Apartment for 8 people, ideal location in the heart of the Val d'Europe. In the immediate vicinity of restaurants, the large Val d'Europe shopping center and less than 10 minutes from Disneyland!

BOURBON4 is on the second floor of a beautiful secure residence. The apartment is bright and includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed (2pers)
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1 (1 queen bed, 2pers)
- Bedroom 2 (2 single beds, 2pers)
- Bathroom 1 (double sink, shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 3 (1 queen size bed, 2pers) with office area
- Bathroom 2 -en-suite to bedroom 3- (sink, shower)

A furnished balcony is accessible from the living room and bedroom 1.

Overall this was a fantastic place for our family of 5 to stay. Very nice accommodation with enough space snd a nice elevator very close to shops, restaurants and Disneyland. We had some issues getting ahold of the hosts the day before and the day of our arrival, which was unfortunate. They had sent some instructions in October, that I did not remember (we traveled in June) which lead to some panic on our end and I was unsure how to access the property. I was able to get it figured out by calling VRBO but no one was able to reach the hosts during that time. Otherwise the stay ways perfect, fantastic and wonderful in every way.

Great apartment, decorated to a high standard. Kitchen has everything you need and more! Great location for Disney and the RER metro into Paris - 15 minute walk.

Stayed with a couple friends for my birthday and overall we really enjoyed it! Super clean, comfortable beds, lots of natural light. Check in time was listed as 3pm but when we arrived early (10am) and just popped by the office to see if we could even just store our luggage for a bit, they already had the keys ready for us! Not sure if it's something they can do every time, but it was really lovely after a long and early travel morning. We stayed for the purpose of Disney and it's the perfect distance away from the parks. Close enough that we could come back for a midafternoon break, with safe pavements to walk on. We also went to Paris for a day while we were there and it's accessible via the RER, but I would say if you're planning on spending more time in Paris you'd probably want the convenience of something closer as it's an hour one way. One of my friends described the main shower as a place she could live in for the rest of her life, so that's a ringing endorsement!For North American guests, the secondary toilet is in its own separate room next to the laundry machine; the sink is in the ensuite. Didn't impact our stay negatively but not having a sink in the same room as the toilet can be a bit odd to navigate at first. Overall, really pleased with the flat and would happily stay there again. Thanks so much to the team!

Great apartment. Very clean and well equipped for 8 people. Comfortable beds. Lovely secure complex only 15 minutes flat walk from Disneyland Paris entrance. Lake view from bedroom. Short walk to lovely bakery and large shopping mall with lots of eating places and supermarket. Excellent communication and extremely helpful property management company.
