Highly recommended for Paris city - Disneyland goers

I had a wonderful stay here, 10/10 for location! Just next to the Val de Europe station & mall, really easy to get to/from both Paris city & the Disneyland. We were staying for 4 people so it was a spacious property as it's actually for 7 pers. Fully equipped kitchen, very good cleanliness, and has a lot of extra amenities including children activites & books. I also loved the view from the living room! Too bad it was raining through my whole stay otherwise I would've been hanging around the balcony a lot.

Very convenient location for our trip to Disneyland

The location was great. A big mall close by and great restaurants. Train was pretty close by to Disneyland.

the location is very good. It is very close to the shopping center and train station. easy checked in and out. the apartment has lots of beds, maximize the space for kids. amenities provided are perfect. complete kitchenwares and cooking utensil.

water heater is not stable, either too hot or too cold. no dryer. washing machine placement is not locked / kids safe. just some small nuisance that we can still live with. otherwise, everything is great.we love the place and you get the best for the price.

Pas de lave-vaisselle. Suggestion: mettre à jour le booklet avec les info correcte pour le WIFI. Un simple mode d’emploi du four à vapeur/micro-onde.

Excelente ubicación con un montón de servicios a pocos pasos

Estancia estupenda a un paso de Disneyland Paris. La ubicación es ideal: el apartamento está a pocos pasos de la estación Val d’Europe (una parada antes de la de los parques) y justo al lado hay un supermercado Monop’ con bocadillos y comida lista para llevar. En la zona hay varios restaurantes y boulangeries (panaderías), y muy cerca un centro comercial con Auchan y Lidl. El centro comercial también tiene una zona de restauración, pero esta está algo más alejada. Desde el centro de París se tarda aproximadamente 1 hora en tren. El apartamento es muy espacioso, especialmente el salón, y nos encantó la mesa del comedor por lo amplia y cómoda que es. La cocina está bien equipada y con menaje suficiente. El wifi funciona de maravilla: medimos ~1 Gbps con el móvil. Aunque no lo usamos, el edificio dispone de parking. Además, como la noche anterior no estaba ocupado, Coralie nos ofreció entrar antes de la hora oficial de check-in: un detalle que agradecimos. La comunicación con Coralie fue excelente: días antes de la llegada nos envió toda la información para el acceso, los códigos funcionaron sin problema y cuando pedimos recomendaciones para comer por la zona, nos mandó varias opciones. Siempre respondió con rapidez y amabilidad. Por mejorar: hay pequeños desperfectos de mantenimiento que convendría revisar, aunque no afectaron a nuestra estancia. Las almohadas son algo duras, pero las camas resultan cómodas. En resumen, una base perfecta para visitar los parques y moverse por la zona. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Alojamiento ideal para visitar Disneyland Paris.

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es perfecto para 8-9 personas con todo lo necesario para el uso de la cocina, etc. Está cerca de un gran centro comercial, de la estación de RER A, supermercados, restaurantes, etc.

1- الموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات التي تحتاجها (قريب من ديزني لاند ويمكن ركوب الباص فقط بضع دقائق - قريب من اكبر مجمع تجاري حيث انه في الشارع المقابل فقط وفيه جميع الماركات وكل ما تحتاج من ملابس وتسوق ومطاعم وغيرها - قريب من الاوت لت الذي فيه جميع البراندات والماركات والذي يقع خلف المجمع التجاري على طول - قريب من محطة القطار التي توصلك لوسط باريس فقط 3 دقائق من المحطه) 2- نظام الدخول والخروج سهل وسلس وذاتي فقط بالارقام السرية التي يتم ارسالها لك عن طريق المضيف 3- الامان عالي جداً جداً جداً حيث انه لا يمكن لاي احد دخول الموقع الا المستاجرين فقط ويوجد 3 ابواب بارقام سرية للوصول لشقتك 4- الشقة فيها جميع الخدمات التي تحتاجها وكانك في منزلك مطبخ متكامل بجميع الادوات فرن وثلاجه وغسالة صحون واجهزة شاي وقهوة وكل ادوات الطبخ من ملاعق وقدور وصواني وكل شي تحتاجه وغرف نوم مريحه وطاولة طعام وشرفه مطله على حديقة وجميع ادوات الغسل والكوي للملابس ودورة مياه فيها مغسله ومكان للدش كما يوجد حمام اخر ولكن كرسي فقط ويعيبه انه صغير نوعاً ما ولا يوجد به مغسله 5- المضيفة متعاونة ومتجاوبة وجدا خلوقه وكريمه وترد على جميع الطلبات والاستفسارات التي تحتاجها وتلبي كل الطلبات التي تطلبها فلقط طلبنا تغيير كرسي الاطفال وتم تغييره في نفس اليوم وطلبنا بعض الاغراض ووجدناها عند باب الشقه بنفس اليوم حتى ان النت كان معلق وتم تزويدنا بمودم اخر عندما طلبنا 6- كان يوجد مواقف خاصه لكل شقة ولكن لم نقوم ياستخدامها لانه لم يكن لدينا سيارة وقتها

1- لا يوجد شي فلقد كان كل شي متوفر وموجود ولكن لسوء حظنا كان الأصنصير وقتها عطلان فقط 2- كنت اتمنى وجود شبك مانع للحشرات على الشبابيك حتى تنعم بالهواء المنعش والبارد

Perfekt für den Aufenthalt im Disneyland!

Super Lage, direkt am Bahnhof Val d‘Europe, eine Station dauert die Fahrt mit der RER A zum Disneyland. Supermärkte, Shoppingcenter und Restaurants direkt neben der Wohnung. Super netter Kontakt zu Coralie, Self-Check-in sehr unkompliziert. Haus mit Fahrstuhl, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Platz für insgesamt 6-7 Personen, ein Badezimmer/Toilette, Küche mit Waschmaschine, großer Tisch für 6 Personen.

Keine Spülmaschine, war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir den Tag über im Disneyland waren und nur früh und spät kurz die Küche genutzt haben.

Dit was een magisch verblijft :-)

De locatie. Wat een luxe, op nog geen 5 minuten wandelen heb je een heel groot shopping centrum en leuke restaurantjes en bars . Ook op 5 minuten wandelen heb je het station waar je voor 5 euro heen en terug naar Disneyland kon gaan. Je moest maar 1 halte verder uitstappen (duur 2 minuutjes) die je tot de ingang van Disney bracht. We konden onze wagen veilig parkeren op een gratis ondergrondse parking die naast het appartementsblok was gelegen. De host, Coralie, had via Whatsapp een filmpje gemaakt hoe je de parking moest in en uitrijden en op welke plaats je mocht parkeren. Er was ook een filmpje die toonde hoe je het appartement kon binnenkomen. Het is heel goed beveiligd, want je hebt codes en badge nodig om binnen te geraken. Dus zeker maken dat je steeds je sleutels en de codes op zak hebt als je het appartement verlaat ;-). Voor de opkuis moesten we enkel de vuilzakken ledigen en hiervoor kon je naar de verdieping -1 (ondergrondse parking) waar er ruimte was met containers voor de vuilzakken, hiervoor had Coralie ook een filmpje gemaakt via Whatsapp. Ik raad dit appartement zeker aan en wij hopen hier zeker nog eens te kunnen terugkomen .

Отличная квартира- есть все необходимое. Большая столовая, с полным наполнением, интуитивно понятная техника, в наличии все бытовые средства. Есть даже коляски, горшки, зонты, фены, детский раскладной Манеж. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца.

С карты списалась сумма почти на 100 евро больше, чем было указано в предложении букинга. Якобы в оффер не были включены городской налог и стоимость уборки. Причем уборка не во время нашего пребывания, а после отъезда. Хозяйка ответила, что это Я выбрала опцию с уборкой квартиры, поэтому я могу спокойно выезжать, просто вынеся за собой мусор (а так, видимо, мы должны были еще за собой убраться в квартире))))))). Я ничего подобного не выбирала. Сколько летаю по миру и бронирую через букинг - впервые такое вижу. Лучше сразу ставить честную цену и так не лукавить. Очень неприятно! Остался осадок. Хотя квартирка достойная.

Un appartement très agréable, bien placé où l'on, y dort bien avec toutes les commodités.

La proximité avec le RER Val d'Europe et le centre commercial. J'ai aimé la facilité pour se garer à l'extérieur et la possibilité de se garer dans le parking de l'immeuble. La facilité d'accès, et l'appartement en lui-même. Que les lits soient faits, qu'il y ait des serviettes de bain.Le fait aussi qu'il y avait le gel douche, le shampoing, le papier toilette ainsi que du produit vaisselle , une éponge et un torchon.La déco est simple mais très agréable. Dans l'appartement était présent sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, chaise bébé, poussette, et plein d'autres choses, dont je n'ai pas eu besoin mais qui étaient disponibles au cas où, et qui sont très sympathiques à avoir en cas de besoin !l Une petite attention chocolatée nous attendait et c'était vraiment bien :)

Juste un petit truc : dans la chambre où il y a le lit superposé, la tige(manivelle) pour descendre le volet roulant était absente, du coup malgré des doubles rideaux, on ne pouvait le descendre. Le volet était un peu descendu, bloqué, on ne pouvait ni le remonter, ni le descendre. Je suis très sensible à la lumière, mais les rideaux étaient bien épais tout de même. Un store sur la fenêtre de la cuisine aurait été un plus.

Appartement très bien placé. Très agréable pour se rendre à Disney et Val d’Europe. Un gros coup de cœur pour Coralie qui a été d’une disponibilité remarquable même avant notre séjour. Très réactive et surtout d’une gentillesse rare! Elle a fait de notre arrivée en France un moment zen. Merci de tout cœur pour le service. Nous avons été très touchés.
