Soggiorno rilassante e confortevole

Location straordinaria, camere spaziose e moderne, eccellente la pulizia. Buono il servizio di ristorazione abbastanza vario. Eccellente il servizio di accoglienza, trasporto e gestione bagagli. Eccellente anche la tempestività nel risolvere piccoli problemini. Personale gentile e disponibile. Riconosco l'eccellente coordinamento nella gestione di una struttura che ospita numeri considerevoli di persone, spesso e volentieri, tutte nello stesso momento (vedi sala di ristorazione). Complimenti!

In realtà non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, ma se dovessi cercare l'ago nel pagliaio direi che (come spesso capita) nei bagni non c'è il bidet, che per noi italiani, abituati al suo uso quotidiano è un disagio notevole, l'aria condizionata nelle aree comuni era un po troppo bassa, e la moquette nelle stanze, io proprio non la sopporto, anche se capisco possa essere un insonorizzate maggiore.

Es ist eine schöne Anlage mit viel grün .Jetzt in der Nachsaison sind auch ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. All in ist super . Vor allem das man Wasser auch mit aufs Zimmer nehmen kann . Das Zimmer Upgrade war eine große Freude.

Das es beim Hotel Pool keinen Bereich gibt nur für Erwachsene. Als Familie ist es sicher toll. Als Paar nicht ganz so fein .

- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Speisesaal hatte Charm einer Personalkantine - Büffet war Massenware. Trotzdem war Auswahl riesig und es hatte für jeden etwas dabei - Abendessen „nur“ bis 21:00 Uhr möglich - Fitnessstudio für Hotelgrösse ungenügend - Zustand der Hotelanlage in die Jahre gekommen

Die Insel war wunderschön, die Angestellten unglaublich bemüht, es war für jeden Geschmack der passende Strand, Pool, etc. da. Die Aktionen und Freizeitangebote mega… Allen Familienmitgliedern gerecht geworden

Die Einteilung in all inklusive und V Level. Beim Buchen ist nicht ganz hervorgegangen, dass all inkl. bedeutet, dass es Getränke an zwei Stationen gibt, aus Spendern, alles was darüber hinausgeht, wie Mini Bar, Strand und co… ist nicht dabei. Wir haben dann auf V Level erhöht, das Hotel kam uns dabei sehr entgegen& unsere Kritik wurde konstruktiv aufgenommen.

Wir haben schöne sonnige und erholsame Tage verbracht.

Unser Aufenthalt war Ende Juni 2025. Ein Kompliment an das Personal. Egal in welchem Bereich wir sie angetroffen haben, sie waren immer sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben sehr gut auf dem Bett geschlafen. Die Auswahl an den Buffets haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen und es hat uns immer gut geschmeckt. Als kinderlose und nicht Hundehalter, haben wir es auch geschätzt, dass es verschiedene Badeorte gab auf der Insel und v.a. Bereiche ohne Hunde. Durch das regelmässige Fahren vom Taxiboot auf das Festland, waren wir nie "zeitgebunden".

My husband needed medical help and they went above & beyond to support us (all of reception staff, and Ante especially). Thank you! The premises offer so much beauty and entertainment. The room was spatious and clean, the view of Poreč - fantastic! The restaurant offered variety of fresh and very tasty food! We were amazed how beaches are well kept, tidy and all staff works so diligently to make the guests happy! Well done management of this team!

Not related to the premises, but the noise from a club in Poreč kept us from getting fresh air over night.

Fin hotel, pogotovo za djecu za neki kraći boravak

Lijepa lokacija, raznovrsne plaže i lijep sadržaj na bazenu. Ima sadržaja za svačiji ukus, od potpunog mira do gužve i zabave.

Loša hrana. Ima svega, ali je potpuno bezukusno. Toliko je jak miris prženja u restoranu da za vrijeme večere potpuno poprimite miris kuhinje, kao da ste sami stajali za štednjakom. Cijeli hotel miriše na prženo ulje.

Odmor i uzivancija

Isabella Island Resort nam je stvarno nadmašio očekivanja! Od trenutka kad smo stigli, osoblje je bilo super ljubazno i uslužno – sve s osmijehom, profesionalno i bez ikakvog problema. Hrana je bila odlična, svaki dan nešto novo, sve svježe i jako ukusno, a i djeca su uvijek našla nešto što vole. Posebno su nam čak pripremali i hranu za bebu. Resort je jako čist, sve je uredno i lijepo održavano, od soba do bazena i plaže. A program za djecu je stvarno top – klinci su uživali u animacijama, igrama i zabavi svaki dan, pa smo se i mi odrasli mogli malo opustiti. Sve u svemu, cijela obitelj je imala predivan odmor i sigurno se vraćamo opet!

Sehr schön

Wunderschöne Anlage. Viele schöne Strände. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Babybett war aus Holz, das fanden wir super. Es war kein Baby Reisebett. Viel bequemer fürn Kleinen. Nachdem Auschecken durften wir den ganzen Tag noch dort verbringen und die Strände nutzen. Und man hat die Möglichkeit vor der Abreise im Spa Bereich zu duschen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Man hört abends sehr laut die Musik vom Festland. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür

Just the marketing which you sold me via booking but reality was terrible

- parking spot in the city - rude lady - reception - rude pretty boy who completely ignored my request and laughed into my face - villas are not villas - they are garden apartments with connecting doors and very thin walls where you hear everything - overpriced . No value for money you pay - all inclusive package is bullshit . Don’t take it . Staff refused to serve us in the bar when we ordered alcoholic drinks they didn’t want to serve ice tea from all inclusive package even though we paid the package . - if you have kid over age 6 and you are looking for quiet place where you can recharge your batteries then this is not the place for you . - screaming kids and babies everywhere ! Breakfast and dinner . Including barking dogs - AC did not work in room at all - floor in the room was dirty Assistance hotel manager at least helped us to change the room. The rest I couldn’t bother to complaint about as I was there for 3 days only but I will certainly not return .

Strand und Anlage traumhaft, Hotel sehr schön, das Buffet und Essen war sehr gut. Ausblick super. Die Kinder waren rundum beschäftigt mit Rutschen usw. Personal war sehr nett!!! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

In der Nacht kühlte die Klimaanlage des Hotelzimmers nicht so gut. So machten wir das Fenster auf. Jedoch war jede Nacht sehr laute Clubmusik und viel Menschenlärm bzw. Partylärm vom gegenüberliegenden Ufer zu hören. Eventuell handelt es sich um einen bestimmten Club. Die laute Club-Musik ging jede Nacht bis 4-5 Uhr Morgens. Es war störend. Ich würde als Hotel dem nachgehen und dem Ursprung der Musik nachgehen bzw. auf eine gewisse Zeit begrenzen. 3-5 Uhr Morgens ist schon sehr lange. Am Strand lagen viele Pappbecher im einem Eck, kann aber auch sein, dass von selben Tag von unachtsamen Gästen. Beim Abendessen war sehr viel Trubel und alle auf einmal. Haben probiert die Randzeiten zu erwischen, ist uns aber nicht gelungen.
