Location was excellent and the shuttle bus was great. Communication with staff and owners was excellent. Beds were comfortable even the sofa bed. Kitchen was stocked well with a full size kettle and toaster and all needed utensils. Temperature was very pleasant not to warm or cold, showers worked well and were clean and well stocked with shampoo etc
Some small points: The toilet room extractor fan needs attention it's not working properly and thus there was some unpleasant odour in the room. There was no net curtain on the second bedroom window overlooking a pedestrian crossing. A little more storage for the second room would be positive.

Great location in Serris with access to a Disneyland shuttle bus. A few minutes walk to the Val d’eurooe shopping centre
The complex was very old and tired and the staff were unwelcoming. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and creaked loudly when there was any movement, we left one night early due to this as I was unable to sleep without waking repeatedly in pain. We mentioned this to the owner but their response was just that we had seen the photos!
