Great location. Great apartment. Modern, clean, large, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bath, full kitchen and living space overlooking courtyard. One minute to train to Disney and Paris. Disney one stop away. Takes just 2 minutes. 5 mins to massive indoor shopping mall. Right beside convenience store and restaurants. 27 mins walk to Disney.

Perfect Disney home base for our family trip

I stayed here with my wife and our four kids during our trip to Disney paris, and I can honestly say this apartment made our whole experience even better. this place had everything we needed: clean, spacious. Being so close to Disneyland made getting to and from the park incredibly simple. What really stood out to us was how thoughtful the apartment was set up. Every detail felt carefully taken care of and went beyond what we expected. We’d happily come back and absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

nice property, close to the metro and other attractions. A 7-8 min drive to Disneyland. However property could have been

the decor was nice the balcony view was nice the fact there were 2 bathrooms and 1 bathroom had 2 sinks was good it was spacious and could easily cater for a group of 6-7 people the location was pretty close to Disneyland and main attractions There is a convenience shop 1-2 min walk that was open till late.

the lights in the room had been removed and there were only lamps in there there were no full length mirrors it could have been cleaner hence an 8 rating, a good vacuuming around the property was needed before our arrival extra pillows were provided but the beds were not the most comfortable the freezer was also dirty and hadnt been cleaned

Shame that such a nice place was not kept properly clean as it would have made a massive difference for our holiday.

The flat was modern and nicely decorated with good location to eurodisney parks using uber or train amd various shops close by

The apartment was very filthy and dirty which made our stay uncomfortable. The bed linen was soiled - they where changed when we made owners aware but although u made them aware that the place was dirty and sent pics of fluff and hair on floors etc these where not cleaned. The floor was so dirty that the kids socks got so dirty we had to throw them away. Wardrobes were very dirty and had to clean sections we were going to use. Skirting hasn’t seen a dusting for months, and oven was extremely filthy. Sofa we had to wipe with disinfecting wipes and they came out really dirty. The fans had lot of dust on them and kitchen was also dirty.

We liked the way the property was laid out and we liked the themed rooms.

Some of the things in the apartment were broken. One of the flush mechanisms in one of the toilet was broken. Some of the skirting trim in the kitchen unit was broken. Some of the tile grouting was looking tired.

Perfect Family Stay - Spacious, Comfortable and ideally located !

We had a great stay in this apartment ! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms were perfect, and the beds were really cozy. Having the toilets separate from the two bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed. The location is super convenient : just a 2-minute walk to the train station, and only one stop away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and we really appreciated having the little grocery store close by. The kids love it, the teens to, and so did we ! Honestly, we highly recommend it !

Good location

Location was near the Metro Station. Disney is just next stop. The rooms are smaller side but it is okay not too conjusted. Easy to call a Cab. Shopping for Grocery and stuff is possible nearby walking distance.

Rooms could be a little bigger. Better cleanliness will certainly help. For family of six the coffee, detergent and other things were not enough but the host did make the effort to provide it next morning. I appreciate the effort.

We stayed at this apartment during our recent trip to Paris and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent – close to many attractions and easy to get around. The apartment is spacious, which was perfect for our family. We also appreciated the sense of safety in the neighborhood. One of the biggest highlights was how family-friendly the apartment is. It has two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, which made things much easier for us. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

However, there were a few issues that we hope can be improved. The towels provided were stained and did not feel clean. Also, there were not enough cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, or trash bags to last the number of days we stayed. Another important point: the apartment is not suitable for hot summer days. There is no air conditioning, only fans, which were not effective enough to keep the place cool during the heat.

We loved it 🥰

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect. just one stop from Disney and literally a minute from the station. Area, lots of food options around too which was super handy. The accommodation: beautifully decorated, a paradise for children 😅 really well equipped, and very clean. Having 2 bathrooms was such a plus. Anthony who welcomed us was very helpful. Would definitely come back stay again!!!

Excellent location for Disney, good local amenities, spacious apartment.

Spacious, clean, Disney themed.

Facilities advertised were not usable. Advertised to have free Disney+ in 2 rooms which we were unable to use due to the lack of internet/ wifi signal and the information from the management about how to log in to the TV being incorrect. When I messaged the management company, several times, the response received was not helpful and then replies came in french when all other messages were sent in English. I ended up having to use data from my smart phone so that my children could watch movies in the evening. This property is also advertised as family friendly and had facilities such as a high chair and travel cot which we did not need but appreciated however we had people from the apartments underneath knocking on the door telling us that the children moving around the apartment were too loud and needed to be quieter. My children are 3 and 7 years old and were not as noisy as the Spanish family that we could hear in the apartment next to us. Overall we enjoyed this apartment however were sad about the false advertisement of being able to take advantage of free disney+.

Awesom!

This place is just magical. From the moment my kids walked in, they were in awe! Every room has a different Disney theme and all the details! It’s very close to the train station, very easy check in and we were so lucky to have find this special place!!

Joyful and Comfortable

The flat was situated at a very elegant neighborhood. We were there at 14.30pm(mentioned the flight details before) and the only problem we had was waiting at the outside door for the flat to be cleaned an hour with 2 babies and luggages at a cold afternoon. But the flats conditions, chic decoration and perfect position for Disney made us forget this inconvenience. 2 bathrooms was handy and satisfactory. Beds were comfy. Toilet papers were not enough for first day for 6 adults and 2 babies. I would kindly offer some more to be placed in order to help new comers. The train to Disney (val d’europe station) was only 2-3 minutes away. We admired this with our tired legs after our Disney nights.Gladly stay here again for future Disney visits.♥️

Great family break in comfortable surroundings.

Great location we absolutely love the town and easy transport to Disneyland Paris.

Slightly confused when getting the lift from the car park, accidentally when to the wrong apartment and the lady there was very rude despite us apologising. We couldn't get either TV to work as the Internet connection was too weak.

Immaculate, spacious, bright, great location.

It was so clean and the rooms were so fun for the family, but done in a cool, tasteful way. Location was great - lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by. 2 minutes to the rer station to get into Paris and a 20 minute flat walk along to Disney

Trying to gain access was a bit like the crystal maze. Lots of keys and fobs and codes

Nice modern apartment and spacious. Location is excellent 1 stop to disneyland, huge mall walking fistance and outlet village. Kitchen fully equipped.

Toilets very small. And at night you could hear people voices in the bars near.

A wonderful stay in a lovely apartment.

The Disney themed rooms were great. The location was perfect near the train station and a large shopping centre. It was clean and tidy. The people we spoke with were very nice and helpful.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is that it was difficult to find the parking we took about an hour to find it when we were already tired but this could have just been the language barrier and us being inept

Todo la decoración y los detalles eran impecables totalmente ambientados. En Disney estaba muy limpio y muy cuidado súper cerca del metro y no le faltaba de nada. Tenía todos los utensilios de cocina, horno toallas, aseos para varias personas calefacción que funcionaba muy bien y muy amplio

Apartamento encantador en una zona privada con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta cerca de Disneyland y París. Súper limpio y muy cómodo. El propietario hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera absolutamente agradable. El apartamento está bien equipado y cuenta con supermercado y restaurantes locales cerca. ¡Además, la ubicación es inmejorable: a solo una parada de Disneyland París y con la estación de tren justo al lado! ¡Muy recomendable! *******

El agua caliente sanitaria era muy escasa, eramos siete personas y solo había agua para ducharse dos personas. Reporté el problema y ni me contestaron. Es una pena que esto haga desmerecer un apartamento con el estado, la comodidad y la ubicación que tiene.

Worth and recommended but need to improve

Equipped very well, excellent location to Disney, quite , few meters from Metro one station to Disney

We encounter issue with lack of hot water for taking a shower for 5 people in a row. We didn't know where to leave the keys, we didn't know the entrance code to the living area, we didn't know who will give us the keys... calling but no answer... no live support only by mail that sometimes answered too late. Excluding that was perfect!

Weekend top in famiglia! Siamo venuti in due famiglie (3 adulti, 3 bimbi) e l’appartamento era proprio quello che cercavamo: bello spazioso, pieno di luce e super comodo per Disneyland. Il secondo giorno ci siamo andati pure a piedi. I bimbi avevano il loro angolino per giocare, e noi il nostro spazio per respirare un po’ 😄 Wifi perfetto, e pure la TV in camera. Il quartiere: tranquillo e con due minimarket a due passi, super pratic. Grazie di cuore al nostro host, super gentile e disponibile. Ci segniamo l’indirizzo per la prossima volta, sicuro!

Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä. Junalla pääsi Disney Landiin ja Pariisin helposti. Astioita oli riittävästi ja kaupat lähellä.

En yleensä valita turhasta, mutta nyt oli syytä. Avain luovutettiin kadulla nopeasti ja asuntoa ei esitelty lainkaan. Myös yhteyshenkilö, jolta voisi kysyä ohjeita puuttui kokonaan. Koko ryhmälle oli käytössä vain yksi avain, joka rajoitti huomattavasti henkilöiden omaehtoista liikkumista. Ryhmän oli käytännössä lähdettävä samaan aikaan, jotta ovi saatiin lukittua turvalukkoon. Kukaan ryhmästä ei voinut palata aiemmin kuin avaimen haltija palasi asunnolle. Lasten sänky piti niin kovaa narinaa, että patja oli siirrettävä lattialle. Samoin lähes jokainen asunnon ovi narisi rasvanpuutteesta. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on voimakas homeen haju, joten sen käyttö jäi vähemmälle. Pyyhkeet olivat vanhoja ja loppuun käytettyjä ja niitä oli vain yksi jokaiselle henkilölle koko vierailun ajaksi. Ymmärrä ekoloogisen puolen, mutta pyyhkeitä ei silti voi käyttää loputtomiin. Bideesuihkua tai -allasta ei ole. Asunnossa oli myös hyvin niukasti WC-paperia. Olen tottunut, että tämän hintaluokan asunnossa paperin riittävyyttä ei tarvitse miettiä.
