Charming hotel with warm hospitality from the host.

Charming hotel with beautifully appointed room, plenty of room for our family of 4. The host was very generous and kind to collect us & our luggage from the car rental company and also provide us with takeaway breakfast for our early morning departure.

Decent stay

Very stylish hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, rooms are neat and clean! The rooms facing the side yard overlook the ancient roman temple and sea! The location is right in the middle of town, which has its benefits (and downsides). Beaches are walkable - around 20min from hotel

Loud music blasting from bar next door will keep you up at night, especially if your room facing the little square above the entrance. Service is to be desired - while everyone acts friendly, things are forgotten, requests not fulfilled and things not fixed upon requests. Very poor breakfast - from hot options there only eggs - boiled or scrambled ones.

Almost magical. The highlight of our Croatian adventure.

Literally everything was fabulous! We had some travel difficulties and arrived well past our predicted time. The staff welcomed us with grace and hard a beautiful meal waiting for us when we arrived. I chose to stay in bed the next morning and the kitchen staff put together a lovely breakfast and helped my husband deliver it to me in the room. The only thing better than that gesture was joining my husband in the dining room the next morning as the options were plentiful and the quality exceptional. Dinner the second evening was so nice and the service was (again) magnificent. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff; so amazing in every way! The hotel is lovely and quiet. The location is at the far end of what is a small and quaint old town. I suspect a lot of visitors miss this incredible gem. Porec is beautiful and peaceful and this hotel made it even more splendid. You should absolutely book this site. It was hard for us to leave.

Great stay to relax and recharge yourselves while enjoying Roman history!

Location in front the sea in the ancient part of the town, contemporary hotel built on Roman foundations, staff are gentle and provide five stars of service! Guests oriented!

even though the hotel seems to be very new, there is something wrong with the AC/ventilation system...the air seems to have not enough circulation and it does not cool down. we were lucky that we could went during the nights as it was not too loud nor too hot. therefore our experience with his hotel is quiet good.

Exceptional

I was sceptical about this hotel as I saw some bad google reviews, but I am so glad I went ahead and booked. It’s an exquisite little charming place wrapped in antique history. Rooms are beautiful and the view is amazing. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast offers a la card options as well. All in all - would highly recommend it to everyone. It seems to me bad google review is just some disloyal competition….

We had some vibration and noise in the room from ground floor. It's repeated every minute. We can guess that it's something from technical room below. But any way it should be fixed.

Luxuriously furnished apartment, excellently equipped for a stay. Parking available near the apartment, but maximum stay 30 minutes. For the rest of the time, the owner secured a place for the vehicle in a nearby public parking lot.

Room was nice, location central in old town which is in the pedestrian zone. Average ok breakfast, nothing mind blowing for a boutique hotel. Parking is bit far away but great Cart service to and from parking. Driver was very helpful and kind and informative. Bathroom amenities were great.

There was a weird scent (room freshener) sprayed in the room which turned us off. TV did not work and it was really annoying. They really did not have a good answer for it or solution. Could have asked us to change rooms or bring another receiver from another room. Front desk staff felt very non caring overall.

The location was great! Our apartment kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. We had shuttle service to and from the bus station. Breakfast was very good.

the people in the reception and in the bar and breakfast was very very nice we liked the design, and everything was new and clean the breakfast was amazing

in our big room the air conditioner doesn’t work so well, the room was very hot and there was a lot of mosquitoes so we couldn’t open the windows
