The WiFi was not available we had no tv or WiFi as a result. Messaged host and they was looking into it but no further communication. We stayed for 3 nights. There were a few things broken that just needed some love, toilet seat, shower, and some of the lights didn’t work.

Nice with some important points to note

Location to Disneyland was excellent. Aldi availblable within 500 m. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. It is big enough for 4 adults + 2 children. Apartment looks very modern, the Lion King / Jungle topic is very nice. Although we did not use it, but the apartment has a garage under the building.

To get into the apartment was not easy and a simlpe email with to-dos would have been useful to people like us who are not used to booking flats and these new-wave processes. Cleanliness did not hit our standards. The floor was sticky, the bathroom/toilet was very smelly. The toilet seat was not fixed and although I asked the service to change it, it hasn't happened within 3-4 days. The pavement was always full of dog poo - which is not the owners' fault but it would be good to do anything about it.

Great place to stay for disneyland paris

What an apartment. Didn't meet anyone which was fine the instructions to get in were great. The apartment was clean and tidy and was ij a great location for disney land paris. Travel on public transport was near and easily accessible

No working toilet in this apartment, would not recommend and my advice is to avoid!

The location of the apartment was good. It was only €12 for an Uber to Disneyland park. The apartment itself does look like the pictures and had a jungle theme that tied in with Disneyland. **property’s response to my review is untrue, only 3 codes were sent when requested instead of the 4 needed. At absolutely no point during our stay did the property request the keys to be left in the lockbox for a plumber and I have screenshots for proof and these were sent directly to booking.com. From future reviews I can see the toilet still was not fixed**

Damage deposit fee very high and had to check this with credit card company incase it was fraud. Had to then chase up access codes several hours after making the deposit as I doubt they would have been sent. Got to the property after midnight due to delayed flight and found that we needed 4 codes to access the property…we had only been sent 3 and therefore couldn’t gain access as the 4th code was needed to enter apartment front door. After much searching managed to find the 4th code through the link sent for damage deposit. No idea why the code was not sent with the rest. The apartment had a very strong smell, think it was the bamboo used to decorate the apartment as a jungle theme. The apartment was also stifling hot overnight and there was no aircon. The most disappointing aspect of our stay and caused us quite a lot of stress was for the full duration of our stay we had no working toilet. One guest has IBS and this caused her to feel unwell at points during our stay. The toilet would not flush and when reported I was told I had to send a video before anything was done. I was told to turn on the sink tap while flushing which only worked once before it was back to not flushing regardless of what we tried. We were told a plumber was coming on the 3rd day of our stay however, on returning to the apartment late at night the toilet still was not fixed. Had to message the property again and we were told the plumber didn’t have time. We were then told plumber would come following day however, we checked out at 9am so this meant that nothing was done for the full duration our stay. Messaged the property to say how disappointed we were in the fact that we didn’t have the basic necessity of a toilet and that we had to utilise toilets outwith for the full 4 days of our time in Paris and feel like some sort of refund is appropriate however, we have had zero response. Overall would not recommend staying at the apartment.

Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment for our Dinsey holiday with the family.

This is a magical find for anyone wanting to go Disney Land and not pay crazy money for Disney hotels! Location: What we did was a one minute walk to bus stop (literally outside) -> Five minute bus to the d’Europe train station stop -> A one minute walk to train station entrance (walk towards the high street and the train station entrance that you need will be on your left, don’t walk into the D’Europe building on the right!) -> Two minute train to the Disney Land stop = So in less than ten minutes you’re in Disney Land which was extremely convenient. There is an Aldi store one bus stop away or 7 minute walk where you can buy any food or things you need for the apartment! This was a life saver. When coming back to the apartment, the little hack we found is when you get off the train station at d’Europe, go back to the d’Europe bus stop which is a short walk and take the bus to the apartment. Google maps tells you to walk further to another bus stop! Aesthetic: This property is actually beautiful and fits the ‘Disney Magic’ theme very well if you’re going to Disney Land or for anything else! You can see a lot of money has been spent on making it beautiful. Amenities: The kitchen is fitted with anything that you may need to cook and it was sparkling clean everything corner, which was a pleasant surprise. They also give you a garage key to park your car (if you have one), super convenient! Space: We were worried about the bunk bed being too small but its actually a large adult size double bed bunk which is amazing. Although it has two rooms with shower and sinks, there is only one toilet.

Downside: The two bathroom doors don’t open or close properly and you may need some help from whoever you stay with to open them. I’m sure the apartment owners can fix this very quickly and easily! It would be so amazing if there were two toilets rather than one.

Bad experience with booking and the host

We had a really bad experience with Booking platform and the hosts. We had other booking, but the host didn’t answer our calls and messages. We were waiting for more than 3 hours with 3 small kids, the luggage, and under the rain. During this time, we paid extra money to the taxi driver to wait until we found a place to sleep; we spent hours on the phone Booking customer service, also calling other hotels/ apartments to find an alternative place. Booking, finally, provided us a solution by phone, this apartment. We had to book and pay this apartment by us directly, also booking provide us a phone to contact the host. As we were desperate and nervous because the kids were tired, had no dinner and were cold, we followed Booking instructions. Once we made the payment for the second apartment, we tried to contact the host, but nobody picked up the phone and we didn’t receive any instructions to access the new apartment (booking alternative). Finally, the first host contacted us, and we went to the apartment (we were desesperated). As soon as the host of the first apartment contacted us, we informed Booking and gave the order to cancel this apartment. When we were inside the first apartment, we received instructions to enter in the second apartment we booked (really late). Now, Booking doesn’t want to assume any responsibility, this host doesn’t put himself in our shoes and lacks empathy. He just wants to secure his business, even if the apartment was not used. I understand this, but we could all be in a similar situation. The supervisor to whom the situation was escalated was rude and unempathetic to our situation. He was very unpleasant. All calls were recorded, so we can verify the instructions given to us by the second agent who told us to book that booking would refund us.

Joli potentiel, mais bcp de repartions à faire et voisin violent, à éviter.

Joli appartement, bien situé et dans un quartier calme. Mais beaucoup de choses sont à réparer (cuvette WC, lumière cuisine, porte wc, tiroirs armoires, divers crochets…) très dommage car en soi l’appartement est très bien décoré. Difficulté à trouver le numéro de l’appartement et l’étage, info donnée séparément que les codes d’accès des diverses portes ce qui n’est pas logique. Et surtout, voisin violent, menaçant!!!! Très désagréable avec des enfants. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Het appartement is leuk aangekleed waardoor er een huiselijke sfeer aanwezig is. Er zijn twee badkamers, waarvan 1 met een bad. Het 4 persoons stapelbed was erg groot. Grote koelkast en vriezer. Fijne tv met streamingsopties

Er waren geen vaatdoekjes, vaatwastabletten en theedoeken aanwezig. Het servies was niet allemaal even schoon. De borg is €1000,- dat dient na de boeking nog per creditcard aan de eigenaar betaald te worden. Ja, ook voor slechts 1 nacht

Bel appartement. Déco original. Les enfants ont apprécié

Chasse en panne, le flotteur restait chaque fois calé et donc il n’y avait pas moyen de remplir la cuve d’eau. Planches des toilettes cassées. Dommage car en lisant les autres commentaires, ça avait déjà été signalé. 1000€ en garantie demandé 1 jour avant l’arrivée, sinon on ne vous donne pas les codes d’accès. 1000€ bloqués 7 jours pour un séjour d’une nuit à +- 230€…

La struttura molto bella, dopo che FINALMENTE siamo riusciti ad entrare………

Il fatto che abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre 1 ora e mezzo prima di poter accedere alla struttura in quanto non avevamo il codice per poter accedere dentro l’appartamento e NESSUNO rispondeva alle nostre chiamate di aiuto. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto contattare booking che grazie al cielo ha chiamato i proprietari della struttura e in poco tempo siamo potuti entrare. Avrei evitato anche di scrivere questo commento se la struttura si fosse degnata almeno di restituirci una parte del costo soggiorno, invece abbiamo avuto esito negativo alla nostra richiesta.
