Amazing stay, great host, closed to many attractions

The host was very accommodating and was available for questions. An incident occurred and the host was even willing to come to the property to assist.

While the host provided many towels, there were no washcloths for Americans used to this. I would suggest people staying here to bring their own wash cloths and towels

Perfect for Disney

The location of the property was great, perfect for disney Property was clean and size was good for families The extra furniture on the balcony was a nice touch WiFi

The check in request email was ignored and check in details were not provided until a phone call was made There was a request for a cot bed which was acknowledged but no cot was available The bath plug didn't work The bunkbed is only suitable for small children due to height No instructions for the cooker, coffee machine Extractor fans didn't work in the toilet

Overall, we were happy but not very comfortable

Clean easy instructions and a good location

The seating and sleeping facilities the bunk bed was so wobbly for my partner and I and the sofa bed available. The one that wasn’t broken was extremely small for two people. Very uncomfortable night sleep.

L’emplacement et l’appartement est agréable, mais vraiment déçu par le propriétaire.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement à Paris qu’on a d’ailleurs annulé et changer directement . Le propriétaire s’est montré particulièrement désagréable et n’a fait preuve d’aucune compréhension. La communication a été difficile du début à la fin, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus décevante. Le manque de bienveillance et de flexibilité du propriétaire a vraiment gâché notre séjour car nous avons pu commander 2 appartements sur booking pour 10 personnes on arrive au final il a qu’un appartement pour 6 personnes . Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.

Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et proche du parc Disney.

Tout était bien indiqué pour la récupération des clés et pour l’accès à l’appartement. Une chambre avec un lit royal, une grande pièce de vie avec belle vue, une petite terrasse très agréable. Équipement complet et fonctionnel conforme à la description.

Le code du coffret sécurisé est un peu compliqué à lire et à composer du fait de son emplacement. La télécommande pour l’accès au garage souterrain est dans l’appartement (ce serait à préciser dans les consignes d’arrivée 😉) Le lit double en mezzanine de la 2ème chambre n’est pas des plus pratique. Bloquant l’ouverture de la porte fenêtre et Il faut faire attention à l’ampoule du plafond en y montant.

Un soggiorno da incubo

Istruzioni chiare e semplici per le chiavi. Ottima posizione della casa

La casa era piena di insetti ed animaletti, il letto si e' rotto dopo 2 gg e ci siamo visti costretti a dormire a terra. Il letto a castello era altissimo che chi ha dormito su era a 30cm dal soffitto e soffocava dal caldo. La casa non aveva l'aria condizionata ma non hanno avuto la gentilezza di mettere dei ventilatori. Le tapparelle non funzionavano e ci siamo ritrovati con un caldo terribile in casa che non potevamo chiuderle e visto che c'erano un bimbo in casa avevamo in oltre le finestre chiuse. Il frigo funzionava malissimo. Una vacanza rovinata per via della casa....Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso e siamo stati ignorati a 360 gradi.

Très mécontent

La proximité du RER A et du val d'Europe.

L'état général. Tuyau de douche cassé, trace de crotte de nez sur les murs et le plafond, sommier du lit double cassé. Le canapé du salon cassé qui s'affaisse. Le comptoir sans vitre donc inutilisable. La poignée des toilettes qui était dévissée, les volets roulants qui ne marchaient pas donc réveil à 6h par le soleil et la lumière de l'entrée qui ne fonctionnait pas. La vaisselle également n'était vraiment pas propre également. Nous avons été déplacé la nuit suivante dans un autre logement du Propriétaire situé à 1km, mais cela s'est avéré très contraignant pour un séjour à Disney, si on voulait en profiter jusqu'à la fermeture car nous avons du récupérer les clés du dit logement dans un autre logement situé 300m avec plusieurs combinaisons de code à taper. Aller récupérer notre vehicule dans l'ancien logement puis devoir se rendre au nouveau logement. Résultats des courses 1h pour effectué tout le transfert avec de la marche et des enfants en bas âge. Au passage même si tout le monde était fatigué lors de nos échange même si nous sommes agacé jamais nous n'avons manqué de respect.donc le ''casse les c*****'' du propriétaire on vraiment eu du mal a passer

Logement de mauvaise qualité . On avait réservé pour 7et il est impossible d’y dormir à 7 .. canapé lit cassé à notre arrivé, porte papier toilette arraché du placo , bz trop petit , volet roulant de la chambre cassé impossible d’avoir nuit complète , tiroir de la cuisine cassé , fauteuil de la coiffeuse cassé , bref ce n’est que du locatif et rien ne tiens .. on y reviendra plus

Schlafsofa Stube kaputt, Jalousie Kinderzimmer kaputt, 2. französisches Bett im Schlafzimmer war Klappsofa für eine Person, Wohnung war für 8 Personen angegeben, komfortabel schlafen können 4 -5. Schubladen in der Küche kaputt, Ofen nicht nutzbar, weil er die Sicherung rausschlägt, Toilettenhalter defekt, Sitzschemel kaputt.

Ampiezza degli spazi, posizione molto vicina alla struttura Disneyland . Vicinanza ristoranti e negozi rapporto qualità prezzo ottima

Presenza della sola carta igienica per le prime necessità ( quantità di piatti e bicchieri e pentole inadeguata. Assenza totale di qualsiasi piccola cortesia di benvenuto esempio saponette ,cialde , sale, sapone piatti spugnette, zucchero etc, divano letto fatiscente non adeguato per il riposo.lavandino bagno intasato .Peccato poiché bastavano pochi euro per renderlo un ottimo soggiorno

Pratique pour quelques nuits pendant un voyage à Disneyland, en famille ou entre amis

Très bon emplacement, appartement spacieux et propre, bien équipé. Le parking est vraiment pratique. La résidence est assez calme, et on a vue sur une partie de Studio.

Sur l'annonce il est indiqué 8 adultes, je pense que c'est très optimiste : un des canapés lit est pour 1 personne, et le lit superposé n'est pas très stable.

Très agréable et charmant ! Parfait pour notre Week-End entre amies coupé du monde.

le balcon très charmant et la vue sur Disneyland avec les feux d'artifice le soir. Les pièces sont spacieuses et chaleureuses. Grande salle à manger cuisine, chambres et salles de bains toilettes sont de taille confortable et joliment aménagées. La télé pratique pour regarder un bon film le soir. Déco charmante, propreté, confort et silence, on a pu chanter et danser, rire et jouer sans être dérangés et sans avoir l'impression de déranger des voisins.

Les 2 canapés sont sensées être pour 2 personnes mais une seule personne pouvait y dormir. Donc c'est un appartement 6 adultes sauf s'il s'agit de personnes très proches ou d'enfants qui peuvent dormir dans un lit pour 1.5 personne (sachant que le prolongement du canapé du salon ne tenait pas vraiment en place) Pensez à prendre les assaisonnements, condiments, café... et du papier toilettes/papier essuie-tout.

Établissement propre, spacieux, et très bien équipé. Idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Disneyland. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
