Z uwagi na to, że w Brnie byliśmy tylko przejazdem, lokalizacja świetna. Przy trasie. Łatwo dojechać, łatwo wyjechać. Okolica spokojna. Niestety nie mogę się wypowiedzieć w sprawie dogodności lokalizacji do zwiedzania miasta. Udogodnienia w lokalu bardzo dobre nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Łóżka zgodne z opisem - jedno duże (nawet bardzo) i bardzo wygodne.

Lokalizacja blisko zabytkowej części miasta - w odległości krótkiego spaceru Bezpłatny parking na zamkniętym podwórzu.
Nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu. Położenie na nieco wyższym parterze bezpośrednio przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Brak klimatyzacji zmuszał do otwarcia okna, co skutkowało hałasem generowanym zarówno przez pojazdy jak i przechodniów.
