We enjoyed a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Star Wars apartment located in a perfect spot!

The location is excellent. Short walk to a shopping mall and Auchen Grocery Store. Many shops and restaurants. The Star Wars theme of the apartment is entertaining. There was much thought put into the design and decoration. There were ample amount of fans to provide a comfortable atmosphere to relax. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The large windows allow for viewing of the outside and to let fresh air in along with the flies. However, we felt safe and comfortable staying at this property and will return when we have another opportunity in the future.

The bathroom with the bathtub needs some maintenance. The left and right light bulbs need to be replaced. The glass divider did not allow enough room to comfortably and safely enter the bathtub. Also, the large screen television does not respond to the remote control to turn off. Most of the furniture in the living room does show signs of wear that will need to be updated soon.

We highly recommend a stay here, in an excellent location and nice apartment.

Group of 7 stayed here for a week and we all loved this apartment. Excellent location with great connections to Disney and the city. The kids enjoyed the Star Wars theme.

Unfortunately the shower room off the kitchen was unpleasant to use probably due to lack of ventilation. The cubicle was in need of a deep clean along the door runners and also on the ceiling as there was a lot of orange mildew. Some basic cleaning products and a proper hoover would be a good addition to this accommodation, - if you were to stay longer than a week it would be hard to keep the place clean with what was there.

Great location if visiting Disneyland Paris!

Cleanliness was bad. Looked like the property was not cleaned after the previous guests left - no vacuuming, surfaces were greasy, toilet was dirty. The place was falling apart, broken furniture etc., unkempt sofa cushions, dirty kitchenware in drawers!

Great location for a Disney visit with shopping and restaurants across the street.

Great location. Across the street is a high-end outlet mall, a regular mall and a food court. Walk 5 minutes down the street to the bus stop for #47 that takes you to Disneyland. Its 2 Euro a person if you get tickets on the bus. Its a little much considering you are going to be there in less than 10 minutes but whatever...convenience! The apartment is good sized but should be noted that it is two showers and one toilet. Not an issue for us but may be for others. Had private assigned parking in the garage which was awesome.

As others have said, the toilet room was a little dated - could be renovated but wasn't a reason to be upset about. No real issues for us.

Perfectly located, communication could be improved

perfect location - close to Disneyland (bus no.47 takes you to Disneyland in 5 minutes), close to shopping mall and outlet village, close to several nice restaurants (especially liked the italian one, called Nonna & Nonno).

there is no air conditioning. communication could be improved - wifi codes could be left at the apartment, instructions on finding buses to Disneyland would also be very helpful. would be nice if the host could be reached by whatsapp, not by calling and texting sms - we had to call or text several times to get answers to our questions. I would also suggest to change wc, as it had a smell of urine even though it looked clean.

location is unbelievable for both disney and the mall. The apartment is a good size with two good size rooms.

its getting a little old. a few things didn’t work, a few things broken. also didn’t like the separate toilet (personal preference really). cleanliness - needs a new cleaner, floor wasnt clean upon arrival.

Loved the decorations. Easy access to the shopping mall across the street. Plenty of food options. Extra bonus the mall has a underground Aquarium with lots to see.

A couple items did not turn on, either dead batteries or seems to have been broken from prior visitors.

Superb

The location was excellent, with a lot of facilities in the neighbourhood. And the apartment offered enough to my company of 8 friends. And I really liked that there were 2 showers.

The couchbeds were bad to sleep on. And the walls were pretty thin. One of my friends is a big snorrer. We had to hire an other apartment for him to snore in.

Really good location and the apartment was clean and had a cool atmosphere. The owners were welcoming and friendly

The only part we disliked about the apartment was the toilet door was awkwardly next to bathroom door so 2 doors can't be open at same time, but nothing to put us off from visiting again

Accommodatie heeft op dag van aankomst geannuleerd zonder mee te denken aan een oplossing voor een ander verblijf.

We werden last minute afgezegd dus kan deze vraag niet beantwoorden.

Grote teleurstelling. Terwijl we halverwege onderweg waren van 600 km verderop kregen we een kort bericht dat de reservering die al 3.5 maand staat niet door kon gaan ivm verwarming stuk. Uiteraard kan dit gebeuren maar had dan op zijn minst persoonlijk contact via telefoon of een e-mail verwacht met daarbij enig mee denken naar een oplossing en niet deze korte botte melding in het portaal.

Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza tuvimos que limpiar nosotros ,las sillas están que se desacen y sueltan todo negro los sofás camas se desmontan los fogones solo funcionan 2 para cocinar para 8 difícil las puertas de la ducha están fuera de la gia en cualquier momento se caerán ollas en mal estado mejor 2 bien que 10 mal en general falta de mantenimiento y limpieza

Très déçus

Le logement était sale dans un état très dégradé, un manque d’entretien et un gros manque de sécurité, surtout quand on vient avec un enfant, c’est une honte de louer un logement dans cet état-là. C’est la première fois que ça m’arrive sur Booking.

La vitroceramica no funcionaba completa de 4 fogones , funcionaban dos y al utilizar el horno estaba sucio, lo tuvimos que limpiar nosostros Tuvimos un problema con una alarma situada en la ventana que no dejaba de sonar y no respondieron ni al llamar ni enviar mensaje

Az egyik fürdőszoba használhatatlan volt! A fürdőkádhoz nem volt dugó így azt nem lehetet használni, de a zuhany sem működött benne🙁 Sajnos a mellékhelyiség nem volt tiszta és 5 emberre 1 db toalett papírt raktak be! A nappaliban a kanapék nem kényelmes egy alváshoz!

Con la famiglia e’ stato un soggiorno eccezionale

10 e lode allo staff, disponibilissimo, gentilissimo, puntualissimo, sempre, in ogni momento che ho avuto bisogno di assistenza o informazioni. Posizione dell’appartamento eccezionale, a pochi passi dalla stazione( che si trova ad una fermata dal Parco Disney), e da un bellissimo centro commerciale, tanti locali in una zona bellissima e molto tranquilla.

La pulizia non era da 10, le condizioni di sedute e divani in ecopelle perché troppo usurate, peccato, l’appartamento è davvero molto carino.

Lejanía con paris, suciedad impregnada en utensilios de cocina, vajilla etc. Los dos sofa-cama incómodos La persona que gestiona el alojamiento pide dinero a través de wassap por un enlace. Suelo muy sucio

Supero mis expectativas

Super contenta con mi eleccion, le estuve dando muchas vueltas (hotel o casa) y no me arrepiento nada. Lo teniamos todo, el centro comercial enfrente, el apartamento tenia de todo. Baño: bastoncitos de oidos, gel, champu, toallas, secador, plancha de pelo, radiadores para secar la ropa... Cocina: totalmente completa, sartenes, platos, horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora... Nos dejaron papel higienico, cafe... La verdad que un gran acierto y mis hijos super comodos. Tengo claro que si vuelvo sera alli. Eramos 6 personas, 2 adultos y 4 niños.. La decoracion preciosa

Habia una persiana rota, pero no nos importo, ya que se agradece con el frio...

Pasamos una estancia en el apartamento perfectamente. Lo recomiendo.

La ubicación perfecta y todo estaba muy bien conservado, a un paso de parada de autobús y de centro comercial para poder desayunar…

Tiene un cuarto de baño con un sanitario. Uno con lavabo y ducha y otro con bañera y lavabo. Se hecha de menos otro sanitario más para ir una familia.

Ideaal plekje voor bezoek aan Disney en Parijs.

Op loopafstand van Disneyland. Goede RER verbinding met Parijs, 30 min en je staat onder de Arc de Triomph. Super goede locatie ook qua eten met om de hoek een leuk plein met restaurantjes en een winkelcentrum, de keuken van het appartement zelf is overigens ook heel compleet. Het appartement is leuk ingericht in het thema. Fijn dat er 2 douches aanwezig zijn. Fijn dat de auto in de ondergrondse parkeergarage kon, waar hele ruime plekken zijn. Onze auto (7persoons) paste prima inclusief trekhaakkoffer.

Casa muito suja

A localização era espetacular, fica perto de uma paragem de autocarro que nos leva até à Gare de Val D´Europe e outro que nos leva para a Disney em 2 minutos. Também é possível a deslocação a pé, um bairro super seguro e com o Centro comercial do outro lado da Rua.

A limpeza era vergonhosa, diria mesmo inexistente. a coxinha cheia de gordura, os pratos estavam sujos, maquina suja, bancadas e fogão cheios de gordura. reportei imediatamente a agencia e nada fizeram. Tem duas casas de banho sem sanita, esta encontra-se numa outra divisão (acham-nos estranho, não sei se é típico Francês) Senão posse a falta de limpeza tinha sido uma estadia excecional.
