Great location for visiting the Disney parks!

The locations was absolutely perfect! Very close to the Disney parks (20 mins walk but shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel). Also close to a shopping mall & fashion outlet. Good communication with the host. Clear instructions via an instruction video. Very nice Hotel employees.

Location was excellent for walking to Disneyland (15-20 minutes). The free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes except during mid-day was convenient. The property was comfortable and clean and we very much enjoyed the restaurants and shopping nearby.

It is misleading to say the property is one minute from Disneyland unless you have a helicopter. Also, there was a terrible sewage smell that we reported to the owners. It was tolerable with the window open.

Great location, great value for money.

The location is perfect for Disneyland, I walked it in 10 minutes. Nice big comfortable bed, nice hot water for the bath which is great in these fall months, the kitchen has everything you need to store food and cook the basics, overall has everything you would ever need for a trip away.

Filthy apartment in a great location

The location of the apartment was amazing for visiting Disney and Paris. We walked to Disney in less than 20 minutes. The same for the train station. Serris is a lovely place with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance so everything you need for a great trip is easily accessible. The pool area of the hotel was lovely and there is a great play park just around the corner. As a family of four, having two separate bedrooms in the apartment worked well for us and the kitchen area meant we could self cater for breakfast and make packed lunches. For all of these reasons I would fully recommend the adagio aparthotel but I would strongly recommend booking with the hotel directly and not booking this privately owned apartment. This might be a little more expensive but would be worth it!

This could have been the perfect stay but unfortunately the apartment was very dirty (apart from the towels and bed linen with were thankfully fine). There was an awful smell coming from the drains which pervaded the entire apartment. In fact the drains were so bad that the apartment had silverfish in it, which for a second floor apartment is a sure sign that the drains need serious attention. The floors under the beds had litter. The cupboard fronts and handles were greasy and dirty. There was dust everywhere. The doors looked as if they had been wiped over with dirty cloths. The inside of the fridge was dirty. The dishwasher was broken. The light switches were dirty. The tiles and floor around the toilet were disgusting. The sofa was dirty. The underside of the dining table was sticky so when you moved it to fit everyone round it you got sticky hands. When I contacted the host they arranged for the cleaner to come back but the improvement was minimal. So I asked again and they sent them again. Same result. When contacted again the host said that the apartment is good enough and they aren’t trying to compare with five star hotels, which I don’t think is an acceptable attitude. Cleanliness and hygiene should be available to anyone on any budget! The photos provided are from after the cleaner had been twice!

A fantastic stay at Adagio! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect

Location was spot on , exactly 20 mins walk with a pushchair to DisneyLand, 8 mins walk to val d Europe . Very quite and calm location

No Uk power sockets these were extra costs, had to request iron which was delivered the following day , Advert said it was 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 large double bed. However it seems to be a 1 single sofa bed instead of a single bed

Nos falto algo de ropa de abrigo, ya que la temperatura del apartamento no se puede regular, y en ocasiones pasamos algo de frío. Pero ya están avisados.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé à 20 minutes à pied de Disneyland et 10 minutes en navette. Il se trouve à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Adagio, mais il est géré par un particulier. Nous étions déjà clients de l'hôtel Adagio ; l'appartement est identique, pas de surprise sauf qu'il.n'y a plus le savon/shampooing Adagio qui sentait si bon, dommage ! Confortable et bien équipé : bouilloire, machine Nespresso, vaisselle, lave-vaisselle... Les explications pour se rendre à la chambre et récupérer les clés étaient très claires. Petit plus appréciable : les cartes magnétiques qui permettent d'accéder à la chambre comportent le logo de l'hôtel, il suffit de les montrer au chauffeur de la navette (réservée aux clients de l'hôtel) pour se rendre à Disneyland.

Le savon et le shampooing ! Je ne vois rien d'autre !

La disponibilità della persona con cui abbiamo parlato, c'è stato detto che non potevamo lasciare le borse in albergo perché non fanno questo servizio ed è una cosa che non c'è mai capitata.. soprattutto se sei nei pressi di un parco dove la gente spesso ha le valigie dietro..in più abbiamo chiesto più volte se c'erano problemi nel fare il check-in in tarda serata perché avremmo trascorso tutto il giorno a Disneyland ma ci veniva risposto che tutte le informazioni ci sarebbero state date quando la stanza sarebbe stata pronta..bastava un si o un no invece sembrava di parlare con un automa..inoltre la vicinanza di cui ho letto buone recensioni sinceramente credo valga solo se si vuole passeggiare di mattina perché di sera non è un bel tratto da fare a piedi

Juste Parfait

C'était Top pour profiter de Disney Village la veille et être à l'ouverture du parc Disneyland au petit matin. Pas d'heure pour arriver le soir (nous sommes arrivés à presque 23h00), pas besoin de passer par la réception pour obtenir la clé, toutes les infos envoyées par WhatsApp pour Tout : toutes les infos d'adresse et d'accès, comment faire quelques courses, comment aller à Disney, comment utiliser tout dans l'appartement (boîte à clé, canapé lit, couchage...)... La vue est superbe sur la piscine, le balcon est top. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable. On se sent chez soi, un vrai bonheur. Mes enfants (de 7 et 8 ans) et moi étions ravis ! Confort du canapé, livres et télévision à disposition. Lit très confortable, plein d'oreillers, serviettes de toilette, tous les produits d'hygiène présents... Bref, Vraiment rien à redire ! Petit plus, lave vaisselle avec 2 doses de lavage, cafetière Nespresso avec 2 dosettes (pas de sucre mais sinon, le café est offert à l'accueil de l'hôtel, ça c'est vraiment sympa !). L'hôtel est beau et on s'y sent en sécurité, l'appartement est chaleureux, il y a cette petite touche personnelle et le contact humain avec réponse immédiate qui est très réconfortante. Merci à vous pour cette belle nuit qui a contribué à nous faire passer une excellente journée au parc Disneyland ! Nous reviendrons avec Grand Grand plaisir

Excelente localização, autocarros mesmo à porta do Hotel tanto pra estação de comboios como para a Disney (também dava para ir a pé para a Disney), padaria ao fundo da rua e centro comercial bastante próximo, funcionários bastante simpáticos. Cama muito confortável, ótimo WC (tinha shampoo, condicionador e gel de douche à descrição). Tinha aquecimento para secar as toalhas. Quarto bastante espaçoso. Tem uma varanda com vista para a piscina bastante agradável

A porta precisa de um ligeiro arranjo pois é preciso fazer força para abrir. Tem um cartão dentro do quarto necessário para conseguir usar o elevador

Locatie en afstand tot disney, prima

Het woord de "luxe" mag niet gebruikt worden. Veel spullen aan eind van levensduur en aan vervanging toe. (Keuken, toiletmeubel toilet spoelt slecht door enz). Geur in gang is rioollucht geen fijn ontvangst.
