Nice van shame it did not have a balcony had all the usual essentials pots pans cups etc baking tins were very grubby and burnt when i cooked on them it burnt onto the food they had sugar tea bags coffee etc.
Master bedroom was lovely with on suite toliet
The actual site its self is not very good it dose not have any shop like it says in the description and the play area for the kids is pointless was 2 things on there ..the pub on site is not very welcoming if you are not a regular or actually live on the site and stays open untill very late past midnight it was right across from our van and was blasting music untill early hours

We had a fantastic holiday! The caravan was very clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Having two toilets was a huge bonus with the whole family staying together. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach, the town, and nearby restaurants. The owner's communication was excellent throughout, with quick and friendly messages that made everything easy. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

Walking distance to the enormous sandy beach
The china and cutlery needed washing before we could use it. The caravan itself, however,was very clean and tidy.
