Perfect stay in a fantastic location for Disneyland and Shopping

This apartment was perfect . We were a family of 7 with a wheelchair and it was accessible, comfortable and in a fantastic location just around the corner from the train station with a 3 min ride to Disneyland! Val D’Europe Mall, and outlet. Martin the host was so friendly and helpful and made sure we were 100% comfortable. Would completely recommend this accommodation!!

Fantastic location.

If you are going to Disneyland it would be hard to find a better property. The apartment is spacious and located just around the corner from the metro and a large shopping centre. Sealife is also just around the corner so great if you have children. iIf you are coming from or going to the airport the fast train is only a 13 minute ride away.

The location was perfect, and the apartment was so spacious.

The double bedroom was very cold all the time, a vent was open on the top of the window and we didn't know how to close it.

Excellent Location, within easy reach of Train stationary, centre of the town and mall. Accommodation spacious for 2 adults 2 Children, Host was brilliant and attentive, cleaniness of apartment was very good.

Owners and Émilie very helpful prior and during our stay.Comfortable clean flat, well equipped and even though only one bathroom separate toilet much more useful for our family stay.Very close to Val d’Europe station,shops and restaurants.Very enjoyable stay.

No mirror in main bedroom but other rooms had mirrors which could be used.

A fabulous location for the metro, eating out and shopping. Spacious Appartment with comfortable beds. Very helpful check in and support whilst we stayed.

Parts of the property decor was a little tired, I imagine due to lots of use in this popular location for families.

Great location, plenty of room for family of 8. Martin and Sonia perfect hosts. Great communication. Close to supermarket, mall and train stations, 1 stop to Disney, 30 minutes to Paris.

Fab place, brilliant location, amazing host!

The location is excellent, very close to Val D’Europe and Disneyland! Having the secure parking underground and a lift is so handy. The apartment was a really good size. 4 of use stayed, but we could have comfortably got 6 in. Had everything we needed and Martin was super helpful at showing how everything worked. We will absolutely be returning!

If I had to choose anything, the kitchen is a little on the small side. However, unless you are making a three course meal (unlikely - given that you will be absolutely exhausted from having fun at Disney!) then it isn’t an issue whatsoever!

Convenient for Disneyland, though noisy

Great location for families visiting Disneyland, only 1 stop away on the train. Hosts were very accommodating & had great communication.

Beds & pillows are very firm, we spent 6 weeks in Europe and this was unfortunately least comfortable stay. The apartments have little or no soundproofing, you can hear any noise from the hallway or adjoining apartments. The apartment directly above would play loud music early each morning, then on the weekend they blasted music from midnight until around 6am so we had very little sleep.

The property was well maintained. The flat was big enough for all 6 of us (4 adults & 2 children). It is a residential property so we were mindful of other residents at all times. Easy access with codes and fob keys.

The owner of the apartment is very polite and kind. He explained us everything related to the Disneyland tour, but also the best and fastest tour of the sights of Paris since we didn't have enough time. The apartment is spacious, clean and safe. There were 4 adults and 2 children in the apartment. Enough space for everyone.The environment is calm and safe.

Amazing place for those who visit Disneyland!

The location is excellent, very close to train station, restaurants and shopping centre. we were 2 families with 2 children each so 8 persons total and we had all the space we needed. I totally recommend this place for the ones who visit Disneyland.

Everything was great. Only the living room table had some strange legs and we all had some bumps .

the location was perfect! A 3 minute walk to the train station and just one stop away from Disneyland Paris, which was the reason why we chose the location. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and groceries that was just a few minutes away. They offered parking that you request and pay when you arrive. This was very convenient and made it easy for us. We were able to park our car and not have to drive it at all during our stay. The host was amazing and had great communication, even gave us a tour of the apartment, he was very thorough and kind. I really appreciate the effort they put into making us feel comfortable.

The only downside I had was that there was only one toilet and one shower. It was eight of us that stayed in the apartment, although we were all still very comfortable and had no issues with the one bathroom. Also, the walls are very thin.

The apartment was over expectations.

The location was within 3 min walking from Val D'Europe Commercial Centre. The distance from the RER Station was around 3-4 mins of walking and the same for the Bus station. We found everything clean and in order and we left it the same, as we like to do it. Martin was very nice and helpful. He explained how to use all the stuff in the apartment. The parking was underground and that was very nice as well.

Bad

When we arrived nothing was prepared, beds not made, etc. Everything was dirty, nothing had been cleaned. Information in description is incorrect. Eg. no Netflix, you have use own account. When we got home, they spammed us with e-mails begging us for a positive review. They wanted us to give them a score of 10! See pictures below! When we did not react, they took the money we paid as security for a sofa bed that we did not even use! This is a fraud! We did nothing wrong in the property, they just got upset that we did not leave a positive review. Be aware of this property!!!

very clean, we had everything we needed. it was near lots of shops and restaurants and perfect for the train station.

very small things - there isn’t much space for food preparation in the kitchen (although we mostly ate out). A plug for the kitchen sink would be good! On the whole it was very good.

Perfect for Disney

Martin was great and met us on arrival. Beautiful flat in a great location. If you are going to Disneyland, it's the perfect place to stay, as it's close to the train station (2-3 minute walk) and the train takes you straight to Diasney (1stop). Thank you for a beautiful stay!

2 nights with 7 people

Comfortable beds, spacy living and dining room, lot's of light in every room. Good bistro's in the neighboorhood and in less than 5 minutes you are at the RER station. Parking is locked which is a very big plus.

The only small downside is that there is no central light in the living room, that would be an asset.

Temiz, güvenli , ulaşımı konumu çok rahat bir ev idi.

Ev sahibi eve girene kadar ve sonrasında bizimle sürekli irtibat halinde idi mesajlarla, karşılama ve anahtar teslimi tam zamanında kendisi yaptı , çok güler yüzlü kibardı . Ev, yataklar nevresimler 4 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde bembeyazdı, Balkonu olduğu için sigara da içebildik. Mutfakta tüm gerekli elektrikli aletler mevcuttu. Evin konumu harika idi tren istasyonuna 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde idi. Diğer yanında da şehrin en büyük Outlet AVM si vardı oda da yürüyerek gidip geldik. Etrafta kahvaltı için gayet yeterli cafe fırın vs vardı . Yine gitsem yine orda kalmayı tercih ederim. Teşekkürler

Aslında sevmediğimiz hiçbirşey olmadı . Ama detay bilgi için yazmak isterim , Evde saç kurutma makinası yok. Birer tane tek kullanımlık terlik olsa hiç fena olmazdı. Bir de unutulmaması gerekir evde tek banyo , tek wc var . Ama 5 kişilik bir aile olarak bizim için çok da sorun olmadı. Bilgi için yazıyorum

Buena ubicación, fácil el transporte a Disney. Piso muy espacioso y cómodo. Cocina totalmente equipada.

Podría mejorar la limpieza. El dueño podría ser más directo en las explicaciones. Si vas en época de calor, hace mucho calor en el piso.

De locatie was perfect. 2 minuten lopen en je was bij de bakker. de bakker was naast de ingang van het treinstation. En het treinreis was maar 1 halte verder.

Séjour parfait en famille !

C’est un Appartement très confortable et proche des commerces . Le RER pour Disney est très proche à pied. Il y a possibilité d’avoir un parking privé au sous-sol ce qui est très pratique. L’accueil du propriétaire est très sympa et il nous donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Merci !!!

Leuk voor gezinnen. PLUSPUNT

Het appartement was ruim, de winkels en het ov waren echt op loopafstand. Disneyland was letterlijk 1 halte met de metro. Het is een rustige buurt en als je de drukte wil hebben, pak je het ov en ga je op pad of anders naar het winkel centrum Val d'Europ. Echt een grote winkelcentrum met allerlei winkels(goed voor de shoppers). De host die ons de sleutel gaf en de rondleiding, was een leuke dame en wij voelden ons verwelkomt. De uitleg was duidelijk! Ook het contact met degene die het appartement verhuurt waren super aardig en het contact verliep netjes en leuk. (Tijdens je vakantie, houden zij contact met jou of alles goed gaat en hoe je het vind etc.) De kamers waren schoon en de bedden waren mooi opgemaakt. Het is een prima locatie voor gezinnen met kinderen, je bent zo waar je moet zijn. Wij komen weer terug, leuke aanvaring!!🤗

Het resetten van de tv was een beetje ingewikkeld, maar dat stoorde ons niet. WIJ WAREN MEER BUITEN DAN BINNEN HAHAHA
