This is an absolutely amazing property! It was sunny, comfortable, well ventilated, had a full selection of appliances for a long stay, and provided lovely amenities like free bottled water and even beer in the refrigerator. The furnishings were modern, practical, and as beautiful as the decorations, which made simply being in the apartment a delight. The location is convenient to all of the cool places to visit in the center of Brno, has a tram line going right in front of the building for fast transit, and the street itself has a number of worthwhile restaurants and even a small grocery and snack store right next door to the entrance of the apartment building.

Lack of accessibility! Lots of stairs, and the bizarre building design (that’s apparently common in Brno) of having an elevator that stops in the middle of staircases between floors, so there’s a half a flight of steps just to get to the elevator. To truly enjoy the property, you have to be mobile and able to carry your suitcases up and down a fair number of steps. To be fair, the entire city of Brno is an absolute nightmare for anyone with limited mobility. There are stairs everywhere, virtually no ramps, and it’s common for any public place to have the bathrooms in the basement down a steep flight of stairs with no railing. Just be aware that this property is no different. If accessibility is a major issue, try reaching out to the owners… They have several properties in the city and perhaps they have one that is better suited.
