Gorgeous little flat in the old town centre of Orleans, exactly like described.

Great place to stop with a dog or children or even to sit and chill out in the lovely enclosed garden

The garden was amazing for the dog after being in the car all day. Probably in a great location for everything but we were stuck in traffic around Paris and arrived later so did not have time to chef the area out properly.

The property was fine but getting there was a little difficult as the road system seems to have changed since the satnav And the one way system made it difficult to get around easily. Lots of people trying to turn around like we were.

Very comfortable beds and very clean. Easy to access the key and enter the apartment.

No internet access. All three of us tried to connect but were unable. Also, I wrote asking about the parking and never received an answer, and when I wrote saying we had been unable to access the internet, I received no response.

A nice little place to stay

The location is an easy walking distance to the cathedral. Parking is very close. It was nice to have coffee available. Communication was excellent

Very nice cosy little apartment. Well equipped and garden is a bonus. Close to shopping and commuting routes. Quiet area and ideal base for exploring the Loire Valley

The parking situation is a little confusing. A little more guidance would be appreciated Also, be aware that the apartment is located in an area with many narrow roads one-way roads. It's a little awkward to get too, but it is worth the effort.

Logement très exigüe, peu accessible pour les vélos (couloir des communs pour accéder au logement très étroit, courette pas pratique pour y amener les vélos) Manque une poignée à la porte de la salle de bain. Equipement électrique défectueux (fil dénudé de la rallonge). Couchage pour 3 personnes avec seulement 2 chaises....

Micro onde installé trop haut sur une planche cassée à gauche et qui a failli tomber…très dangereux . Problème finition cuisine, (frigo cassé et usé, hotte obsolète , pas d éclairage coin cuisine) et salle de douche…nécessaire d apporter quelques améliorations

In het centrum van Orleans in een mooie, rustige wijk en vlakbij de Loire. Fijne tuin, fietsen konden binnen gestald worden.Alles aanwezig zoals vermeld op de site.

Kussens en linnengoed was prima, maar er zou eens een nieuw matras aangeschaft kunnen worden. Het overdag parkeren van een auto is enigszins prijzig.

Quelle jolie surprise !! Très joli petit nid douillet niché au coeur du centre historique. A dix minutes de la cathédrale et du musée des beaux arts. Au calme , avec une super literie! Et que dire du petit jardin!!!!! entièrement clôturé parfait si vous avez un chien( d ailleurs un grand merci a vous de les accepter) Je recommande+++++

La propreté laisse a désirer , des poils sur les toilettes! Miettes micro ondes, poignée sdb cassée a l intérieur, Odeur dégoût dans la sdb , le bruit ! Mauvaise isolation sonore et des menuiseries. Dommage!

C’est dommage il y a du potentiel mais , quel gâchis… Le plus triste, c’est que ce lieu pourrait être vraiment agréable… s’il était aménagé intelligemment. Malheureusement : • Un lit simplement posé le long du mur, sans tête de lit • Rien pour s’asseoir correctement si l’on veut regarder la télévision. • Aucune penderie ni espace de rangement — problématique quand on séjourne pour travailler. • Un petit jardin qui pourrait être un atout… mais l’ensemble est sans âme Bref, une vraie déception et en plus impossible d’avoir la facture. Ils « ne savent pas faire ».. @booking, merci de faire votre métier !

Un jardin agréable. La localisation très proche de la cathédrale.

Le matelas est très inconfortable avec un creux au milieu... à 2, nous étions accrochés sur les bords... La pièce unique est tout en longueur et étroite. Il n'y a pas de canapé pour un temps détente, il y aurait la place en supprimant le lit supplémentaire. La salle de bain est petite, ce qui rend l'espace de douche très étroit.. vaut mieux être mince pour se doucher. Je regrette l'absence de réponse du propriétaire à mes messages. Malgré l'espace jardin agréable, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung war sauber. Mitten in der Stadt sogar einen eigenen Garten. Die Ausstattung ist prima und auch gab es touristische Informationen.

Die Tür schließt zwar gut, macht aber keinen sehr soliden Eindruck. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr sicher gefühlt.

Die Küchenausstattung, der Kontakt zum Vermieter, die Lage, ebenerdige Wohnung! Vielleicht ist die Wohnung angenehm im Sommer, wegen des Gartens, obwohl es dann sicher sehr warm darin wird. Im Oktober für 2 Personen zu klein und nicht warm genug.

Das Bett abgenutzt, der Toilettensitz zu klein, die Schüssel/Fallrohr verschmutzt, die Dusche sehr sehr klein und wirkte ungepflegt, Schimmelbildung an Vorhang/Gardine und Fensterkitt, Türklinke zum Bad abgebrochen und warum auch immer Klopapier ins Schlüsselloch gestopft. Die Mülltonnen im Flur finde ich persönlich auch sehr unattraktiv.

Perfecte communicatie met host. Privé appartement, met uitstekende keukenvoorziening en wasmachine o.a. Fijne diepe tuin met mooie boom en plant, goed gemeubeld. Privacy. Prachtige kalme buurt in oud Orléans. Dichtbij de Saint-Aignan en de Saint-Euverte. Nabij uitgaansbuurt. Nabij théâtre d'Orléans. Nabij alle musea, de kathedraal, winkelgebied.

Nóg beter dan verwacht.
