Stay is good if you are not worried about getting the deposit back

Property kept clean and maintained well. All instructions provided and easy to find the property in the park

Nothing negative about the property But have not received the deposit back and it has been more than 7 working days from the date of stay. No response from the owner/managing person

Hidden charges

The location ver close to the beach.

The hidden charges after booking is completed!! £50 deposit, your electricity usage is subtracted. However they do NOT pay the deposit back regardless. Your charged also for linen it's not optional although advised that way. I do not recommend this holiday maker.

Was handy for the centre

Still waiting on return of deposit for over a month! They are very quick at taking it. Have txt multiple time and got no response.

Not happy

The location was ideal.

Couldn't find any mugs when we arrived, later on found filthy mugs in the smelly dishwasher. We are also still waiting for the return of the £100 refundable deposit, minus the charge for electricity, which was due the second week in June. Contacted them endless times and are just being ignored.

Lovely place, newly refurbed but terrible management

The location was perfect.

Many things could have been better, and I hope somebody reads this review before booking with this operator. LOOK ON TRIPADVISOR FOR THE MANY BAD REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY. The worst thing about our stay was being ignored for the deposit refund. I'm still waiting for this cashback now. Additionally, they charged an extra £15 for bedding that wasn't needed. I found an old lip balm in one of the beds, so this shows that it wasn't cleaned properly. The gas safety certificate hadn't been updated since February, so we didn't feel safe. The key code had been changed on arrival, but we were not told of the change. Eventually, this was sorted, and I understand it could have been an honest mistake, but after a long drive, it was the last thing we needed. The most baffling thing was that the cabin came with three televisions and claimed to have Netflix, but there was no WIFI code to connect to or sort this problem out. When I texted the owner, I was ignored.

Fine, just don’t expect your deposit back or any communication once they have your money

Lovely clean property on a very quiet site.

It was t the property that is the issue. Checked out 9 days ago still waiting for my deposit to be returned, now owners not communicating. So ended up day £278.00 for two nights. Would never stay with this company again and would never recommend them. Left feeling very bitter after what’s was a very difficult weekend but made a little better by been away.

It was sold at £60.15 but in actual fact you had to pay a £110 deposit and it has took three working weeks and numerous phone calls to get our deposit back, not good!!

Modern and clean in the living room, bedding unclean. Poor communication with owners

Facilities were modern as seen in photos

Bedding was not clean , hairs & steins on the sheets and quilt covers. It did not feel like a clean bed. Owners were very slow to give the key code until arrival & slow to return the deposit. I highlighted the issue but they haven’t acknowledged it & have not given any of the money back they charged for linen.

Refurbished Chalet but small.

The chalet seems to have been recently refurbished as all looked quite new.

The Chalet was a bit small for us. The bed was against the wall, window and curtains. The sink was over the toilet making it difficult to wash. Dishes were left in the dishwasher, not sure if clean or dirty. It took 2 weeks to get our deposit refunded after numerous messages.

Chalet was ok, very tiny bathroom and crockery is kept in the dishwasher! Strange.

Owners seemed very reluctant to give the key code prior to our arrival we had to be practical on the doorstep before eventually giving it to us.

After paying for the booking which was non refundable I was then told I had to pay a further £100 deposit which was refundable but I still haven’t received it, then I had to pay for the bedding and any electricity that we used. I felt this was a bit of a con and I should have been told all this prior to making the booking as I had no choice but to pay it as I would of lost my money if I had cancelled. I felt it was a big rip off to be honest and now they are not responding to my request for my deposit back!!

Awful the whole chalet dirty

Location ok

The interior of chalet shower disgusting no sink in toilet to wash hands had to use sink in kitchen Double bed uncomfortable table disgusting toaster had old toast in it work tops not sanitizer The whole interior needs replacing very disappointed we took grandaughters but didn’t use facilities as did not look clean deffinatly not worth the amount we paid mentioned to the lady who met us with keys she said they r being modernised but this one was the last to be done We feel we should have paid less than£72 has we didn’t feel we cd use the facilities
