Perfect location for Disneyland Paris and had everything we needed.

Excellent communication with hosts. The area felt very safe and family-friendly. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our family of 5 visiting Paris and Disneyland; clean, airy and welcoming. The location was fantastic for the train station (less than 5 minutes walk) and only one stop to Disneyland. We were out every day until late but it was the ideal base. Many thanks Martin & Sonia.

Very nice apartment next to Disney Land & Outlet mall

Location, quietness, apartment floor plan distribution (kitchen & living room in one side, bathroom & bed rooms in separate side), cleanliness,

Some of the contents & households of the apartment is a mix of different qualities(it gives you the feeling that some of those are left by guests ). For example, spoons, forks, knifes, cups. The bedrooms nightstands(if you put anything on, it will fall down), bedrooms cabinets miss some drawers and replaced by completely different types. The floor parquet near toilets & inside bedrooms are deteriorated and need replacement. There was no extra trash bags, sugar & toilet slippers. The cupboards are not clean, some cups were not clean and could not be even cleaned, balcony chairs were rusted. The oven & central water heater are using gas, which you can hear the sound of flames (absolutely risky and recommend to use electric). The cleaning tools storage is so ugly with only one side door. The main bedroom clothes closet is covered by sliding curtain (this is so ugly & cheap). The apartment main door only open half way(it touches the ground floor). There was no shampoo nor body gel. The living room sofa is not clean and the hand resting place is broken and there is no coffee table next to sofa & no back support cushions. The TV screen is not direct to be seen if sitting on the sofa. There is no deadbolt or lock from inside apartment main door( means if someone has copy of keys you will be easily robbed). The side shelves inside bathroom is almost falling. The desk inside the other bedroom is without suitable chair. Considering 8 persons apartments, there is no enough clothes hanging closets , pillows, blankets and dishes. The shower hose has no fixed base at wall, you must hold by one hand and clean your body by other hand(that is so cheap). We find biscuits, juice and coffee in the kitchen but unfortunately low quality ones. One strange and hectic thing that the washing machine in kitchen & dryer at bathroom.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet location with easy access to Disney and Paris.

Overall, the accommodation was excellent and comfortable with a clean bathroom (great shower) and kitchen, 3 sleeping areas and spacious for eight persons. The owners, Sonia and Martin, were very supportive and responded quickly to our pre-trip queries and were very helpful after we had to change our flight plans, arranging a taxi from the airport. On arriving at the apartment late in the evening, we were met by Emilie, who was very friendly and knowledgeable providing a very good overview of what was available locally. She even responded quickly the next morning when we had an issue with the front door key - exceeded expectations! Location is excellent for Disney as the train station is only 3 minutes walk from the apartment and there are lots of local amenities nearby, such as small Carrafour, lovely patisserie, restaurants and a large indoor shopping centre. It is also easy getting a train to Paris from the accommodation location. We would recommended this apartment and would be happy to book again.

1. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and the duvet was very thin and not good quality. 2. The floor under the double bed was very dusty and had not been cleaned prior to our stay. 3. The apartment was advertised as accommodating 8 people. However, there was a lack of crockery (e.g. plates) for 8 people.

Brilliant 🤩

Lovely little property in a lovely area very close to Station and in a nice gated block. It had everything you needed inside, from kitchen things to a hairdryer! Perfect as a base for Disney or other exploring! The hosts were reachable at all times and have fantastic knowledge and were so welcoming!

Superb location. Great Price. Martin & Sonia are fantastic hosts.

The location was great. Right next to the train station with regular trains to both Disney Parks & to Paris itself. Taxi to the parks picked you up right outside and were approximately 12-15 Euros so ideal for us. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment as well as a massive shopping centre 5 minutes walk away with all the designer outlets you could desire.

Great stay in Paris - thank you Martin & Sonia!

Property was afew minutes walk from Val d’europe train station - 5 minute train to Disneyland or around 40 mins to central Paris. The apartment was a great size for the 4 of us - great shower & hairdryer. Large fridge/freezer and ample equipment for cooking & eating. Loved the Eiffel Tower/Disney pictures used to decorate the apartment. Very clean & Martin the host made sure we knew where everything was/how it worked before he left us. Would recommend this apartment for families & couples.

Perfect place for our family and the location was amazing.

Directions to apartment and communication to meet for keys was very clear and we were thankful for the information about the surrounding restaurants and shopping. Very close to metro and only one stop from Disney. just a few minutes walk to the Val D'Europe.

it is a good apartment in a great location

The property is in a very good location , very close to Disney land ( 3 min drive) . The apartment was quite and clean and have a parking ( you have to pay for but is not expensive) . You have a washing machine, a dryer , a dish washer. you have restaurants near by and the train station. at the end of the main road it is a big commercial center with a auchan supermarket.

I didn’t like that you have to book you arriving time . They send you a mail and you have to book you arriving time . So that day you are stress that you have to arrive in time and if not you pay extra . I totally agree to call or send a message 30 min before your arrival but to book your time ….. T he apartment need some TLC . It is a little dated and me personally Don’t understand why a dressing doesn’t have doors . Maybe is just me but looks ugly and cheap.

Exceptional

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Everything you could ask for. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Great shower. The wee bottle of oj chilling in the fridge was a welcome surprise. It was really quite warm and a fan was provided. Martin went out of his way to ensure we knew how to operate everything, and described everything in the area. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Perfect for Family

The owners were really helpful and accommodating -from the booking stage until we arrived. Very organised. Apartment was huge, we were a family of 7. Very close to the metro - 1 stop to disneyland and 30 mins away from Gare de Lyon.

Great Location

Host was very friendly & welcoming. Very convenient location for Disney and downtown Paris with the train station 2 min walk away. Spacious, clean apartment. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Only small thing was no drain plug for the bath so we had to improvise with our young kids.

Perfect for family holiday in Disney and Paris

It is a clean, practical, good size 2 bed flat with 4 bunker beds, a super king bed & a double sofa bed and a kitchen with dishwasher, wash machine and more utensils than most holiday homes. Separate bath and WC were good, so these can be used by different people at same time. The property is well located with shops, restaurants and train station around it. It was very quick to get to Disney with one stop from property in a train and also flexible to explore Paris tourist attractions. The host Martin and his team are co-operative and service oriented, whenever we needed help and extending the stay. We had a comfortable stay and a nice holiday with 4 adults and 4 kids.

Heel fijn verblijf voor Disney bezoek!

Perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan Disney. 1 RER stop van Disney, en maar 3 min lopen naar RER. Meerdere restaurantjes, bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Alles aanwezig in appartement wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf. Aardige host!

Top appartement voor 6 personen, met 8 personen gebruik je de woonkamer als slaapkamer en heb je dus niet echt een zitplek meer. Was voor ons met z’n 5en echter geen probleem.

In der Nähe von S-Bahn Haltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gepflegte Anlage

Die Möblierung ist ins Alter gekommen, Ecken und Kanten aufgeschlagen etc. müsste mal erneuert werden. Im Bad und im Schlafzimmer ist mal nachgestrichen worden - sehr laienhaft um es mal gut auszudrücken.
