Accommodation price should really have included breakfast, but there was coffee in the room.

Superb restaurant. We were upgraded to a hut which was very comfortable.
The room was set up to give a « funky » vibe and was very comfortable. However there were some issues which made the room awkward and potentially dangerous. Everything was painted black but the lighting was very low. Reading was difficult. The bath was inside a black box but the device for holding up the lid was broken making the bath unusable. Had the device broken when someone was in the bath it would be extremely dangerous. This risk should be eliminated urgently.

At peace in the beautiful French countryside.
Beautiful place in a little French Village, the staff were absolutely lovely and the place had great personality and delicious food. The interiors are so interesting and unique. Felt so calm and happy here.
We had the most amazing tasting menu and felt it would have been appropriate for the Michelin Chef to come out and say hello to the diners if only for a few minutes. But he stayed firmly hidden away..

Because we travelled with our dog we couldn’t stay in the hut which we had booked.
