The perfect stay.

Location was great, 3 minute train ride into Disney parks. Very secure and safe. All necessary appliances and a good selection of pots and pans.

Very good accommodation

This is a very nice apartment in a clean, modern, quiet complex. The location is great. The huge Val d’Europe shopping centre is 10 mins walk down the road. The RER station is right next to it which is 1 stop away from Disney in one direction or into Paris in the other direction (journeys are charged €2.50 per way). There’s also an outlet village behind the shopping centre which is essentially Bicester Village in the UK. We both walked to and from the Disney parks (20 mins) and got Ubers (approx €12). Both easy and straightforward. Lots of cafes, restaurants, smaller supermarkets, etc, around the property on due d’Amerie. The kitchen could do with a few additional things to make it great ….. instructions on how to use the oven, dishes rack, more than 1 tea towel, more regular sized drinking glasses as opposed to smaller or wine glasses, but these are minor quibbles. Could probably do with more soft seating for larger groups. Instructions to get in the complex could’ve been slightly clearer, before entering the code you have to press the ‘spanner’ icon on the keypad first. We need another resident to show us that as the instructions didn’t mention it. The electric shutters on the windows are boss and very effective!

Nothing. Minor points aside we had a great stay and would come back anytime.

Clean fresh new , better than Disneyland hotel spacious wise amenities wise. Excellent location. Shops on the doorstep Disneyland Parc literally 5mins away. The owner was lovely very kind helpful and patient. I can’t fault anything

Brilliant location for Disney and lovely stay

Great open space and very clean. Felt very safe and secure. Lovely area with some bars, restaurants, supermarket (carrefour) and a shopping centre a short walk next to Val D'Europe station. Great location for Disney (1 stop: 10 mins) and main Paris centre (several stops; approx 40 mins). Got a 6 seater Uber from CDG Airport, which was 68euros. Train (direct) is an option in certain hours. Would definitely stop again and recommend. Special mention to the black out blinds/shutters! Recommend setting and alarm if you need to be up otherwise you may think it's still night!! Didn't really contact the owner. However, what contact we did have, responses were always prompt. They also supplied Great prompts and directions leading up to our trip. Thank you.

Excellent apartment. We will come again

everything was great. Spacious apartment with three bedrooms, shower and bath (two bathrooms). Welcoming host. Clean room with dishes, coffee machine and TV. Wifi worked well. Disneyland is a 25 min walk which is not that far. Nearby there is a grocery store with reasonable prices for goods.

On the terrace near the wall, the floor tiles need to be repaired.

Location and size of apartment. It's an amazing apartment and very close to Disney. Shop at 5 min walk.

It was a little difficult to find the apartment as taxi left us in front of a different building but we were lucky to find a local and with his help, we managed to get to the apartment.

A comfortable stay in a modern, secure, well appointed apartment.

Modern, secure, good size, warm, comfortable, well appointed & within walking distance to RER, supermarket & shopping centre.

New apartment which needs minor finishing touches. The lampshades look difficult to remove to change bulbs.

Het is lekker dicht bij Disney en het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

De vaatwasser moet je open houden, anders klapt hij dicht doordat een front mist.

Prima verblijf!

De locatie was super fijn, dicht bij het winkelcentrum, overal eet gelegenheden en winkeltjes, dicht bij het treinstation en maar 1 halte van Disneyland af of een half uurtje naar het centrum van Parijs.

De badkamer was prima alleen de douchekop had geen stang om op te kunnen hangen. De vaatwasser oogde erg krakkemikkig maar deed het wel. Het appartement is verder vrij gehorig.

Muy mala experiencia con anfitrión

Buscamos alojamiento cerca del parque Disneyland, y estaba muy bien situado

El trato recibido del anfitrión, tuvimos que contactar con booking para informar que no podíamos hacer check in, y que no podíamos contactar con el propietario, estuvimos esperándole en la puerta, la hora prevista de entrega era a las 15,00h y se realizo a las 17,00h. El motivo indicado por el, fue que "nos les dio tiempo limpiar el apartamento", y es normal que nos les diera tiempo, entraron a hacer la limpieza a las 15,15h cuando llamamos para reclamar que no nos lo entregaban. La limpieza regular, mal olor, no funcionaba la tele, sin mando a distancia, la luz de los baños estropeadas, el horno bloqueado y sin instrucciones para su desbloqueo, ropa de cama y baño que faltaba, no puesta a disposición hasta solicitarla. Anfitrión poco accesible y poco comprometido para que la estancia fuera agradable.

Bene ma può migliorare

Il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione comoda per Disneyland. Appartamento nuovo e confortevole con bicchieri, piatti e posate in giusta quantità.

Eravamo in otto ma abbiamo trovato 8 teli da doccia e soltanto 3 per il viso. I tovagliolini di carta sono finiti la prima sera, le capsule per il caffè erano soltanto 5 per 8 persone e tre notti.

Super für einen Disneylandtrip!

Top Lage! Tolle Area! Netter Kontakt! Schickes Appartement (Möbel nicht unbedingt alle super schön, aber total okay). Jalousien in der kompletten Wohnung. Tiefgarage unter der Wohnung. Schön wäre eine Befestigung vom Duschkopf an der Wand im Bad mit der Wanne.

Aufzug fuhr leider nur eine Etage, daher mussten wir doch alles schleppen; war aber vollkommen okay. Defekte Spülmaschine war leider nicht so toll, die war uns eigentlich wichtig.

Excelente ubicación para ir a Disney

La ubicación es muy cómoda para ir con niños. A 5 minutos del metro caminando para coger el metro para ir a Disney. Hay supermercados cerca para comprar cosas para el apartamento (comida, agua...). El piso es amplio y luminoso.

El aseo pequeño. La tapa del wc no era adecuada a su tamaño y era muy incómodo. Lo bueno es que hay otro baño si no quieres usar ese.

Grande y espacioso. Eramos 7 personas y estuvimos bien

No conseguimos que funcionara la tv, los interruptores eran raros y uno no conseguimos que apagara la luz del baño, igual con una persiana que no subía y el lavaplatos no iba… pero igualmente todo bien
