I found the chalet clean, everything we needed was available. They left some tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and lots of water for us. The towels, tea towels, toilet roles etc was provided including cleaning aids. Recliner settee, the TV works without needing Prime, Netflix or anything else, which was a pleasant change.
There was everything we needed, even the neighbours were nice to us but not in your face.
There was nothing we didn’t like except the Thunder Flies. This is something we had never heard of and had to get some fly spray. They affect the Lincolnshire coast and not just our chalet. Apparently they invade very rarely, unfortunately, it was our first day. They were gone in less than an hour.
I must admit I would give the chalet 10 out of 10 every time.

The property was very clean and well presented. Very welcome water and milk in the fridge!
The operator email response was superb, extremely fast and helpful.
The bathroom floor requires a little maintenance and the bathroom cabinet door-handles are peeling.
A microwave would be useful and more economic than an oven.
