Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though! The fireplace is a stunner which wouldnt look out of place in a much larger property. Overall, this is a cracking little place to stay, less than five minutes from the beach and not too close to the "hustle" of Mablethorpe. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful fireplace, old world cottage, quiet relaxing place, everything you could wish for. Sea near by, lots of nice walks. Lake very interesting to watch. Will visit again .

The cottage also needs a new TV aerial the old one is hanging of the wall and reception is poor. The cottage meets most other needs.
