Only 15 minutes walk from Disneyland Paris Park and 100 meters from Val d'Europe shopping center.
Located in a quiet and secure residence, come and discover this sumptuous accommodation for your stay with family or friends!
THE ACCOMMODATION:
ELIZÉ 1 is located on the 3rd floor of the residence and is suitable for up to 8 people.
It includes:
- A living room (sofa bed for 2 people) + Smart Tv
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1: a queen size bed (2 people) + en-suite bathroom (shower, sink)
- Bedroom 2: a queen size bed (2 people)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (2 people)
- Shower room (shower, washbasin)
- 2 separate toilets
+ a terrace accessible from the living room
Also included, at no extra charge:
- 2 secure parking spaces in the basement of the residence, direct access by elevator (Attention, max height 1m95)
- Free Wi-Fi connection in the apartment
- Bed linen and towels included for 8 people
- Available on site for baby: cot + high chair
PLEASE NOTE:
- A second set of keys can be provided! Do not hesitate to ask for it during your check-in.
- /!\ For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,..) but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located a few meters away, in the Val d'Europe shopping center.

Located in the district of the town hall of Serris, in a quiet environment while being close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants of the Boulangerie l'Atelier and the dishes of the restaurant l'Interprète...).
You will appreciate its ideal location just 50 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine et Marne, "Val d'Europe" with its many shops, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Auchan supermarket.
You will also find "la Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet".

Outside these hours and on Sundays and public holidays, the keys will be collected in a safe at our agency.

What a fantastic property, 15 minute walk to Disneyland Paris and 2 mins from Val d’europe shopping centre - the perfect location. Once inside there is more than everything you would need for your stay. The hosts were very helpful beforehand informing us of the luggage lockers next to the apartment building. We’d definitely stay there again as it really felt like a home from home.

A beautiful apartment, well laid out and with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony a lovely place to relax. In a quiet area bug with eady access to shops and restaurants. Only a short enjoyable walk to Disney but there is a bus if you are feeling lazy.Thank you so much for providing such a great place to stay.
