Disney, sunny comfortable 2 bedrooms family apartment, 8 pers, wifi, NETFLIX

Perfect location! 1 minute walk to the train station, 1 stop away from Disney, a couple of minutes walk to Val d'Europe mall. Host Martin was super attentive and welcoming. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. . On arrival we were welcomed with a couple of drinks in the fridge, including sparkling wine 😊 Thanks for having us Martin and Sonia! We will definitely visit again!

Perfect location for RER station and close to great shopping mall. Nice restaurants and supermarkets next door. Beautifull view from the balconies. Good parking facilities under the building. Please note that large modern cars can be tricky to enter the parking building. Good parking rate (10 euro per day).

The matrasses were too hard. Pots and pans for cooking really needed replacing.

La proximité avec la gare, Endroit très sympa. Appartement correct. Beaucoup de couchages. L’attention pour nous accueillir. (Café, jus de fruits, gâteaux.)

Réglage de l’eau impossible. Le chauffage n’a fonctionné que parce que mis sur 24 degrés mais seulement sur la dernière nuit. Manquait du papier wc, trop peu pour 3 jours. Un troupeau de moutons sous le canapé. Des échantillons de savon/shampooing… auraient été la bienvenue

Some of the contents & households of the apartment is a mix of different qualities(it gives you the feeling that some of those are left by guests ). For example, spoons, forks, knifes, cups. The bedrooms nightstands(if you put anything on, it will fall down), bedrooms cabinets miss some drawers and replaced by completely different types. The floor parquet near toilets & inside bedrooms are deteriorated and need replacement. There was no extra trash bags, sugar & toilet slippers. The cupboards are not clean, some cups were not clean and could not be even cleaned, balcony chairs were rusted. The oven & central water heater are using gas, which you can hear the sound of flames (absolutely risky and recommend to use electric). The cleaning tools storage is so ugly with only one side door. The main bedroom clothes closet is covered by sliding curtain (this is so ugly & cheap). The apartment main door only open half way(it touches the ground floor). There was no shampoo nor body gel. The living room sofa is not clean and the hand resting place is broken and there is no coffee table next to sofa & no back support cushions. The TV screen is not direct to be seen if sitting on the sofa. There is no deadbolt or lock from inside apartment main door( means if someone has copy of keys you will be easily robbed). The side shelves inside bathroom is almost falling. The desk inside the other bedroom is without suitable chair. Considering 8 persons apartments, there is no enough clothes hanging closets , pillows, blankets and dishes. The shower hose has no fixed base at wall, you must hold by one hand and clean your body by other hand(that is so cheap). We find biscuits, juice and coffee in the kitchen but unfortunately low quality ones. One strange and hectic thing that the washing machine in kitchen & dryer at bathroom.
