Great location with excellent host and feels like home away from home.

We liked everything about this property, but a top 3 would be like this: 1. The host - always one message away, very friendly and welcoming. 2. The location- 2 min walk from the Val D’Europe station, very close to Disneyland Park (only 1 station with the train -5 min) , the area is very nice and clean, and the building is very beautiful. 3. The parking- underground parking to know the car is safe at all times.

We can’t say we didn’t liked something, but as a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler, having just one toilet was a bit difficult, but is still nice that the toilet seat is separate from the bathtub and the sink, so we still managed to get ready faster. I just thought it’s good to mention this detail for the big groups that plan to stay here.

Excellent stay, perfect apartment and location, friendly hosts.

We travelled as a family with three children, aged 9, 9 and a one year old baby. We had an exceptional time at Sonia's and Martin's place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, Martin explained us everything upon arrival, how the kitchen facilities work, etc, it was very relaxing having our breakfast on the balcony with the garden view. The apartment is in a very good location, there is a huge shopping mall in 5 minutes walking distance, restaurants, cafés, bakeries aswell only few minutes walking distance. Disneyland is just one stop with RER from the apartment, easily reachable. Paris city is also to reach with only one RER line, altough it takes longer, about 40 minutes. The RER station is 5 minutes away from the house, so excellent again. If we travelled to Paris again, we would for sure choose Sonia's and Martin's place again!

Viagem em família em espaço ótimo

Pra quem como eu pretende ir a Disney, é uma ótima escolha, está a uma estação de trem de distância, dava até pra chegar caminhando. O centro de Paris também tem um acesso simples de trem + metro. O alojamento entrega o que promete, é confortável e ótimo para famílias. O anfitrião foi simpático e cortes, também aceitou o check in depois das 22 horas e agendou previamente um serviço de transfer do aeroporto muito bom que facilitou a nossa chegada, com um custo em cada um desses serviços que particularmente foi bem justo e até barato!

O chuveiro precisa ser trocado pois a água vaza toda pelo canto e tem jatos um pra cada lado, a banheira (duche) e lavabo ficam em um cómodo a parte, e a sanita noutro espaço oque dificulta por exemplo o hábito de lavar as mãos após usar a sanita, os quartos tem iluminação fraca não centralizada no tecto, sendo toda por abajur de canto, oque a noite pra mim dificultava a troca de fraldas da minha bebé. Fora estes pequenos detalhes que a mim foram um pouco incomodos, minha estadia foi ótima !

Tout Merci grâce à vous nous avons pu passé d’excellentes vacances et le rêve des enfants ont pu être réalisé grâce à vous et votre logement . Niveau qualité/prix il n’y a rien à dire, il y a tout dans l’appartement et il est à proximité du RER et à 1 arrêt de Disney et de la gare, le rêve.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Lage in der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurant und der S-Bahn ist perfekt. Das Auto war in der Garage gut platziert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei, wirklich sehr nett.
