Nice well located property but needs a plumber!

Well presented and a good location.

Only chairs are around the dining table. Heating didn’t work on first or second floors. We lost hot water as well while we were there. Ovens not great. Took a very long time to cook Xmas lunch

Overall was pleasant, great location.

Bedrooms good sizes. Equipment in the kitchen were good.

No lounge area, there is only a dining kitchen. Outdoor area with broken chairs, there were only 4 which isn't enough for the what the property caters for. A lot of the drinking glasses were chipped. There weren't any instruction manuals for the property eg rubbish / how to work the oven etc.

The property was very clean and was well stocked with the extras and lots of cleaning products.

The beds are very hard and pretty uncomfortable. The property could benefit from a proper sofa and separate dining area.

The Dishwasher didn’t drain properly but the problem was easily passed onto the owner who was looking into it

Great property. Just be aware when the fairground arrives a few yards to the front of it.

The property was very clean and tidy with good facilities.

There was mention of the car park very nearby which would have been ideal if it hadn't had a funfair on it over the May Bank holiday weekend, operating from about 6pm until 11pm, with the flashing lights and loud music to the front of the property. On the Sunday night as the fairground ended, we endured the noise of it being dismantled, metal panels being dropped, HGV engines and compressors all running until just after 1am. This fairground, as I am now aware, attends here every May Bank holiday weekend and also a couple of other times a year. I found out from a local that it's attendance is advertised in advance in local media and by flyers in shops. Unfortunately, the property owner makes no mention of the fairground and had we been aware, we would not have booked here.

Great Location

The location was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk from everything but equally super quiet at night. Does not have parking but you can pay by app to use the car park which is in the square outside as and when required. Free after 6pm. Could walk to pubs and restaurants and equally stick on your hiking boots and pick up a trail with the dog right from the front door. Pretty little town.

We had an issue with the heating not working which was resolved quickly and without issue. Other than that no issues.

Superb

clean, spacious, have everthing we need in the house. Just a view steps to the bar, cafe and restaurant but still pretty quiet. Parking park just in front of the house.

Exceptional

Excellent location. Everything was amazing and beautiful. Clean and spotless house with extra special touches. Equipped with everything, nice bed linen and fluffy towels. Diana the host was very helpful and welcoming.
