Great accomadation close to the train station

Good location but the apartment is not recommended

The location is great with lot of restaurants and one-stop station to Disneyland. Parking and security are well provided. The owner was helpful for our early check out and refund of unused nights.

Despite of the above, the furniture is a bit old, towels with hair of previous guests, no toilet paper or water, no air conditioning or fan that made the bad smell of the apartment, beds have bas smells, water kettle is dirty, food leftovers in cooking pots, bathroom and toilet are separated!!, pictures on booking.com were misleading for us during our booking. Unless these are fixed, it is highly not recommended for stay!!

Good location but not great!

The property has a great location for Disney. Easy to access and good off street parking. Lots of restaurants nearby

When we arrived the tumble dryer was on, on a really hot day, and with no air con, made for a very bad nights sleep. The dishwasher was full, and the sheets and towels looked like prunes. Nothing had been ironed. The hallway stank of fag smoke, so a real shame considering how much we paid. There is no aircom so I would avoid on mid summer as the flat gets very HOT!

Last-minute stay

It was a last.minute booking due to the air traffic control strike meaning our flight was cancelled. Communication was great.Lovely clean apartment in a great area, very convenient for the shopping centre and the train station. The view out of the windows was lovely as well.

Perfect location, comfortable residence, had everything we needed

Location was amazing, couldn't have been better. View from the apartment was wonderful - overlooking the restaurant courtyard at the entrance to Val De Europe centre. Communications with the host were seamless and they were super helpful.

Couldn't say there was anything we didn't like. We stayed during a heatwave (38 degrees!) and air conditioning would have been ideal but we knew it didn't have aircon when booking

One train station stop to the Disney land🚉

Location close the station, one stop to Disney land and the facility was great. . I the staff was very helpful, I asked them for early check in and they were totally helpful and nice people.

The bathroom is separated from the toilet, so you have to get out the toilet to the bathroom room for washing your hands.

Very disappointing

The location is good

The apartment is easy to get into if you are not travelling by car. With a car it is an awfully frustrating experience. You must enter the property while someone waits on the street in the car then come back down with the keys and the garage fob and then walk around the block to use the fob to open the garage. On the way out the fob didn’t work at all. We ended up waiting for someone to come in to let us out and then still had to go all the way back up to leave the fob! There must be a better way. The apartment itself is in very bad condition. The photos make it look a lot better than it is. The wallpaper is peeling off and the windows are mouldy . I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great location

Location, just around the corner from the Shopping Centre and Bus Stop. Quiet, good double glazed windows.

Poor maintenance, sockets coming off the wall, toaster burnt inside, shower panel missing rubber seal and without it bathroom gets flooded. All simple things to sort out and inexpensive.

Great apartment in an excellent location with smooth check-in, clean space, and private parking. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, very close to shops and public transport. Communication with the host was fast and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and having a private parking spot in the underground garage was a big plus.

Nothing in particular – we were very satisfied with everything.

I would not book these apartments again, very poor condition, difficult to get into very disappoin

The location of both apartments were good

Accessing the apartments was not easy and time consuming, especially 11 cours de la Garonne. Bluetooth door opening access would not work and you can only get phone reception when away from the door, the call to the apartment owners kept dropping out, making it a very stressful experience. The apartment at 3 Rue de la Fontaine was very poor, air conditioning unit hanging off the wall and noisy throughout the night, no shower rail, holes in doors, sockets not working very shoddy.

Very nice, clean and complete apartment. At a very good and strategic location about 100m to Val D Europe shopping mall that have big supermarket and branded outlets. Also near to Val Mallee village shopping mall about 300m away Apartment also overlooking a nice courtyard

Location is nice - just outside a big sopping centre and 2 buss stops away from Disneyland. Spacious enough to accommodate family with 3 kids. We had booked the stayed only for the time of Disneyland visit, but would have happily stayed for another day.

Not exactly a drawback, but a thing to note is that the apartment is slightly worn down and could do with a bit of refresh.

Entering digits of the mailbox was hard. Real location is not the one advertised. About 1.2 km from RER station on the other side of shopping centre. But buses (going to Disney) nearby.

horrendous, disgusting place to stay

location was fantastic

absolutely filthy, blood stained sheets in the main bedroom and the living room sofa bed was disgusting with stains and the bedding was also blood stained, bloody tissues in the wardrobe. The bedding had not been changed and cleaned at all from previous stay, plugs hanging off the wall, cupboard doors missing, toilet seat hanging off, filthy bathroom with hairs still all over the bath and sink, swollen artificial floor where water damage had got in, kitchen had exposed wires, dirty counter tops from tea stains, rugs were stained beyond belief. we travelled with our family (2 adults, two teens, and a five year old) and couldn’t check in till 4pm. We went to get some shopping as we needed essentials for our stay and we’re exhausted so decided to have an early night. we wend to be at 9pm and pulled back the covers to see bloody stains. Our concerns were raised with the owners and booking.com at 9.25pm and were told they sent someone from Paris (which was about 40mins away) straight away. we sat and waited with multiple calls in between to booking.com and the owners till 12.25am, our children slept in the chairs in the lounge as I was not prepared to put my children in dirty bedding that other (possibly multiple people) had slept in. the owners. the person that they sent didn’t have enough bedding to change all the beds and the bedding he did change was covered in dry crusty food. despite us relaying our concerns we witnessed this man putting the dirty bedding that he took off the bed in the dryer in stead of the washing machine. when we questioned him he then forgot how to speak English. when we asked what he was going to do about the bedding he couldn’t change he called the owners and put them on speaker phone and the conversation started with “they are not happy as the bedding isn’t ironed” we were totally gobsmacked and corrected that we were not bothered if the bedding was ironed, we wanted clean sheets. the owners apologised to cleaner!

The location was very close to the train station, quick access to Disneyland. The apartment was big and clean.

It was what I expected (I knew from the previous reviews about the noisy renovations - they started at 10:00).
