Good location poor cleanliness and hygiene

The shuttle service is handy for Disneyland and it’s right next to a huge shopping center.

The apartments entrance inside are dingy looking. The actual apartments I don’t think have had a good clean for a long time. There was thick dust on the sink table, hair in the shower and bath walls, food on the floors of the bedroom of two of the rooms we stayed in. Not once did anyone come to change towels/bins on a 4 day stay. We had 3 rooms and 14 of us travelling and every person said it was filthy. The floor was filthy, showers filthy toilets stunk of urine. never wrote a review before after a bad experience etc but I would give this a miss

Perfect accommodation for family Disney trip

Great location. Over the road to restaurants (that offer take away and delivery) and shops about 15 mins walk to Disney ( with pram) or easy bus / taxi. Spacious accommodation with everything we needed

Do not stay at this property

Don’t stay at this property - terrible experience

We experienced a significant issue during our visit, as we received multiple bites which we believe were caused by bedbugs. We reported this to the property as soon as we became aware, however we were advised that no one could attend to inspect the room until the following day at 11am. Given the circumstances, and that we were travelling with a young child and an elderly family member, it was not reasonable for us to remain in the apartment overnight under those conditions. As a result, we checked out after 2 nights of our 4-night stay. We have since received a refund of €67, which does not cover the cost of even one night, and does not reflect the fact that we were unable to use half of our stay due to the issue and the lack of suitable resolution at the time.

Location is good, place is ok but bathroom is dirty.

There were no breakfast for us, even though when we booked on the website it does say included. Very confusing and disappointing

The bathroom is not being cleaned properly. The floor is dirty with smell of urine. I have to clean it but the smell is too strong, it stays in the grout and smells so bad.

20 min walking from Disneyland Paris!

Host was communicative all the time. Location was walking distance from Val d'Europe shopping mall and Disneyland. Host was kind enough to allow earlier check in for us!

Nice family friendly family conveniently located close to Disney parks.

The location was conveniently close to the train station, restaurants, grocery stores, and a shuttle to Disney park. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The host was responsive and accommodating to our request for extra pillows and early check-in. The beds are comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong.

The WiFi connection was a bit slow (15 Mbps download /12 Mbps upload), and it was challenging to download/upload pictures, tickets, etc. on your mobile. Only two coffee pods were provided, no sugar or cream, and no tea for four people staying for two nights. The living room heater is not working. It should be noted to run the hot water in the shower for 15-20 minutes continuously before taking a shower to ensure you have a warm shower.

Location is close to Disneyland. We have stayed in other locations close to Disneyland that are much better. Bed was good!

floor was not clean -> but after we mention they came back to clean the next day wifi had very bad reception -> owner said there were never complaints, so maybe it was just our iPhone people smoked in the hallway. The ashtray was right across our door. According to the owner this was allowed as there were no windows. There was a carbage bag next to our door, after we went to reception they took it away

The hotel staff and host were very friendly and responsive, the free shuttle service to Disneyland was excellent, and the location near shopping centres and restaurants was very convenient.

There were a number of issues that affected our experience. The microwave was difficult to use and didn’t heat properly, the pillow had stains, and the bathtub design (without a door) caused water to spill onto the floor. The sofa-bed was uncomfortable and noisy, and breakfast was €19 per person instead of the advertised €15. In addition, the parking code provided didn’t open the gate, and the pool area was very crowded with children.

Precious holiday we will remember forever

Absolutely perfect stay; apartment was immaculate, great location with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and a park close by. Very comfortable beds, everything we needed as a family of four with children aged 1 & 3. The pool is fantastic & the staff wonderful. Can’t knock it at all, FABULOUS!!

Fantastic location for Disney and brilliant management. Massive shopping centre literally next door with heaps of restaurants inside and out and a supermarket to stock up the apartment for kids.

It was very well located and everything was as it was in the ad, complete kitchen and confortable room for 4 people.

Although there was shampoo, soap and towels available, there was no toilet paper and we had to buy it, so I would rather pay a bit more but have the comfort of going to the toilet and have paper available.

Apartment is a private apartment within the hotel complex. It’s old and could do with being updated and refurbished. Very small and double bed is more of a camp bed than double bed. Not suitable for more than 2 people at a squeeze. Not comfortable

The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully organized, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. A major highlight of my stay was the owner, Nicholas, whose exceptional helpfulness, politeness, and attentiveness truly stood out. The apartment's location proved to be incredibly convenient, with Disneyland just a short 10-minute drive away. The abundance of nearby restaurants and a sizable shopping center ensured that there was never a shortage of options for dining and entertainment. However, it's worth noting that the only hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay was the Wi-Fi signal, which unfortunately was quite weak. This small issue aside, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this apartment and appreciated the efforts made by Nicholas to make my stay as enjoyable as possible."

We would not return to this location, as per the cons mentioned above.

The location on the building is very good, very convenient, just 2 minutes away from the shuttle bus station to Disneyland and the entrance to the Val D’Europe mall.The area is not crowded, quiet and with little traffic. The building serves breakfast, for a fee. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary tableware: cooking stove, microwave, dishes and glasses and cutlery, hairdryer. The bed in the living room and the bunkbeds were very comfortable and clean sheets and towels were provided.

The apartment is way smaller that it looks in the pictures, even if the photos are indeed real. Once the bed is set in the leaving room there is no more space to walk around. We had a bug issue (silver fish bug), they were present in the bathroom, in the toilet room, our daughter found 2 insects in her slippers and it was quite unpleasant. We approached the owner regarding this matter and he came, with our approval, to spray something for these bugs. On our return in the evening, we didn’t encounter any insect. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean, we had to sweep as the dust was visible everywhere. Once the bed in the leaving room was lowered, more dust came out. As well a piece of parquet was a little stripped out and the door from the children’s bedroom could not be closed.

Perfect apartment if you are travelling to Disneyland Paris with family or friends

Easy key collection, easy to find the apartment, which was 10min walk from train A station. Huge shopping center with cafes and restaurants next door, perfect place to buy snacks & sandwiches before going to Disney itself. Clean and comfortable, felt like at home. Receptionists were extremely helpful, big kudos to their team! Host responded fast to any questions I had, great service.

Su ubicación es insuperable. El centro comercial inmenso que está sólo cruzar la calle y el shuttle hacia los parques de Disney, lo hace un lugar muy práctico y fácil para ir de vacaciones. No tuvimos tiempo de utilizar la piscina. El lugar fue muy cómodo para una familia de dos adultos y dos niños.

Aunque reconozco que cumplir reglas y horarios es importantísimo, sentí que el anfitrión fue un poco intenso en recordármelo.

Malheureusement plusieurs déconvenues

La proximité des commerces. Propriétaire réactif aux messages. Décoration (tableaux au mur) sympathique. Environnement extérieur plutôt calme la nuit.

Malheureusement surpris sur plusieurs points. Le plus gros problème fut l'absence d'eau chaude (on apprendra lors de notre remontée que le problème était connu et avec une résolution à venir). Nous apprendrons aussi que les navettes sont exclusivement à destination des hôtels Disney. Google maps indique 28min à pied jusqu'à l'entrée du Parc Disneyland (à prendre en compte avec les bagages les jours de pluie). Aucune couverture réseau dans la chambre et je n'ai jamais vu de codes wifi indiqués à l'accueil. La vaisselle est prévue pour 3 (verres à eau, tasses..). Je n'ai pas compris non plus les produits de douche (2 shampooings et un après shampoing ?). Désolé mais ça fait beaucoup 😕

La ubicación esta genial. Las camas eran cómodas y tenía suficiente espacio.

La limpieza fatal, el baño olía a pis, tuvimos que llamar para que limpiaran el vater porque estaba manchado cuando lo recibimos. Está un poco viejo/descuidado porque las puertas no cerraban bien
