Good for our needs travelling to Le Shuttle

Excellent location in Montreuil, & to the Channel. Comprehensive breakfast, although the bread was late!

The room had no atmosphere or decor, although the bed was very comfortable. Confusion over breakfast cost. ( an email said 8€- please check this.

Great stay! Highly recommended.

We loved this place. We had a great stay, friendly staff, and a breakfast buffet with everything you need for a full day of experiences. The rooms and bathrooms were huge, and the historic setting was fantastic. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

The carpered floor. The gym / it wasn’t a gym only a bike, cross training and walking band.

Good location, nice old building but poor value.

The building is very impressive and the location is excellent for sightseeing in the town. A good range of restaurants nearby. We were upgraded for free to a comfort room which had a refrigerator but the standard room did not. There was complimentary water in a cooler on each floor. Plenty of secure car parking.

The cleanliness of the communal areas and corridors was poor with bits on the carpets in many places. The whole place needed a team with vacuum cleaners to give it a blitz. The breakfast buffet was way overpriced at 18 euros. There was congealed long overdone scrambled eggs and tepid bacon and little sausages. The breads were nice but not worth the price. There are plenty of cafes nearby so next time we'll get breakfast out. Parking was 10 euros too.

Under whelmed

The staff in the hotel were helpful. The bar is nice.

The restaurant . We were led to a table that smelled like urine (was it the cat). My partners food was very poor and the response to us raising this was unacceptable

Tired hotel and the lobby smells. The carpet’s need a deep clean and having a cat and cat bowls in the lounge and on furniture isn’t great.

Great Hotel highly recommend

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional The hotel was clean and welcoming, the bedroom was of a good size, warm and the large bed was so comfortable. Great variety of food for breakfast, staff were so attentive. There was ample parking outside for free, although the hotel does have secure parking for €10 per night. Plenty of lovely restaurants within easy reach and of course the beautiful ramparts close by.

Convenient and cozy cross channel stopover for a couple of days

Central location in an interesting historic town. Decent sized room which was very comfortable.Pleasant resturant, if a little overpriced. Bar and and good sized seating area proved to be a godsend in cold and inclement weather on the stay. EV charging available.

Great location. Lovely staff. Very clean. Shelves to put toiletries on in bathroom which was a good size and great shower. Comfortable bed but when partner turned over whole mattress moved!

Absolute treat to watch the mist rising from our windows. Very peaceful too.

We had a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the town; it is very easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. The hotel has a payable car park on site but there is free parking nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with good facilities. The hotel is lovely and a good place to relax. It also has a restaurant, but we did not dine there. The breakfast had a good choice of food and beverages.

Good location but we had a hot and noisy bedroom

We are regular visitors & enjoy the location, easy parking & early breakfasts.

Our bedroom had been in the sun all day, so was very warm. Then it became clear that we were also immediately above a band playing outside that evening. Not ideal when you need to be up early to catch Eurotunnel. The hotel were very reluctant to move us when we realised the possible problem ~18.30. They eventually moved us at 22.30.

Some tweaks and it could be very good indeed.

Stayed here before when it wasn't a BW. Better standard now. Room was good, with a lot of space. Bathroom was a good size too. Excellent car park and with electric car charging too. More modern equipment and more of it allied to some of the regular charging apps, like Electroverse or Chargemap would have made charging a lot easier.

A very mean supply of coffee, one coffee one Decaf with two teas. Given the cost of the room this detracts what was otherwise a lovely room. Shower over a bath is dangerous due to the slippery surface. Needs to be replaced. Breakfast was only average with hardly any staff in attendance. Please don't supply uncut fruit unless it supplements fruit already cut.
