Very nice spacious apartment but woeful hosting.

Nice spacious apartment in an excellent location. There was a bakery within 5 minutes walk and a shopping mall 10 minutes or so away. Disney parks were approximately 15 minutes walk away and a level walk so easy to do.

Had to chase twice for check-in instructions which were finally sent the night before the day of check-in. This was quite stressful as not knowing that we had a place to stay before travelling is not ideal. The lock box containing the keys were difficult to access as the locker was at floor level and the lock box was right at the back. Had to kneel down on a marble floor with phone light in order to be able to reach in to set the combination and allow the box to open. There were no hand towels provided and the bath towels were small and had clearly seen better days. Only one toilet roll provided for each toilet. Two of three soap dispensers were nearly empty. Pillows were generally uncomfortable and only one per person with no spares provided. The bunk beds were really uncomfortable. A lack of wardrobes or drawers in two of the 3 bedrooms meant living out of suitcases, which is far from ideal. No welcome pack. No welcome guide for white goods, heating controls or tv in the apartment. One of the showers did not have hot water so was unusable.

Fantastic location; great hosts

We loved the hosts who were very responsive, accommodating and helpful. The location was brilliant: there was a great patisserie within a few minutes walk; a free shuttle to Disney even closer and a lovely lake to walk around in the locality. The Disney park was only a 15 minute walk away and the whole area felt safe and clean. We were four adults, two kids and a dog and we all fitted comfortably into the accommodation. We also had two large cars which we were able to park in the underground, secure carpark at no extra cost. Would happily stay here again.

Great stay for visiting euro disney. Only 20 minute walk away or short bus/taxi ride. Plenty of space in the property. Very nice complex.

Unpleasant hosting experience but a nice apartment

The apartment itself was very nice and clean but the experience with the hostess ruined the visit.

The hostess sent the instructions in french even though we asked to send in english--we didnt have translation on our phone. We had trouble with the instructions for the keys but someone onsite who happened to be there explained to us. When we arrived (with 2 children) at 9 pm we couldnt find any instructions for wifi, the washing machine or anything else in the apt. I asked on the booking chat but the hostess was annoyed by our requests and showed up at the apartment in a very agressive and hostile attitude. I requested that we have the conversation outside the apartment so that my grandkids wouldnt have to hear her however she pushed her way into the apartment and started to give very sarcastic comments about us not understanding where the wifi was or how to operate the equipment. My son asked her politely to leave the apartment and assured her that we preferred to solve the problems ourselves rather than have this conversation in front of the grandkids. We had stayed at another place nearby the first night near Disneyland and it was the opposite--full instructions and a very responsive hostess who gave us answers in english. I asked booking.com to assist with their customer service but they called the hostess who lied to them about the interaction and refused to cooperate or compensate us in any way. I am a heavy user of booking.com but was very very disapointed by the lack of support from booking.com. I hope no one else has to deal with this hostess (no name given). The comments were from "Patrick" on booking.com for the apartment but she did not give her name. It was a very unpleasant experience in spite of the apartment itself being big and clean.

Brilliant location and spacious apartment

Location was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. Great instructions given to enter apartment and access parking. Felt very safe there. Very quiet block of apartments. Great location for metro too so went into Paris with ease.

Some furniture to put clothes away or store things on would be useful as couldn’t unpack anything. Pillows aren’t the best but had taken our own so we were okay. Only one pillow provided per person. Some information in the apartment would be handy to explain location, local information etc.

Very comfortable apartment.3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were excellent for our family. Also the heating was very good.

We asked for an extra face towel but it was not in the price as the owner told us…There was only one big towel for every person.

Lovely apartment, great location for Disney and getting into Paris.

Great location, lovely complex. We felt very safe and secure and the apartment was very well equipped.

It would have been useful to have a few basic supplies such as shampoo, shower gel, tea & coffee. It was not a big deal but I didn't realise I needed to bring these items.

Superb

Apartment was lovely and as described. Great location in what felt like a very secure area and perfect for our overnight stay ahead of going to Disney. If you were a large family, seems a perfect location for Disney as only a few minutes Uber ride. The host Patrick sent me clear, detailed instructions on how to access the property and where to locate the keys along with photos. Super easy to follow.

I didn't find the beds very comfortable as they were soft but that's just personal preference on mattress :)

Perfect place to stay with a family if you plan to visit Disneyland

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous! Clean, quiet, modern design, quite large with 3 bedrooms, living room and a couple of restrooms which was a perfect solution for a family of 6. Additional value is the location. You can just walk to Disneyland and to the shopping mall with plenty of nice shops. Will be returning!

There is not much to improve, though I would change the way of handing over the keys. I got the instructions how to find the keys just few hours before our arrival. Unluckily my mobile run out of battery so I couldn`t retrieve my message on booking.com. Once we called the reception they could only speak French. There are several steps to do to find the keys. I wish we had received the instruction at least 24h before our arrival so we can memorize it somewhere.

The prefect location and stay for Disney.

The accommodation is perfectly situated to easily walk to Disneyland parks and also Val D'europe shopping mall. It has plenty of space and makes for a very comfortable stay. Having 3 showers also let's everyone get ready faster in the morning to get out and get going. It is located close enough you can walk back and take a rest or lie down if need be. We can't wait to stay again 5*

Perfect Stay for Disneyland Paris

Apartment was really spacious, clean and had excellent facilities l. Host is superb, so accommodating and friendly. You can see Disneyland Paris from the apartment. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Fantastic for our Disney break

If you see this apartment available for your dates...book it now! Perfect for our trip to Disneyland as a family of 5 (2 adults,1 teen and 2 kids) - 3 bedrooms made it perfect for us- the most sleep we have ever had on a holiday. Beds were comfy (we brought some extra pillows ) Three lovely clean bathrooms- water was hot - shower pressure good. Nice seating area and dining table for chilling out, well stocked with dishes,mugs etc 15-20 min easy and safe well lit walk to the parks. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and if you have a car it's an easy drive to the Auchen supermarket to stock up on food. A few extra bin bags and tea towels would have been useful but apart from that we loved it . The hosts were great - very responsive to messages and met us at the property to show us around. Unfortunately it not available for our holidays next year but would 100% recommend!

Amazing hosts and a beautiful apartment

The hosts were just amazing ! They were so accomodating and kindhearted. We were late at reaching the apartment after Disney so they actually picked us up and took us to the apartment ! The apartment was just beautiful and so comfortable for two families!!! I would highly recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Great place for a Disney stopover

The apartment was in a lovely location in a lovely town and easy to access by car or train. There is a large shopping centre and plenty of shops nearby. You can see Disney from the apartment and if you want to walk, it is quite simple to get there and around 25-30 minutes if you have children! The apartment is well stocked with everything you need including a TV that you can cast to to watch your own stuff from.

The parking is underground and if you have a 2m high vehicle or a roof box that takes the height over 2m, then you won't get in. Unless you take everything out of the roof box and carry it and the contents upstairs. This was our only grudge really, made leaving the property difficult too. Not the owners fault as it is great to have the parking.

Great apartment.

Apartment was very clean and everything was in working order. Location was very good to access the parks and the shopping center. Window shutters acted as blackout blinds that kept the rooms dark and allowed everyone to sleep well.

Fantastic, quiet and large apartment close to Disney parks

Location is fantastic: close to Disney parks (10-15 minutes walk) but it is quiet and very well protected (private property with private gardens). Shopping centre is literally 5 minutes walking away. Private covered parking. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms with showers. Fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, cutlery, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge with freezer) with dinning area.

There is only one TV in living room - with kinds might be hard to accommodate all complaints after a busy day.

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property within less than 20 minutes walk of Disneyland Paris. The host was friendly and met us within 5 minutes of our arrival. The property is fully equipped. Bring your own toiletries.
