Really nice and cozy flat with clean facilities. Location was great for us. The parking can be a bit tricky and you might need to walk 100-200m to the apartment.

What we didn't like was the sofa bed which was really REALLY squeaky and you could not move an inch if you didn't want it to squeak.

It's lik a hostel. We shared a very small kitchen with 4 other people. I was traveling with my two kids. The keys are opposite of the building, easy to find. Nearby are a lot of museums and attractions. Most famous the spilberg castle. We liked the small heater in our room, and the microwave in the kitchen is a nice commodity. The bathroom has no shower but a bathtub. You can take a bath. I am a single mom and one of my boys is an asperger-autist. In our homecountry this is a handicap. Usually it is not so easy for him but this time it all workes out well.

Everything was just fine.

The accommodation is located in a very good area with many good restaurants and coffee shops and is close to the center. The accommodation was nice overall. The information on picking up the key was well described. The building in which the accommodation is located is also very nice.

I could imagine better soundproofing for the walls and doors. I don't think it's a good idea to have a TV attached to a shared wall. The shared areas smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and old sweaty laundry. I think the apartment is great for a group of friends who book it all together, but if you want peace and quiet and a good night's sleep, I would recommend something else.

Very nice design, clean, the room is very nice, all the appliances and the location are great.

It doesn't have AC and in summer that's a killer. It's maybe not so much about the property but the idea as such, when the other 2 rooms are taken by good people you enjoy your stay. During our stay there was a family which behaved like the whole place is theirs and occupied the whole place not taking to account there are other people too.
