Excellent location, good value

It was very convenient for Disneyland, the train station and a local supermarket. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay.

There were no instructions, so took us a longtime to find the WiFi and had to contact the hosts about where the bedding was.

Disappointing problems for an excellent location property for Disneyland Paris.

Location was excellent for Disney, 5 minute walk from train station and Disney one stop.

The host made the check in very difficult, I didn’t find out how to check in until I was at the airport, slightly worrying. He then wanted me to transfer him money for a late check in. He also asked me to cancel my booking with booking.com and go direct with him for cheaper. I declined this as again it was while I was in the airport at very late notice and unethical. I had previously asked for the sofa bed linen as we would need to use the sofa bed. The bed wasn’t made up on arrival and I found some bed sheets crumpled up in a laundry basket with cleaning products in. I presume these were not clean but I didn’t have a choice not to use them. No protector under sheet for sofa bed. We had one towel each which were old, rough and discoloured. No good after one use as we couldn’t dry them. No tea towels in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. No list of instructions in the property in how to use central heating etc. The host then text me to ask for a 10/10 score. Worst experience in a booking.com property.

Big apartment

The host didnt gave us any instructions to check in the hotel...he watsapp me asking what time we will be there at the apartment I said 7 pm. But unfortunately we could not reach at 7 pm.. We tried to call him after 8 pm and no answer. All 9 of us stood in the rain as we had no where to go.. Luckily a stranger who lived in another apartment helped us to get in the property and that was at 11:30 pm. The host was very rude and did not care to call us back.. Ths is unacceptable... Iam at genius level this has never happened before..In a new country it was the worst experience from booking.com.

Super close to the Disney Park, we had dinner in the parc then took an Uber to the appartment. The morning after we took the RER to the airport

It has been several months, and I still have not received the invoice for my stay. The entire process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Shockingly, the owner even attempted to pressure me into leaving a positive review — an entirely unacceptable practice (Did not work!). I strongly advise against booking this apartment. It’s deeply disappointing to see Booking.com partnering with hosts who display such poor business ethics. Even more concerning is Booking's dismissive attitude, as they place full responsibility on the host and fail to provide meaningful support to their customers.

Disneyland, shopping and sight seeing.

Difficult gaining access to apartment. No hot water. Poor quality bed sheets. Soiled pillows. Hard towels. Very late check in.

Perfecto para ir a dormir y visitar disney

El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones,una de las con cama de matrimonio y una cama supletoria y otra con dos camas de 90.. además hay dos sofás camas en el salón..lo único es que tenía un solo cuarto de baño,pero lo bueno es que por un lado estaba el wáter y por otro lado ducha y el lavabo..el piso está a 5 minutos andando de un gran centro comercial con tiendas, supermercados,etc y a 2min andando del metro val de Europe que te lleva en 5 min a Disney..la cocina tiene bastante menaje,y hay lavadora y lavavajillas. Nosotros íbamos 4 adultos y 3 niños pequeños y nos pudimos apañar..es verdad que si vas a Disney te sirve para hacer la comida para llevarte al parque y volver a dormir..por cierto,si se te queda alguna mañana colgada hay un acuario allí que merece la pena visitar!

Aunque no estaba sucio,no habían limpiado a fondo,se ve que van limpiando por encima..las habitaciones no tienen armarios,solo hay uno en la entrada y solo se pueden colgar algunas cosas porque está con los productos de limpieza,etc..otra cosa es que cuando le dijimos que llegábamos a las 20.30 nos dijo que había un suplemento de 20 euros,y le dijimos que eso no aparecía en la descripción del apartamento.. finalmente no nos lo cobró,pero me pareció mal que nos lo dijera cuando no ponía nada en la descripción

Localisation parfaite à côté du métro et à 1 arrêt de Disneyland Paris. Possibilité de faire le check-in à l’heure qui nous convenait. Appartement propre et spacieux.

Bon emplacement

L’appartement est dans un immeuble sécurisé avec ascenseur. Il est à moins de 10min de Disney. Suffisamment grand pour accueillir 9 personnes. L’hôte à été réactif lorsque je lui envoyé des msg.

Appartement juste à côté de la gare rer, à une station de Disney. Facile à trouver, propre, avec l'équipement nécessaire pour une famille. Bien agencé, spacieux. Literie confortable

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude du tout... Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h, le temps de s'installer et de passer à la douche il était 22h, trop tard pour réussir à joindre le propriétaire. Dommage, une bonne douche chaude n'aurait pas été de refus !
