THE APARTMENT
Welcome to CELTES9!
Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence, the apartment includes:
- a living room (sofa bed, sleeps 2)
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)
- First bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200, sleeps 2)
- Second bedroom (two single beds, sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine
- Separate toilet
Also included at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the residence’s underground garage, with direct access via the elevator.
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 6 people
- Available on-site for babies: travel crib
For the first few days, we provide basic essentials (sample-size shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing or dishwashers, trash bags, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the Serris town hall neighborhood, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at Boulangerie l’Atelier and the dishes at the restaurant l’Interprète...).
You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 100 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You’ll also find “La Vallée Village – Chic Shopping Outlet” there.

Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.

What a great apartment. 20 minute walk to the Disney parks (but you can get the local bus). Great amenities and really spacious apartment. Modern in style and perfect for a family of 4 (there is also a sofa bed). Parking is secure and every detail thought through. The beds were very comfortable.
Whilst the grocery shop is the other side of the Val de Europe (good 20 mins walk) it is huge and has everything you would need. There are also some lovely restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Only comment would be for the kitchen to be a little better equiped. We chose to eat in the apartment but there were some obvious items missing i.e. no servers, mats for the glass table, only one chopping board and one main knife.
Would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.
