I would love to return, can’t get much more of a recommendation than that.

The rooms (I had two types) were great, lots of places to just lounge around. Far enough away from the town centre to be peaceful & quiet but close enough to go there. Lots of parking spaces, unlike many hotels in the same town. Breakfasts were great but dinners were awesome. Best thing about my stay was the hotel staff - they made me feel so welcome.

The room had a good view.

The room was in an annexe quite a distance from the main hotel. Also the restaurant was shut, necessitating a half mile walk downhill into town for dinner, and a half mile walk back, uphill.

Very nice hotel with an amazing view. Perfect location to visit the Baie de Somme. Friendly staff and good services. Very good breakfast with local products and a lot of variety

We were a little bit disappointed by the dinner compared to our previous stay. Food was good but choices were very limited and seasoning /dressing was average

For the high price, the room was exceedingly ordinary, We paid the same price in Macon the night before for an outstanding room. We had no idea from the Booking.com site that we would be located in an outbuilding, along a boardwalk, up a flight of wooden steps, with our luggage,. and we aren't spring chickens. .

Really comfortable and big room and superb breakfast

One of the best breakfasts ever. Despite the choice was not to much the quality and taste was even better. Restaurant staff was very caring to prepare a vegetarian meal as there was none given in first place. Location above the bay is quiet and offers great views.

There could be a vegetarian and vegan offer in the menu.

OK, but not geared for an overnight stay.

The room was good. The view was across the car park, so not desperately appealing but the hotel is well located for a visit to Saint Valery-our-Somme.

The price was quite expensive for what you get. If you make use of all of the facilities you will get better value but for our visit, an overnight stay, it was expensive. The breakfast option was odd. Having stayed in a number of hotels around France on this trip, we found it odd that we had to complete a form the night before. We were asked to pick a time slot for breakfast in the morning and to choose what we would eat. There didn't appear to be any continental breakfast option and the choices were very limited. At €20 it seemed expensive. We decided to skip breakfast and bought a cup of coffee and a croissant at an Aire for €6!

Great place for a weekend break - within easy walking distance of the high street and promenade

The view of the estuary was wonderful from the large windows in the room. Modern bathroom and plenty of space in the room. Very clean and well presented room.

Beautiful views, excellent staff but overpriced.

The views from the room were amazing. Staff were very cheerful and happy to help. They tried to solve any problem you had. The position of the hotel near the town was very good. Everything in walking distance. The gardens were attractive with different seating areas. We didn’t use the spa as it was very expensive. The swimming pool was small but good.

The room had air con which was old and looked unsafe (tape over a space for a button). It was secured with a binding of some kind. It didn’t have heat either. The fridge didn’t work to keep drinks cold. There was no wash basin in the separate toilet - you had to walk back through the bedroom and I to the bathroom. Unhygienic.

Service is lacking: breakfast order not correct, no one in the bar, entering the room without waiting for permission, "no (sun-) umbrella's available" (although clearly there were), sunbed cussions not laid out in the morning, error in the bill,... Price is higher via Booking.com.

Wonderful !

Absolutely everything (arrival experience, the room, the facilities, the view, relaxing surroundings, the dinner, breakfast, friendly staff, ...) was perfect. Nothing more to add, just perfect. We didn't visit the surroundings (so we definitely need to go back), but the view over the bay is breathtaking.

If we really, really, really need to add a remark : the shower gel and shampoo tubes in the bathroom are exactly the same shape and color, so without glasses (if you need glasses) you can't tell the difference ;-) So no, nothing we didn't like during our stay.

Accueil, amabilité et serviabilité, menu réveillon 9 services, petit déjeuner avec œufs à la demande, grande chambre d’angle N° 2 bâtiment principal vue baie et jardin, calme et silence, piscine chauffée , Coralie à la réception et au restaurant parfaite ainsi que son adjointe pour préparation cocktails ! Parking gratuit, commerces et cité médiévale à proximité, super restaurant avec cuisine élaborée et produits extra frais du jour

La vue sur la nature de la chambre était splendide.

Nous avons choisi cette hôtel pour l'endroit, le restaurant dans l'hôtel. Malheureusement ils n'offre pas de repas pour tous les clients de l'hôtel. Les meubles sont des mauvaise qualité. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas "wow". Pas beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant est trop petit. Vous êtes assis comme dans un bistro à Paris. Globalement ca donne une impression de "cheap" et pour un prix de 30% moins, ce serait encore acceptable.

Prestations pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles . Salle de bain petite pas fonctionnelle et trop sombre. Toile araignée dans la chambre et cheveux des précédents occupants dans la douche .

Mooie kamer met zicht op de baai. Mooie tuin met prachtig terras. Heel rustig hotel, geen nachtlawaai. Goed ontbijt.

De omgeving en de rust en stilte in de accommodatie.

Prijs totaal niet in verhouding met wat er tegenover staat! Kamer is zeer basic en sanitair had zijn mankementen. Het was er wel steeds zeer rustig en stil. Zwembad is enkel op reservatie. Personeel is gemaakt vriendelijk. Wellness is niet wat je gewend bent van een typische wellness en niet echt privé. Ontbijt en diner was zéér beperkt en opnieuw veel te duur voor wat het is. Zelfs de helft van wat we betaald hebben, zou nog te veel zijn voor hetgeen we gekregen hebben. Helaas is dit moeilijk af te leiden uit foto's en informatie.
