granddaughter loved it next to beach and water park and lake

no food can opener look ever ware ! the key code was wrong ( booking .com ) had to call the owner lovely lady sent the right one

Best location in Mablethorpe and good value for money.

Excellent location in close proximity to the beach and town centre. Washing machine and lots of other extra facilities provided.

Bedding and towels had an unpleasant smell, shower and wardrobe had mould in them. Oven needs a deep clean ( although guests who left it dirty should have cleaned after themselves).

perfect location , is fully equiped with everything you would need and spotlessly clean

more lights in the kitchen area, ie. under counter perhaps, outside steps where the gate is, needs attention, srews are becoming loose and sticking up (caught our toes/ feet on them a few times .

Location excellent virtual on sea from and private secure gate on to park, quiet and peaceful at night though

On arrival we were disappointed with the outside area and garden, looks neglected and run down, lots of weeds and thistles in garden and weeds in front of the gravelled area outside front door and washing line unusable due to bush growing through it. Such a shame as property otherwise excellent and with a little tlc outdoor area could be made more private and pleasurable to sit out in .

Exactly what we needed for our short 3 day stay, we will be back.

Property was ideally located for our use, facilities were excellent. Everything was provided for, from cleaning facilities to bed linen.

The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to everything but on a very quiet road so it was very peaceful at night. The hosts were very organised and the key collection was very easy.
