Das Essen ist sehr gut, wir hatten Halbpension - immer drei Gänge mit mehreren Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl und das mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Auch die Preise für Getränke halten sich im Rahmen. Das Frühstück ist eher klein und fein, es werden aber frische Eiergerichte angeboten und es ist alles da, was man im Regelfall braucht.

Almost magical. The highlight of our Croatian adventure.

Literally everything was fabulous! We had some travel difficulties and arrived well past our predicted time. The staff welcomed us with grace and hard a beautiful meal waiting for us when we arrived. I chose to stay in bed the next morning and the kitchen staff put together a lovely breakfast and helped my husband deliver it to me in the room. The only thing better than that gesture was joining my husband in the dining room the next morning as the options were plentiful and the quality exceptional. Dinner the second evening was so nice and the service was (again) magnificent. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff; so amazing in every way! The hotel is lovely and quiet. The location is at the far end of what is a small and quaint old town. I suspect a lot of visitors miss this incredible gem. Porec is beautiful and peaceful and this hotel made it even more splendid. You should absolutely book this site. It was hard for us to leave.

Modernes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung und Lage, allerdings mit einigen Mankos

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich klasse. Mitten in Porec, man konnte also super schnell am Strand sein und zum bummeln ins Zentrum gehen. Auch ist das Hotel super stylisch eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind schön groß. Wir hatten das Zimmer XI und hatten wirklich eine Menge Platz. Beim Frühstück hatten wir einen älteren Mann als Kellner. Er war super bemüht und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und es gab eine Menge verschiedener Früchte. Toll :)

Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber gemacht werden. Bei Ankunft lagen im Bad nahe der Tür einige Haare und etwas Schmutz, vermutlich von den Gästen davor. Das wurde den kompletten Aufenthalt lang nicht entfernt. Auch mussten wir uns um einiges selbst kümmern. Das Klopapier ging leer, wir mussten um eine neue Rolle bitten. Ein großes Handtuch fehlte, wir mussten nach einem zusätzlichen fragen. Danke Pflegeartikel (Duschgel etc.) gingen leer und wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Also das war alles nicht super dramatisch, aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass hier oberflächlich gearbeitet wurde und man fühlt sich weniger geschätzt. Ein Kellner abends war auch nicht unbedingt freundlich. Wir haben an einem Abend etwas im zugehörigen Restaurant getrunken und irgendwie hatten wir das Gefühl, ihm eher auf die Nerven zu gehen. Also im Endeffekt ist mir das egal, wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit, aber man kann’s ja mal erwähnen.

Wir hatten wunderbare und entspannte Urlaubstage und kommen gerne wieder 😚.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit ausgewählten Wurst- und Käsesorten, Eier gekocht oder gebraten, Milch, Joghurt, Pflanzendrinks, verschiedene Wasser und Säfte, gutes Gebäck, Croissants und andere Kuchen. Frisches Obst und Gemüse, Nüsse, Cerealien und sehr guter Kaffee rundeten das Angebot ab. Das Hotel mit 19 Zimmern liegt nahe zum Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Speisenauswahl. Einen Besuch können wir gern empfehlen. Die Strandpromenade ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und lädt zu ausgedehnten und entspannten Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein.

Ein sehr schönes, modernes und renoviertes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Porec. Private Parkplätze sind vorhanden - man wird mit Golfwagen abgeholt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist klein aber fein (sehr gute Eier). Das mehrgängige Silvester-Menü war geschmacklich sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Dekoration und das Angebot vor dem Hotel mit Glühweinstand, Snacks, Wärmestrahlern, Sitz- und Stehmöglichkeiten hat eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre erzeugt.

Eine zweite Decke wäre gut, damit man sich in der Nacht nicht streiten muss.
