very good property very clean very good service!

The location was very convenient, especially to visit Disneyland. There is private parking space available. You can walk to the supermarket and some restaurants around.

The payment of the deposit via PayPay was an issue because it stayed on "pending" for a long time which was not acceptable for the host; instead we had to pay in cash (and had less money available because of the pending operation in our bank account) and hope that they returned the money, which fortunately was the case. The issue is that the host is not going to trust you about that and ask you to leave the apartment if you don't pay in cash when the PayPal operation is stuck for some reason, even when we did it face to face. My recommendation is to bring enough cash with you. One of the options given by the host was to give them my passport, which again is not right because you need to trust the host for that and also you need to identify yourself if the authorities require it and that is not possible without the passport. Also, we didn't get a receipt of the deposit and had to explicitly ask for it; they improvised it writing down that we paid the deposit in a piece of paper and signed it. It's a complex situation. I would love that Booking takes deposits and releases them as soon as possible to make all easier. It was a very bad experience which ruined our arrival. As stated in the description of the property, the host doesn't speak English. The communication was pretty difficult, so keep that in mind. In addition to that, the elevator was out of service and there was no lights on the stairs to get to the apartment which made it harder to carry our luggage upstairs. The host didn't help holding any door for us either and rushed to get to the property, which is not nice. Please change the towels our use a good fabric softener, if I want to exfoliate my skin I will use my own products.
