Great Disney apartment

Great location for Disney. On the whole a good apartment and clean.

It wasn’t clear that there was only one toilet. I saw the listing states two bathrooms so naturally thought that meant two toilets. The bathroom with the bath wasn’t overly helpful as the shower head is not fixed to the wall (fine if you want a bath or to shower young children but adults can’t use it for a shower). The pillows are small and wafer thin so bring your own if you don’t like that! The children said the bunkbeds were uncomfortable but I didn’t test them out. That’s being quite picky and to be honest if there had been an extra toilet and better pillows I’d have given it a 10.

The room sizes, the location is amazing. The balcony was really good and the facilities and were all great.

I genuinely couldn't believe QUITE how good the location was. Unbelievably close to the station, 2 mins to Disney, fabulous shopping centre a minute's walk from the property for supplies. 35-40 mins to the centre of Paris. Apartment itself was so spacious as well. Thank you so much!

Some of the decor could do with a freshen up but we adored our stay and were exceptionally comfortable!

The location is very spacious, well furnished and equipped. Everything was very clean and set up. It has a very easy access from the train station, it is very close to places of interest such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. The area is safe, quiet and clean. It is a perfect point in terms of quality and price for a stay aimed at visiting the Disneyland parks for a few days.

Unfortunately we think that the check out time is too early, 10 am. We think that for the comfort of the guests, at least 11 am would be more appropriate. We hope that this opinion is considered constructive in the perspective of improving your services.

Very enjoyable stay, great communication from the owner/agent and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here

It is a 2 min walk to Val d’Europe RER station and you can see the shopping centre from the balcony. It’s very spacious and has 3 bedrooms. Only one stop on the train to Disney but if you wanted to, it only takes about 30 to walk.

Superb

Excellent location if you are visiting Disneyland. RER takes you to Paris as well but that takes more time. Equipped with all necessities and more (probably best equipped kitchen I have ever been to). Selfcheck-in was also very convenient. Apartment is very suitable for one big or two smaller families.

Had some issues with hot water randomly running out but that seems to be quite common for almost all apartments in Paris I've been to.

Excellent location. 2 minute walk from Val d’Europe train station which is only one stop away from Disney. A lot to restaurants and shops nearby. A boulangerie, a tobacco shop, a grocery stores all within a minutes walk. Apartment was spotless and plenty of room for us all. Balcony was a nice touch with a nice view. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay again!

Just a few wee minor things that I think would make a difference; after a long day of travelling it would have been nice to have something in the apartment-juice, milk, coffee etc. there is a shop close by so not a major flaw but always a nice touch to stay in an apartment with some sort of refreshments provided. Not even toilet roll either for amount of guests. We could have done with more towels as we all showered every morning and night. There is a washer and dryer though if you don’t mind doing this yourself. toilet is in a room on its own with no sink. Sink is in the shower room-this was a bit inconvenient especially when all getting ready at the same time in the morning. Again, not a major complaint just an honest review:)

Muy bien ubicado. Linda vista desde el balcon de la sala.

Nos alojamos 8 personas y nos resultó muy comoda la ubicacion ya que esta a una cuadra de la estación de tren. Me brindaron por whatsapp las instrucciones para el ingreso y no fue nada dificil.

Lo que no fue nada cómodo, fue el baño, ofrece 3 baños , 2 tienen solo ducha y lavamanos, y hay un solo baño con inodoro que para 8 personas resulto un poco incomodo. y tampoco este baño que tiene inodoro tiene para lavarse manos.. raro y a la vez incomodo. El resto funciono todo bien.

Aparentemente grande mas suficiente apenas para 1 familia pequena

Localização é mt boa, bem perto do metrô e de um shopping com 2 supermercados.

Éramos 2 famílias, com 6 pessoas e só havia 1 chave e o interfone não funcionava. Qd chegamos tinha 1 rolo de papel higiênico novo e outro quase pela metade e foi negado a reposição, apesar de termos 3 diárias com 6 pessoas. A cafeteira elétrica não funciona, a cafeteira italiana é de alumínio e como o fogão é a indução, tb não funcionava. A internet só funcionou na ultima noite. No anuncio diz que tem 2 banheiros, mas na verdade tem 3 cômodos: 1 com banheira e pia, outro com chuveiro e pia e outro com o vaso sanitário. Ou seja, não tinham 2 banheiros e sim 2 banhos. E o da banheira não tinha suporte para o chuveiro. As informações de acesso a garagem eram ruins

Fantastische uitvalbasis voor Euro Disney voor groot gezin of twee

Een paar dagen voor aankomst kregen we een mail met uitgebreide uitleg over hoe we binnen konden komen en waar we de sleutels konden vinden. Het appartement is goed beveiligd en alvorens je binnen bij de lift bent moet je met 3 toegangscodes naar binnen. Dit gaf een veilig gevoel. Het appartement is middels sleutel te openen. Het appartement is ruim. Voorzien van woonkamer met geïntegreerde keuken met voldoende keukengerei, koffie e.d. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers waarvan 2 slaapkamers voorzien zijn van een tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer met 2 stapelbedden. Er is dus ruimte voor 8 personen. Het appartement is op nog geen 150m verwijdert van het metrostation (1 halte naar Euro Disney) en vlakbij zijn winkels en ook een pizzeria. Wij vonden het een mooie uitvalbasis voor Euro Disney, maar ook zeker voor Parijs.

Her en der enig onderhoud nodig. Mail over dat je eventuele schade afkunt kopen door per dag een klein bedrag te betalen.

Espectacular

La cercanía al RER, las vistas desde la terraza, la gran cantidad de camas que hay, todo muy nuevo, las camas comodidimas , no faltaba de nada en la cocina y el mejor detalle fue un carro de niños que nos vino de lujo para Disney

Las almohadas para mi gusto muy bajas y la calefacción no supimos manejarla (pero casi no hizo falta )

Tolle Lage mehr nicht, schade.

Die Lage war super, das geht nicht besser. Direkt an der RER zum Disneyland und nach Paris rein. Und Einkaufscentrum 100 m weiter. Also perfekt.

An sich wäre es eine tolle Wohnung. Es müsste was gemacht werden. Das Besteck fällt auseinander, das Geschirr und Gläser standen teilweise gebraucht im Schrank. Nicht ganz sauber im Bad. Sehr viel Schimmel im Bad, das war unzumutbar. An den Wänden und an der Decke. Nicht ganz sauber, überall Wollmäuse und noch 2 Jahren verstaubt von Vormietern. Die vier Stockbetten mit solch schlechten Matratzen und Lattenrosten, das geht nur für leichte Kinder, aber nicht für Erwachsene. Nur eine Toilette, das war nicht so richtig zu erkennen. Das geht nicht für 8 Erwachsene. Schade.....

Bon séjour mais manque de communication directe ce qui est très gênant.

La localisation de l'appartement était très bien par rapport au RER et donc l'accès à Dysney. Lappartement est lumineux et calme , la literie est bien...

2 boites à code dans la boite aux lettres, j'ai un peu galeré ... mais globalement et heuresement le guide explicatif est ok. Grosses difficultés pour communiquer avec le loueur: ne répond pas , ne rappelle pas . Nous avons oublier 2 blousons et un badge pro dans l'appartement mais pas de retour sur une recherche éventuelle. De plus une caution est demandée (empreinte bancaire) non prévue sur la réservation Booking et je n'ai pas de retour du loueur sur le retour de cette caution sauf un message me disant qu on espère que mon séjour s'est bien passé et qu'il espère me revoir. Cela signifie t'il que c'est ok pour l'état des lieux sortie? Pas moyen de récupérer l'état des lieux avant, après (que j'ai fait moi même) , mais peut être que je m'y prend mal? Sinon petit soucis de piles dans une télécommande de télé, de manque d'instruction sur l'utilisation télé, plaque induction (verouillée) et appartement demandant un check up complet : meuble télé ecorné, taches sur canapés, porte frigo désolidarisée, idem pour lave vaisselle ... Bref des petits points de détail mais qui dénote un manque de suivi du loueur qui semble peu présent .

Le chauffage coupé à notre arrivé on a dû l’activer.. bof à cette période de l’année. Pour Disney c’est parfait on est juste à côté du RER en 5 min on est au parc.

Apartamento bem situado, perto da Disney. Centro comercial muito perto e estação de comboio também. Relativamente ao apartamento a máquina de café estava avariada, tirando isso tudo estava dentro do esperado.

Estancia perfecta

Apartamento muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario si vienes con bebés/niños, cuna, trona... Todo lo imprescindible y más para una estancia tanto corta como larga. Habitaciones y camas muy cómodas Ubicación excepcional, a 2 minutos de la parada de metro, nosotros lo cogimos para ir a Disneyland y se encuentra a una parada (3 minutos) Ubicación cercana a un centro comercial y a supermercados. Zona que parece muy segura y da mucha confianza. Sin duda si volvemos repetiriamos este alojamiento.
