Fabulous find, really recommend!

The property was clean, spacious, really well located. A 20 minute walk to Disney or a regular bus. Val d’Europe is a short walk with shops and restaurants. The apartment is part of a quiet block so feels very safe. The apartment provides dishwasher pods, washing pods, washing up liquid and shower gel, fabulous. There was even a snack and chocolate provided!

Great location for Disney 20 minute walk I went with my family 6 of us the apartment was ideal and will definitely return. There’s a designer outlet just round the corner and also a huge shopping centre and fantastic supermarket to get groceries. Great apartment 😊🇫🇷

Perfect for a short trip to Disneyland

This is a lovely bright, airy flat. The living space is not huge for a three bedroom flat but fine for a short stay visiting Disneyland etc. The agent was friendly, helpful and attentive.

There were a few things missing which we needed to follow up. Not a big deal though

Spacious and modern apartment with convenient secure parking and access. Would highly recommend for families especially those visiting Disneyland over several days and La Valle Village Outlet. Lots of great places to eat nearby too.

An amazing stay. i would go back again

The property was very clean, beds very comfortable view was amazing, not to far from Disney land and public transports a huge shopping center very near by. I’ll highly recommend.

The toilet didn’t have a sink to wash your hands as the bathroom and toilet were separated.

Best place for family, if I'm traveling to Paris again, definitely it will be my choice.

The building was new and easy to find by calling or what's up the owner. private parking, with special key to open the elevator, yard door and the apartment. the place is very quite and near Disney land Park (5 minutes by car) Near by kids play area, shopping center and different restaurant. TV inside the apartment had Netflix, Disney Channels and others. vacuum machine, iron and washing machine.

the wifi was not the best. one toilet, and one shower. small balcony.

Never again. Complicated communication, we were waiting in pouring rain for hours.

Just a place to sleep, visiting Disneyland.

1.) One day before the arrival, I informed the host via booking.com about our arrival time and that we would like to deposit our luggage before check-in time. Upon arrival, there was nobody there, so I called the host. It turned out, that there was some kind of misunderstanding in communication: apparently, after my request for a luggage storage, they sent me a reply via booking.com, asking for a confirmation if I indeed would like to storage the bags (at 25 EUR fee). As I didn‘t respond to that message, nobody was waiting to pick up our bags (the storage is not at the place, they shuttle bags around or store them at the storage place in Disneyland). After several phonecalls to the host and employee, „begging“ to pick up the bags (it was pouring cats and dogs, cold and there was no place to hide), the host finally arrived (and made us aware that „he had to reorganize his day“). The flat itself was fine as a sleepover place, but there were dirty dishes in the cupboards and washed towels still in the washing machine. We informed the host, he was sorry about it and informed us he would not charge us for the cleaning. As of today, refund was not being made to my account.

The apartment is new, modern, tasteful, clean, safe, quiet, spacious and really beautiful! The whole family loved it! The host was very professional and efficient. He was also fourtcoming and answered all my texts very quickly. He only wrote in French, so I had to use Google Translate to understand, but I managed... :) We were very happy with our stay! It is a bit far to walk to Disneyland, but Google Map easily helped us find the right bus there. We would rather stay in an apartment, than in an hotel, and we would recommend this apartment!

I would have liked a user manual in English for the combined washing/drying machine in the bathroom. The machine was so different from the ones I have used, that I struggeled finding the right program. I ruined some clothes that shouldn't be tumbled, as it turned out that the washing program was a combined washing/drying program. Of course, that isn't at all the hosts fault, but a user manual would have helped :) Also, it seemed they had some problems with the towels. Maybe they were new and hadn't been washed before use? The towles shedded lint, so much that the inside of my clothes were the same colour as the towels (brown) the evening after I checked out :) The bathroom floor was covered in lint.

Alex the host was friendly and helpful, highly recommended. The location was perfect for day trip to Paris on the train, and Disneyland, family of 5. The apartment was in excellent condition. It was also easy to find, minutes from motorway, but far enough to be peaceful. Secure parking.

Great location and hosts

Well, first - we have arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, and even so since the cleanup was about to finish, the host was kind enough to show us in the apartment. Very helpful and kind, the host provided all the required information to us. The apartment is very nice and everything was new in there, therefore a pleasant experience overall.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave, i wish we could've stayed another day. :)

Weekend Disneyland Paris

The apartment was perfectly located 5 minutes drive from Disneyland. The center of Paris was also only 35 minutes away. We have booked this apartment during a weekend Disneyland Paris. On arrival we were kindly received by Alex, he also gave good tips. The apartment is spacious and super clean! We will definitely come back.

Consigliatissimo per grupponi in visita a EuroDisney: il parco si raggiunge comodamente a piedi con una passaggeta di 15 minuti. Eravamo in 5 adulti e 3 bambini e ci siamo stati perfettamente (2 nel divano letto). L'appartamente é molto luminoso e spazioso in una bella palazzina tranquilla.

Per raggiungere la perfezione, si potrebbero aggiungere appendini per le giacche e qualche utensile in piú in cucina.

Situation idéale et à proximité des centres d’intérêt

La proximité avec Disneyland était parfaite. Il était aussi facile de se rendre à pieds à la vallée village et val d’Europe (5 minutes à pieds). Yanis (concierge) nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement de l’appartement et a été très réactif lors de nos demandes. L’appartement en tant que tel est propre et fonctionnel.

Les murs entre les chambres sont très fins et pas insonorisés.
