The property was a great location for Disney Paris and shopping!

The location was great. We were staying to go to Disney and the train station was easy to access. The parking garage was secure, spacious, and no extra cost. The space was good for the 4 of us and very comfortable. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, everything we would need was available. We arrived in the area very late, the owner's son was very accommodating and helped us even though it was well after midnight.

The locking mechanism for the main door was quite irritating as there were 4 adults, one key and no door knob on the outside of the door. My son had to return to the apartment because he was sick and then had to get out of bed to come to the street to let us in. There were no instructions in the apartment about upkeep, check out or what is expected of guests during their stay. It would be useful to have some information about the area, public transportation apps, grocers or other necessities nearby. Having a washing machine, providing detergent, even at a small charge, would be helpful as most travelers do not have luggage space to purchase and take home with them. The linens in the unit consisted of exactly 4 towlels and one kitchen towel for 4 days and 3 nights. I found that unnerving! Granted, these are not "wrongs" but more what we would have found helpful. The one thing that I had a problem with, we had an 11am check out, the cleaning lady showed up at 10:55. My husband was carrying bags to the car and she wanted in to clean. She spoke no English, I spoke no French. I used my translator app to let her know he was coming right up and I would bring the key back in but even that seemed lost in translation. I understand wanting an accurate and timely check out, but I felt shoved out the door.

Spacious, 3 rooms good for big group. Cleanness, dishwasher and washing machine are plus. Quiet and nice area with easy access to RER station, shops and restaurants. Can watch the Disney drone and fireworks show from kitchen balcony every nights when the weather is clear

A bit difficult to use the shower, water sometimes gets too cold or too hot. Only one key available for a big group, sometimes it’s not most convenient. It will be easier if there’s a key box

Perfect week-end location for a trip to Disney Land

The apartment was the ideal location for a week-end trip to Disney Land. On foot, we reached Disney Land in 25 minutes. The RER (regional train) station with connections to Disney Land or the city of Paris is only 5 minutes away. The apartment was well equipped (kitchen, furniture,...) and clean. Moreover it was spacious enough for a group of 3 adults and 3 children. Very friendly hosts, the check-in and check-out were very smooth.

On-street parking available around the corner (blue disk with max 2h parking between 8:00 and 21:00). Unlimited free parking available at outlet shopping parking.

Quiet neighbourhood, felt safe, lovely views from apartment, close to the train which took us into Paris in half an hour. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Walking distance to Disney. Close to supermarket. So convenient.

Stinky bin area as you enter the main entrance but this wasn’t a problem as it’s far away from the apartment.

Location is good, not far from train station and shopping mall.

The apartment is not well maintain. The water heater sometimes cold, sometimes warm. Floor is not clean. No shampoo and body shower provided. People who great us unable to speak English.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the station. The facilities were good and it was beautifully clean. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is secure, in a nice area and has views to Disneyland (until the next block of land is built on!).

A very minor thing, but the bath towels weren't great quality and there was no hand towel.

Everything. Location - right beside station and the shopping centre or you take 20 min walk to Disneyland. 40 mins on train to central Paris Les Halles which was step free so could do it with our double buggy. We then walked down to the Batobus and did a tour around Paris without folding up the buggy once! It was spacious for the 5 of us. Cot bed was made up and was very cosy looking!! The double bed was comfortable also and as were the three beds in the 2nd room There was a dishwasher and washing machine which was super for a family!! Could see the top of the Sleeping Beauty castle and thr entrance to Disney which was great as the Disney illuminations and fireworks were visible each night!! Host was friendly and showed us around when we entered, parking very secure and overall a fantastic 4 nights.

It was a little tight for our family of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). There was a big bump in the flooring in the hallway due to water damage (host said he was waiting for it to be fixed), which caused our children to trip multiple times.

A beautiful apartment where you can watch the sunrise with your morning coffee.

The host was very responsive through the booking.com messaging app, and was able to accommodate our very late arrival and very early departure (with a little warning). Great views of the sunrise, close to neighborhood grocery stores and bakeries. The apartment was spotless and comfortable.

One very, very small thing: the apartment had a lot of mugs for coffee, but not many glasses for juice. Everything else was fabulous.
