THE ACCOMMODATION:
ELIZÉ 3 is located on the first floor of the residence and is suitable for up to 8 people.
It includes:
- A living room (sofa bed for 2 people) + Smart Tv
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1: a queen size bed (2 people) + en-suite bathroom (shower, sink)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 people)
- Bedroom 3: a queen size bed (2 people) + en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet)
- Shower room (shower, washbasin)
- Separate toilet + washbasin
+ a terrace accessible from the living room
Also included, at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the residence, direct access by elevator (Attention, max height 1m95)
- Free Wi-Fi connection in the apartment
- Bed linen and towels included for 8 people

Pros- excellent sized apartment for 6 of us, all amenities anyone could need, nicely decorated, excellent location(15min walk to Disney), very secure property(many door to enter and shutters on windows)patisserie next door and Val d’europe shopping and restaurants a 1 minute walk away. Also great to have an outside patio/garden however that is looking a little tired and in need of a clean and maintenance. Could be a great place to sit and relax at night. Cons- the property is very hot, portable fans throughout but didn’t really help. We thought there was some kind of underfloor heating on as always hot underfoot. The property was very tidy but could do with a deeper clean, lots of dust throughout.

Brilliantly located for Disney, shopping centre and train into Paris (Gare de Lyon). Once you’ve entered the property once, access is a breeze. Property entry is right next to building elevator and is on a single floor - boasts many rooms, open plan dining/kitchen/lounge and a great patio area outside. Worked smoothly for our whole stay of 5 family adults sharing the property. If back in Serris, would not hesitate in staying at this very property again. Really nice.

We were in the area for a 50th bday celebration. We spent a day at Disney, two in Paris and one at Versailles. Getting to the metro was easy, especially once we figured out how to walk thru Val De Europe (which is also where the grocery store was in addition to other shopping and a ton of restaurants)
The apartment was very nice, everyone was exceptionally pleased with it. Being on the first floor and so close to the elevator for the parking and also by the front door was handy. I appreciated that there was one more toilet room than I saw in the description. One room had its own shower/toilet room. One room had its own shower room. And then in the hallway was a toilet room and then a separate room with a shower.
They do completely clean out the fridge and cupboards, which is appreciated, but it also meant there isn’t even any salt and pepper much less any other spices or pantry items.
And they list a washer, but pay attention to the fact that there isn’t a dryer at all, so be prepared to dry your stuff all over the apartment. Which didn’t upset our trip at all, it’s just good to be aware of.
Overall, excellent and we would book here again.
