5 Berth bungalow in Mablethrorpe (Joe's Place)

So spacious! The extended kitchen and dining area are lovely, the room with books/games in is great for children!

Cleanliness of the place was very poor. Beds especially pillows were really uncomfortable, only 1 pillow each and can tell they are more than ready to be replaced. Living room had a funny smell to it like fusty damp. The bedroom curtains in the bunk bedroom were useless, soon as it got to daylight you were awake as they didn’t block out any light at all! There were pans in the kitchen that didn’t even work for the hob so they need removing. No dishwasher tablets but also only 1 run down sponge available to wash pots. Very Minimal cleaning products to use. Games in the book room were mostly missing parts so they need throwing out.

The property is a great size, perfect location. Loved our stay

Maybe some more pans for cooking, but that didn't affect our stay as we did eat out too.

Very Spacious. Good location. Heating system was good. Libary was a cute bonus. Ample towels and bedding.

Keybox was stiff and took a while to register the code. Upon entering the property smelt musty, damp and wasnt the cleanest (dust, cobwebs, dead flies, dead spiders ect) . The smoke alarm in games room was giving low battery warning and i assume had been for a while as there was a note on the notice board from prev occupants. Looked a bit tired/run down, damp patches on several ceilings but if it was updated and deep cleaned it would be top notch. Did feel diffrent once lamps were on and heating. Despite this i would rebook as its a great little bungalow.
