Everything was exceptional absolutely gutted it was one night stay wish we could of stayed longer

Location was ok
We prearranged an earlier check in time for1 pm failed to send us the key box code so numerous calls to ask for it meant the time was closer to 2pm when we could get in the van.
Hair dryer not working
Fan in living area broken
Noisy late night noise despite the kerfew of 10pm, noise went on till around 1 with drunken shouting and loud music.
Hot water for kitchen sink and shower I could have put my 3 year old grand daughter to play in, as it would not heat up any more than tepid.
Child's toilet seat to use on the main toilet was covered in dust, therefore the side of the sinks floor had not been cleaned in quite a while.
