Welcome to ELIZÉ 2, a spacious apartment for 8 people in the heart of Serris.
Just a 15-minute walk from Disneyland Paris and 100 meters from the Val d'Europe shopping center.
Located in a quiet and secure residence, come discover this sumptuous apartment for your stay right in the heart of the magic!
THE APARTMENT:
ELIZÉ 2 is located on the 1st floor of the residence and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It includes:
- A living room (double sofa bed) + Smart TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washer/dryer, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (for 2 people) + adjoining bathroom (shower, sink)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 people)
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (2 people) + adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet)
- Shower room (shower, sink)
- Separate toilet + hand-washing sink
+ a balcony accessible from the living room
Also included, at no extra charge:
- 2 secure parking spaces in the residence’s basement, with direct access via the elevator (Note: max height 1.95 m)
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 8 people
- Baby equipment available on-site: travel crib
PLEASE NOTE: For the first few days, we provide basic essentials (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap for hand washing and dishwashers, and trash bags). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the Serris town hall district, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at Boulangerie l’Atelier and the dishes at the restaurant L’Interprète...).
You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 50 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You’ll also find “La Vallée Village – Chic Shopping Outlet” there.

Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.

Fantastic location. Our 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful and clean. The cookware, dishes and utensils were sufficient. My family of three however did not cook in with so many restaurants available nearby. If you plan to cook though, you will need to shop for every basic thing understandably because none is supplied. Having the washer/dryer was great since we are traveling and staying at VRBO’s in many locations in France. However no washer PODS were supplied. There was also minimum soap and toilet paper. I returned to the check in office to request 2 washer pods thinking they may have have forgotten. The agent very reluctantly gave me two.
That was fine until I returned later to request another two for my sons family staying in another apartment, because they found none as well. That is when the Property Manager looked up from her computer screen while the other agent was assisting me and scolded me saying “we do NOT provide washer pods. You are lucky we even gave you ANY.”
This an isolated incident I know. In my 20 years of renting through Homeaway/VRBO, it has been smooth and trouble free.
