Excellent stay close to Disney

Great stay super close to Disneyland Paris. Fully equipped with everything you need and in a safe, apartment block with lovely families around you.

The central heating wasnt working but this didnt matter as the apartment is warm, and they provided great fan heaters

Nice place great location.

The property was nice and clean with everything you could want for a stay. Karim from concierge services was awesome. He kept in contact with us before, during, and after our stay. Will definitely stay here again as well located and good train service into Paris.

The property, although nice, could benefit from some minor maintenance and decorating. Even with this, we would still stay again.

Very comfortable stay

Karim hosted us perfectly and did a good briefing. He even shared links to nearby shops and electric parking. He also kept checking in if we are comfortable. The apartment was clean and had various rooms. The toy area for the kid was a bonus. The supermarkets are close and a drive to Disneyland is not much. Also had a free private parking.

The dishes could be cleaner. We had to wash everything again before use.

No breakfast, location ok for eurodisney but nothing else

Beds were awful, really poir quality. Also we were made to pay a 500 euro deposit before entering the property under duress which is now pending being taken from my account despite no damage. Booking.com did not advise us of this deposit

Definitely a nice spacious place for the entire family to enjoy

The property was very spacious. What we we’re so fortunate to have was we had a four-year-old boy and this property had a lot of toys and I mean a lot of toys for him to play with which made things so much easier. The property is clean nice open patio secured area. We really enjoyed the place.

Good communication before, during, and after the stay with Flo.

Items were broken (vacuum and shower head holder) and prior tenants left trash that wasn't checked by cleaning staff. Once we reported issues they were immediately addressed.

For Disneyland it was the location

Location to Disneyland Paris was excellent, just one stop on the train, the train station was a nice 20 minute walk from the apartment. Enough proper beds to sleep 7 and the sofa bed would sleep the 8th person. Plenty of supermarkets within a 10 min walk. All the supplies in the apartments' were good.

More dish cloths and a small fix of the shower heads, the rest was excellent for our stay to visit Disneyland and take a sight seeing tour of Paris,

we had a problem with the parking, every chair had multiple stains on it, the beds and mattresses had stains, we could only use one shower room as there was no plug for the bath and the shower head was broken In the other bathroom with 7 people on this holiday it was a challenge to get ready early, the plastic garden chairs where broken and there was a little wasp nest inside the garden umbrella but worst of all was all the dangerous tools left inside and out of the property

Exceptional

Everything about this property was exceptional. The location was fantastic surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops and the property itself was amazing it was so comfortable with eight of us staying and the concierge Nicholas was extremely pleasant and helpful. I look forward to staying here again for our next trip and have already recommended it to a couple of friends

- volets du salon cassés - table de chevet chambre à l’étage cassée et en attente dans le placard - vaisselle insuffisante + mal lavée - pas de chaise pour le nombre que l’on était - literie à changer - RIEN dans la cuisine style sel/poivre/cafe - impossible d’obtenir la télé car « facture impayée » donc idem pour le wifi

- Die Nähe zum Resort -Der Agent vor Ort war sehr nett

-Urinflecken in der Dusche -In beiden Bädern Lampen am Spiegel defekt -Toilette oben defekt -Betten quietschen extrem -Schränke können nicht schließen -Alles schon etwas alt und abgerockt in der Küche -Kaution sollte 7Tage vorher eigentlich...wurde leider erst 24h vorher angefordert und bedeutete sehr viel Stress -Wohnung viel kleiner als auf den Bildern
