Location is excelent. Everything is quite close and if you dont mind a little walk town centre is not far.
Parking, pretty high price.

lokalita velmi dobra - do centra aj na Spilberk, naozaj velmi mily majitel, utulny byt so vsetkym co potrebujete (aj niektore slovenske tv kanaly :-) ) Z Hl. nadrazi elektricka c.4 - 6 zastavok (staci 15 min listok), vystupite na zast. Uvoz, odtial cca 150 m, vchod hned vedla potravin

Naprosto ochotný majitel. Ubytování splnilo očekávání, spíš jej předčilo. Pěkně zařízený byt, měli jsme vše co jsme potřebovali, jen by jsme uvítali tužší matrace. Ale to už si vymýšlím.-Třetí patro, výtah v domě. PLná lednička pití, které se dá za poplatek koupit.K dispozici zdarma kávovar a kafe. Výborná lokace. Na Špilberk pěšky kousek, na druhou stranu do města také. Pod domem je obchod - Brněnka, tak se dá zásobit. Za rohem výborná Perská restaurace. O víkendech, svátcích je parkování venku zdarma. Opravdu jsme si pobyt užili.

Śniadanie można było zjeść w pobliżu, nie było w cenie. W apartamencie było wszystko, kuchnia, wyposażenie, czysto i schludnie, lokalizacja lepsza by być nie mogła, wszystko w pobliżu, skomunikowane świetnie.
Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.
