Couldn't have stayed anywhere better.

The photos don't do this bungalow justice. It is much bigger in person. So spacious, clean, comfortable, secure back garden, a driveway. Location is great. Only a 10 minute walk to the main beach and arcades and shops. About 15 mins to seal sanctuary and dog beach. Location is quiet. Excellent stay. Would definitely go back!

I don't have any criticism really. The games area, the games had pieces missing so couldn't really use them but that room is an added bonus anyway and not something you get in most places.

It was a lovely property close to the beach for a family will definitely return at some point in the future

There was plenty of rooms in the property, the beds were lovely and comfortable, lovely big kitchen and dining room, my Grandson loved the little play reading room in the middle of the property with lots of games to play with

The only issue was the two front rooms didn’t have any heating as the rads were not working so it was cold in the sitting room and bed room

Disappointed

Email communication was lengthy and confusing, and I had different answers from different people. Nothing was tailored to the actual property and kept referring to a caravan. The property isn't on one level, so it is no good for disabled or immobile. Shower, not a walk-in and no rubber bath mat, so the shower tray was incredibly slippy. The kitchen was made for giants, being only 5 feet, things were all put up on the higher shelves, and I could only just reach up into the fridge.

Very clean and modern. Nice to have enclosed garden for dog. Although I read it didn't have Wi-Fi there was and it worked well. 5-minute walks to the beach. Comfortable beds. Short drive to Tesco's.

Very odd house layout. No instructions for induction hob. Early checkout at 10:00 a.m. advised check-in time was 4 pm and then told we could check in from 2 p.m.

Fabulous! We had a wonderful family holiday at Joe’s Place and we will return.

The location was amazing. A short walk to a stunning beach which was by no means crowded. The beds were comfortable and the property offered everything we needed and more. The street was perfectly peaceful at all times of the day and night.

I wasn’t keen on the convection hob but that’s personal preference.

The property was great, very clean and spacious. The garden was all fenced off. The bed was comfortable. We took our own bedding and towels, but the beds were all made up, and fresh towels were provided.

Best ever dog friendly accommodation

Absolutely the best ever dog friendly accommodation I have ever stayed in and so well equipped you want for nothing my two tiny dogs were right at home the location was fantastic could not want for more accept better British weather

Comfortable and relaxing stay with beach and amenities within walking distance.

The location was great being so close to the beach. The property offered plenty of space and had everything you could need. We valued the fact that dogs were welcome which is what attracted us to the accommodation. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay and allocated parking was an added bonus

There were a couple of cleanliness issues which didn’t effect our stay too much but the stay would have been even better had these issues not been there: rubbish in metal blue bin in living room, rubbish under living room rug and dust in various places.
