Being able to park was a big plus for us. Central for everything.
The view out the window wasn't very pleasant. A very untidy and overgrown garden. Also this morning, as we were leaving. The downstairs apartment had let their dog mess all over the gravel.

The property big and have enough space for family. Everything what you need you can find in the property. You just need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. 🙂 Lots of table games for kids and adults. Big tv, nice and clean , comfy and tidy bed . Good communication with apartment owner . Absolutely amazing location very close to all shops and sea. Definitely would be book again if visiting Mablethorpe again . Thank you for great stay 🤩

Great location and very roomy. Nice, clean and great value for money.
Nothing everything was perfect for us. The only thing I would say is that it is a first floor apartment so those with wheelchairs or find climbing stairs difficult may struggle.

Close to town, spacious, well laid out, fully equipped kitchen, big tv with Netflix
Lots of little bits need attention, flooring not laid properly, the sofa has seen better days, I was scared to sit on it, the glass coffee tables are not kiddy friendly, quite a few windows were fogged up/wet in between the panes, the mattresses were not comfortable & need replacing.
