Quiet spot with friendly owners

A lovely quiet village home. Plenty of space for the three of us. Cafes and restaurants a 5 minute walk away. Lovely owners. Plentiful breakfast.

The floorboards were very squeaky. You couldn't walk without it creaking. For one night, this didn't bother us, but had we stayed longer it would have disturbed the kids' sleep. Not a major thing and we would still stay there again.

Great stay as a family of 5

The hosts were very friendly and nice. The apartment is in a second level and it has 3 beds and 1 bath and had a mini fridge. Everything was so pretty and delicate. One bedroom had toys and teddy bears which our daughter enjoyed and played with. The bathroom was nice and decent size. The breakfast was delicious and included breads, juice, jams, fruits and yogurts. Free parking behind the house. The hosts were easy to communicate with before arriving.

Really comfortable, nice hosts and great location for town.

The French breakfast was wonderful and my coffee was made just how I like it. The hosts were so nice and helpful. I was able to secure my bicycle safely. I couldn't fault my stay and would recommend the accommodation to others.

Lovely property, , good location

Very friendly, clean and perfect stop over for our family of five. We arrived late and arrangements were kindly made for us to have dinner at a local restaurant.

Unfortunately, the road works and our late arrival with a trailer made things difficult. But this will only be a temporary issue as the workmen seem to be moving very quickly.

Excellent, friendly, clean and a great breakfast.

lovely hosts, very welcoming, invited us the the village Bastille celebration which was really good for the family. In the morning we had a fantastic breakfast! The host speaks mostly French with a little English and my French has a lot to be desired but the hosts where fun friendly and happy to communicate somewhere in the middle!

everything was just great i would certainly recommend it to others! better than staying in a one room hotel chain as a family

A nice stay but never again.

The host was fantastic despite only speaking a tiny amount of English and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were great although air conditioning would have been a great addition

The overall set up of the property was a bit strange as the rooms were in the owners house and we just had the upstairs of the property. This meant access was via the owners living room and it was just a bit odd to be saying hi to her elderly mother as we walked in.

There was nothing to fault. Hosts were really lovely, we had a typical continental breakfast which was very tasty and adequate, our accomodation was perfect for our family of five and the location within walking distance of a couple of restaurants.

Very hospitable welcome.

The host was very kind and hospitable, and we had a chat in French about the village and what it was like living there. In addition, there was free parking on the property which made visiting the place by car pleasant to do. The breakfast was elaborate and very good as well. The host helped me check if the road was clear before leaving, as the cars drive very fast in the village, which made my depart a lot safer. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The neighbour's address comes up when looking up the address of the Chambres d'hôtes on Google maps. This resulted in my parking my car in the wrong courtyard, for which I apologised to the neighbour. But they were friendly as well, and said it happens all the time.

Madam Gavrois was a very nice lady. It was a lovely place situated in her own house. The price was really good, nice place to stay for 5 persons. A little breakfast was included.

Lovely house with a lovely host. Very useful for our 1 night stay between England and Bordeaux. Worked well for our family of 5 as we found not many places cater for 5.

Goed vertoeven

We hadden de bovenverdieping voor onszelf en dat was ruim en gezellig. Konden zelf koffie en thee pakken en we kregen een fles water en we hebben 's morgens een heerlijk ontbijt gekregen.

De vloeren kraakten heel erg dus waren we bang dat de bewoners er erg last van zouden hebben als wij liepen.
