Spacious accommodation for 7 adults. One downstairs bedroom with en-suite. Parking area is at the rear of the property via a track; there is possibly room enough for 3 small vehicles.
We had an issue with the TV. The owners responded quickly and a neighbour arrived within minutes, saw that the TV/aerial was unsuitable and provided a new screen, although we had to cobble together a method of getting decent reception from the indoor aerial.
A few minutes walk from the beach.
Sort out the TV reception. Normally, this wouldn't have been an issue, but it was the night of the England/Norway quarter final. However, for some people, the TV is important and the reception needs improving.
Instruction regarding how to find the private parking is needed.
Pillow quality is variable. One pillow per person.

Great location, really easy to find, very spacious and friendly owner has a lot of potential

The house was in a perfect location in mablethorpe a stone throw away from the beach andain strip
The house was very spacious , with the added bonus of a ground floor bedroom and bathroom for my disabled parents
Rooms where basic and in need or a little tlc but clean and tidy overall and I'm sure over time will be updated and modernised
The house needs quite a bit of work to modernise it ,
Beds need new pillows , kitchen needs kitting out properly as had to ask for more cooking utensils, knifes, baking trays ect as there wasn't any thankyou for providing these promptly
