Ideally located, the accommodation allows you to reach the parks in less than 10 minutes thanks to the RER A, accessible only 5 minutes on foot.

Apartment for 8 people, located on the 4th and last floor of a recent, quiet and secure residence.
The apartment includes:
- A bright living room with Smart TV and a view of the Disney Adventure World park
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), 2 people
+ En-suite shower room (sink, shower)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190), 2 people
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190), 2 people
- Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds (90x190), 2 people
- Bathroom (double sink, bath and toilet)
- Separate toilet
- A laundry area with washing machine
+ A balcony adjoining the living room / master bedroom
+ A second balcony adjoining the children's rooms
Also included, at no extra charge:
- 2 parking spaces in the basement of the residence, direct access by lift. (max height 1.90 meters)

The entrance to the accommodations are through a code lock.
