Great location and accommodation

Very close to Disneyland. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you there, alternatively you can pay for the bus. Accommodation was a great size, very clean and comfortable. There is a large shopping centre within walking distance with high street shops and a large Lidl. We will be booking Disneyland again next year and will be coming back to this property

Worth the money, but there are caveats to be aware of when staying.

The location is perfect, being so close to Disney that you could walk there in 20 mins is ideal. We also all thought it was good value for money.

Getting into the building with a 2-seater buggy was difficult as there was no accessibility access, only stairs. The instructions for finding the bins were not clear and we never found them (the elevator to -1 was not working and we could not find any steps). The facilities for the kitchen was far from ideal as there were no basics for cooking (oil, butter, salt, sugar, milk, etc.), no oven gloves, only 1 tea towel, a few cracked glasses, knives that might as well be butter knives with how sharp they are, only 4 dishes and 2 mugs. We arrived and had to do a big shop on our first day which was far from ideal, and we were using bath towels for drying and oven gloves. The kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and was full of white flakes that would get in drinks. There were no instructions on how to use the heating, so we were unable to quickly dry clothes and towels. The requested cot did not come with a mattress so we had to make do with the chair cushions. For an apartment that is clearly meant for families with small children (being so close to Disneyland), it was strange how noisy everything was. Most of the doors squeaked, the washing machine & dryer were tied on top of each other so they made a racket at the end of their cycle so they couldn't go on overnight, and because sound travelled from one side of the apartment to the other you couldn't even watch the TV at night without the risk of waking the children. One of the wall ornaments made of solid wood also fell off the wall out of nowhere and nearly fell on the head of our 2 year old, so I don't know how often the apartment has safety checks. I would not let all of this put people off from staying here at all, we had a great holiday and had fun at Disney. But they are definitely things that people should be aware of and should be fixed.

Great property and location as well as good host with great communication.

It was a great fit for our family of 5! The three bedrooms were plenty of room for us to spread out and be comfortable. The location was great for us to be able to walk to and from Disney.

There were some broken dishes/kitchen wear items. The fridge didn’t close properly and there looked to be a leak/something coming from the bottom of the fridge onto the kitchen floor. The hot water heater did not work properly. There was only enough hot water for one of the five of us to take a 5 minute shower. The rest of us took ice cold showers.

Perffect.

We were a party of 7 (with 3 children). Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was in the apartment. Very well appointed. Also a handy 15 minute walk from Disney. Perfect for our needs.

This is not really a dislike, more a comment/ suggestion. There was only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. Didn't cause an issue, thought as the apartment accommodated 7 people, 2 toilets and/ or bathrooms would have made it even better.

Perfect

Wow!!!! Absolutely perfect ten minutes walk from Disneyland 5 minutes walk to the shopping centre which is huge and has absolutely everything. The apartment itself was perfect great size had everything we needed and had enough room for 5 kids and two adults with space for everyone to do what they wanted comfortably. Also in a secure building with gated entrance and needing codes to enter felt very safe just outside a lovely lake to sit and enjoy the views each morning

Perfectly located for Disneyland, Shopping and being close to local amenities.

The location was perfect, the space and bedrooms were good sized and all amenities were available such as a shower, bath, kitchen and dining/living space. There was a beautiful bakery 3 minutes away and Disneyland was within walking distance as well as the train station. The apartment is very near to the shopping center and a variety of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our family of 7 ranging from 2 years old.

Lovely safe warm spacious apartment for 3 adults and 4 children. Very close walk to Disneyland. Not far from the shops for essential items. Everything there that we required for the baby.

in se l'appartamento e bello ma abbiamo avuto delle problematiche per entrare ma tutto ok , al nostro arrivo l'intero appartamento era freddo tutti i riscaldamenti erano spenti avendo un lago vicino si sentiva molto l'umidità , la culla richiesta non ci e stata data ma abbiamo dovuto prenderla e montarla noi ma senza il materasso. La lavatrice non funzionava e il proprietario non risponde ai messaggi, al nostro arrivo abbiamo fatto presente tutte le problematiche e le inefficienze della casa dato che hanno richiesto una franchigia di 500€.

Locatia, spatiul foarte mare. Foarte confortabil și cu toate facilitățile necesare.

Pentru check out există posibilitatea sa fi taxat cu 50€ pe ora de întârziere iar check out-ul este foarte devreme, mai precis ora 10, având în vedere ca check-in ul este de la ora 15:00. Igrasie pe tavanul din baie. Și lipsa unei rezerve de hârtie igienică în condițiile în care pot sta 6 persoane.

Sehr zentrale Lage: sowohl der Bahnhof Val d‘Europe, das Centre Commercial als auch das Disneyland sind zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht richtig funktioniert, wodurch es im Bad schnell feucht wurde. Bei sieben Personen, die duschen mussten, war das suboptimal, aber nicht schlimm.

Die Lage war hervorragend, nur 20 Minuten bzw, 1 km vom Eingang Disney Land entfernt.

Diverse Schäden, wie defekter Lichtschalter, Duschhalterung oder Klappe in der Küche könnten repariert oder Schimmel entfernt werden.

De Locatie was goed gelegen. Mooi dicht bij Euro Disney Park .10 min lopen.

We hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van een lekkere warme douche. We zaten met 4 kinderen en 4 volwassenen ,in het appartement zonder warm water. Huilende kinderen omdat het water koud was om te douchen. Eten konden wij ook al niet omdat de vorige huurders de oven hadden vernield. Keuken kastje was ook kapot . en het keuken gerei potten en pannen is ook aan vervanging toe.

Top verblijf.

De locatie is top in een rustige en stille straat, je loopt makkelijk en snel naar Disneyland en ook naar het RER station Val d’Europe. In ongeveer een half uurtje stap je uit onder de Arc de Triomphe. Tussen het metrostation en het appartement zit een groot winkelcentrum met een heleboel internationale eetgelegenheden. Het appartement is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien, fijne bedden. Het inchecken verloopt soepel en heel makkelijk.

Alles was goed.
