I had my scooter so I was able to get to the shops and beach but I would have had to go in the car if I didn’t have it.
It was big, and the grass garden was good for my dog
Very basic, The garden furniture was old wooden bench that you kept getting splintered

A lovely place to stay in Mabelthorpe
Location was absolutely ideal for what we wanted as my Uncle lives down here on a site just up the road. It is very close to town and to our favourite beach spot near Queen's Park. The accommodation was very spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished. The downstairs toilet was particularly handy for the kids and my mum who has limited mobility. The garden was again spacious and very private. Overall it was lovely and I would most definitely come back. It could do with a few more bits and bobs to make it more homely e.g. a small side table in the lounge to put drinks on, some soft furnishings etc and for this price point at other places I have had the benefit of a small welcome pack which I think just sets places aside.
