El espacio de la cocina y salon. Decoración muy buena. Buena ubicación y luminosidad

Olor en el baño, decían que daban champú y gel para iniciar.. pero para 8 personas solo habían dejado un botecito tamaño hotel individual. El fregadero fugaba agua y lo tuve que reparar. Los mensajes que enviaban no funcionaban los enlaces y repetían mensajes que ya se habían gestionado. Decían que hablaban en francés e inglés, y después de pedirle 3 veces que hablen en inglés, solo hablaban en francés... Me pareció una falta de respeto. El sistema de luces de las habitaciones es deficiente. La Casa es muy calurosa. Las puertas de algunas habitaciones y baños abren hacia el pasillo y se han pillado los dedos de los pies algunos

Facilities advertised were not usable. Advertised to have free Disney+ in 2 rooms which we were unable to use due to the lack of internet/ wifi signal and the information from the management about how to log in to the TV being incorrect. When I messaged the management company, several times, the response received was not helpful and then replies came in french when all other messages were sent in English. I ended up having to use data from my smart phone so that my children could watch movies in the evening. This property is also advertised as family friendly and had facilities such as a high chair and travel cot which we did not need but appreciated however we had people from the apartments underneath knocking on the door telling us that the children moving around the apartment were too loud and needed to be quieter. My children are 3 and 7 years old and were not as noisy as the Spanish family that we could hear in the apartment next to us. Overall we enjoyed this apartment however were sad about the false advertisement of being able to take advantage of free disney+.
