Avoid this place at all costs

Avoid this place at all costs! This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing stays we’ve ever experienced. The complete lack of communication and disregard for guests is appalling. We reported an issue with the blinds that did not open so there was no natural light or ventilation —something they were clearly already aware of—and instead of providing a real solution, we were strung along with useless back-and-forth messages, wasting our time with no guarantees. By the time they finally responded, it was already too late for us to make other arrangements, as our stay was ending in just two days. Their so-called “solution” fixed absolutely nothing. We paid for a room that did not match what was advertised, and instead of offering actual customer service, they suggested we just leave—without being charged for the remaining days. That’s not a solution; that’s the bare minimum. Given their total incompetence and failure to assist (they didn’t even bother to bring us a simple pillow), we should have been entitled to compensation for the stress and inconvenience. This place does not care about its guests. If you book here, don’t expect any help when things go wrong. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else!

Litterie tres agréable. Très bien situé par rapport au centre ville/centre universitaire

Quasiment pas d'eau chaude (reglage au poil de fion, et encore, l'eau est tiède). Cuisine non nettoyer par les autres colocataires. La plaque marche une fois sur deux. ( soit elle bug, soit je ne sais pas m'en servir)

Emplacement géographique, facilité de se garer, qualité du logement

L'un des locataires de la chambre Mario, malgrès le mail envoyé par le propriétaire a continué de fumer du canabis dans le logement et dans la chambre. Se qui infectait tout le logement. A priori il n'avait rien à faire des remarques et de l'interdiction de fumer dans le logement.

Les colocataires ont été très bruyants . Ils n’ont pas cessé de crier samedi matin , je pense même qu’ils se sont battus entre eux. Ils fumaient dans le logement ce qui nuisait à notre tranquillité. Ils se sont permis également de manger notre nourriture. La cohabitation avec eux a été très compliqué

Franchement pas terrible... En dernier recours

Les gens qui ont partagé la collocation, en début de semaine une jeune femme bien crado qui a tout dégueulassé dans l'appartement et en fin de semaine un jeune couple arrivé vers 22h qui a dégueulé partout et fait un vacarme pas possible jusqu'à 2h du matin. Très mauvaise expérience. Je me suis rendu compte en fin de semaine que ce n'était pas un voisin qui perçais son mur mais les tuyauterie qui claquent intempestivement.
